Kyiv

The SBU detained a Kyiv resident who coordinated missile attacks on the capital. In particular, using his coordinates, russian troops launched a missile attack on one of the buildings of the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University. The suspect also collected information about the Armed Forces units in the Zhytomyr Oblast. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The military received another 5,000 FPV drones purchased as part of the Operation Unity, for which a joint fundraising campaign was announced by United24, Come Back Alive and monobank. Each drone is equipped with cumulative and high-explosive shells.

The weather response continues in Kyiv. More than 310 units of winter snowplows and more than 4,100 manual cleaners are involved.

Kyiv Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

The Avdiivka sector remains the most intense area of the frontline: over the past day, the occupiers stormed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine around the city 21 times. Avdiivka has food supplies for two and a half months. Food continues to be brought into the city, but in small batches.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the Lysychansk direction, a house was damaged in Serebrianka in the Siversk community. Pereizne and Verkhniokamianske were fired upon in the Zvanivka community.

Luhansk Oblast

In the temporarily occupied Luhansk, an unknown drone destroyed the oil depot of the russian occupiers. The drone was able to bypass all russian electronic warfare and air defense systems and hit the target.

There is a shortage of vaccines for children in the temporarily occupied Luhansk Oblast. Some have to wait for several months, some are not available at all.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Six russian drones of the "Shahed-136/131" type were shot down in the Mykolaiv Oblast on the night of December 4. The russian military also struck the water area and the town of Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Yesterday, russian military personnel struck 158 strikes on 22 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Two reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. Civilians were not injured.

This morning, the russian occupying forces once again massively shelled one of the settlements in the Vasylivka Raion. They fired from artillery and MLRS, hit with guided air bombs. There was no information about the victims.

Border guards in the Zaporizhzhia direction, with the help of an anti-drone gun, neutralized five russian FPV drones. One of the russian drones was "landed" on a tree.

In the Zaporizhzhia area, the Defense Forces repelled attacks by the russian military: three in the south of Robotyne, and other three in the Novopokrovka area.

Odessa Oblast

In the Odesa Oblast, electricity supply was fully restored after the storm: electricity was restored to 596,000 families.

Kherson Oblast

In Kropyvnytskyi, on the eve of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military personnel and families of fallen servicemen were awarded. The Order "For Courage" of the III degree was presented to the relatives of senior lieutenant Yevgen Hnenny, senior soldier Yevhen Kovalenko and soldier Oleg Chembarov. The medal "For military service to Ukraine" was posthumously awarded to soldier Stanislav Bloshchynskyi and senior soldier Bohdan Khomovskyi.

Cherkasy Oblast 

A memorial complex "Heroes of Ukraine wrapped in glory" was opened in the Uman community, the Cherkasy Oblast. In its center there is a stele of "5 ears of corn", symbolizing the five communities and the city of Uman. A symbolic ribbon wraps around the stele, on which is engraved the history of Ukraine from the time of the Cossacks to the present day. And also five moving tapes with the names of the fallen Heroes. The complex was implemented at the expense of patrons.

In Cherkasy, 400 families of IDPs from the Luhansk Oblast received humanitarian aid - mattresses, blankets, dishes, as well as other household items. In the course of November, almost 2,300 food kits were issued in the humanitarian center, which is under the care of the Popasna community.

Poltava Oblast

In the Poltava Oblast, a pilot project for the social rehabilitation of war veterans together with their families is being successfully implemented, and the institute of a veteran's assistant is being introduced. New rehabilitation departments are being created in oblast hospitals. In addition, soldiers and their families are provided with free legal consultations on the basis of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration.

According to the results of the vote, which lasted for two weeks, Pushkin Street and Solar Park in Poltava will bear the names of two fallen soldiers from the region. The park will be renamed Yevhenii Brach Solar Park. The proposal to rename Pushkin Street in honor of Yulian Matviichuk received the most votes.

Vinnytsia Oblast

In Vinnytsia, six people with disabilities took part in a three-day workshop "Group of active rehabilitation". They were taught how to properly use wheelchairs and maintain them. Participants combined practice with theory.

Lviv Oblast

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi
