For the second time, the russians shelled the territory near the village of Pushkari. Almost 60 explosions were recorded.

Finland is helping Chernihiv in the education sector: it has already paid for 13 school renovation projects, and has also financed the salaries of teachers who conduct summer activities for local children.

In the Chernihiv Oblast, 82 schools out of 407 that are supposed to function are ready for full-time education. The final results will be on September 5. 

Sumy Oblast

In Kharkiv, russian missiles hit the Slobidskyi district of the city, damaging the enterprise building. 

As a result of enemy shelling of Saltivka in Kharkiv, a garage burned down in the afternoon, and two more garages were damaged. In the garage that burned down, a russian projectile destroyed the roof.

About 10 hits were recorded in the Saltivka district of Kharkiv as a result of russian shelling.

The russians shelled Kharkiv from the Grad multiple launch rocket systems. The rockets hit the yard near the church and some high-rise residential buildings, and also damaged a residential building, the garage cooperative, as well as the children's playground. 

Over the past day, the russian occupiers continued shelling the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv, and Izium raions of the oblast.

Over the past day, 3 civilians were hospitalized with injuries: an 83-year-old woman in the Bohodukhiv Raion, a 29-year-old man in the Izium Raion, and a 48-year-old woman in the Chuhuiv Raion.

Private houses, outbuildings, industrial and infrastructure facilities were damaged. The building of an educational institution was damaged in Zolochiv.

Donetsk Oblast

Over the past day, the occupiers hit 18 settlements, the police documented 33 rounds of shelling. Avdiivka and Bakhmut were subjected to mass shelling - six attacks each. Rashists also attacked the cities of Bilytske, Kostyantynivka, Maryinka, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, Soledar, the villages of Dachne, Yelizavetivka, Novomykhailivka, Komar, Kurdiumivka, Opytne of the Avdiivka Territorial Community, Opytne of the Bakhmut Raion, Pidhorodne, Pryshyb, and Shakhtarske. Russian troops carried out airstrikes, launched 9M-723 Iskander-M missiles, and also fired from the Grad multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and tanks. In total, 54 structures and facilities were destroyed or damaged: 29 residential buildings, warehouses, two fields, farm buildings, a hangar, a dispensary, and transport vehicles.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy is trying to conduct offensive operations. Russians actively engage ground attack aircraft and army aviation. Shelling was recorded near Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, Starodubivka, Vesele, Fedorivka, and Siversk.

In order to improve their tactical situation, the occupiers conducted offensive battles in the direction of Pisky and Pervomaiske, but they did not succeed and retreated. 

On August 14, the russians killed 3 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast: in Bakhmut, Soledar and Maryinka. Another 13 people were wounded.

Since February 24, the russians have killed 733 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 1,903. 

Kramatorsk

At night, the enemy troops launched an attack in the direction of the city. There were no casualties or damage.

Sloviansk is again suffering from shelling by the russians. Last night, two city neighborhoods were hit, including a high-rise building in the city center. There were no casualties.

There is no centralized gas supply in Kramatorsk, the situation with water supply is precarious due to constant shelling by the russians.

Work continues to restore the roofs of the houses affected by the missile attack in the area of the Industria Hotel. Specialists of the Department of Housing and Communal Services inspect the houses damaged in the private sector and provide people with the materials required for quick emergency repairs: closing windows and covering roofs. Brigades of electricians of the Kramatorsk district power networks work in an intensified regime .

The situation remains alarming. In addition to the situation in the city, the residents of Kramatorsk are concerned about the situation in neighboring Bakhmut, which is now under heavy fire from enemy artillery.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsky district

Mariupol

Covert mobilization continues in Mariupol. Residents receive text messages offering to work in the so-called state paramilitary mining rescue service. People are allegedly offered jobs as car and train drivers. At the same time, Donetsk, Horlovka and Makiivka are among the places of deployment. In fact, there is a hidden mobilization: people are simply gathered and sent to the front.

From the russian city of Pskov, where Mariupol residents have become a problem for local authorities, they are being returned home. On Saturday, 60 residents of Mariupol were sent to rostov-on-don, where they will be met by the "DPR" authorities and taken home. Most of these people have no surviving housing in the city and will be forced to live on the street or break into the apartments of other Mariupol residents in evacuation.

Luhansk Oblast

The occupiers plan to demolish more than a hundred damaged houses in Severodonetsk. They survey the destroyed houses to demolish them. Residents of Severodonetsk gave their personal data more than a month ago in exchange for a promise to restore residential premises. But so far no one has come even for an examination.

More than 7 billion hryvnias are needed to restore the communal infrastructure of Luhansk Oblast. This amount only takes into account the restoration of centralized gas, water and electricity supply. Kherson Oblast

Mykolayiv Oblast

At night, around 02:40 a.m., Mykolaiv came under enemy fire. As a result, an educational institution and a hotel on the outskirts of the city were damaged.

Also at night, the enemy shelled the village of Kotlyareve of the Shevchenkiv community.

Українські діти, які через війну змушені були лишати домівки і рятуватися за кордоном, збирають гроші для Збройних сил України. Даніель, якому 7 років та на даний час разом з мамою мешкає в Норвегії, об'єднавшись з іншими дітьми, які зараз проживають в Норвегії, влаштували благодійний ярмарок – біля одного з супермаркетів продавали українські сувеніри: патріотичні наклейки, прапорці, брелоки, які з дому надіслали родичі. Вказували ціну від 20 крон. Тим часом перехожі реагували дуже позитивно. Дехто навіть давав гроші, а сувеніри не брав. Мовляв, хай залишаться для інших покупців, а вони просто хочуть допомогти Україні. В результаті Даніель із іншими дітьми назбирали понад 200 євро. Ці гроші спрямували на саперні лопати – саме про них просили військові.

На Хмельниччині функціонують 5 мультидисциплінарних мобільних команд допомоги постраждалим від війни. Хмельниччина – одна з одинадцяти областей України, де в межах всеукраїнського проєкту "Інтегрована підтримка через міждисциплінарні мобільні команди" створено ці команди, що надають комплексну допомогу постраждалим від війни. Працюють вони у Хмельницькому, Кам'янці-Подільському, Дунаївцях, Ізяславі та Чемерівцях. Задача таких мобільних команд - оперативно надати вразливим сім'ям необхідну соціально-психологічну допомогу і бути там, де ця допомога необхідна. До складу кожної команди входять психолог, соціальний працівник, юрист, медик та водій. Команда має власне авто та може виїжджати у найвіддаленіші куточки області. Також команди працюють у центрах підтримки переселенців та консультують сім'ї дистанційно.

Кам’янець-Подільський 

Відбувається підготовка до 29 серпня - Дня пам’яті захисників України, які загинули в боротьбі за її незалежність. 

На сьогодні зафіксовано 47 хворих на Ковід. Важких випадків немає. Проте медики восени прогнозують нову хвилю захворювання.

На обліку департаменту соціального захисту населення перебуває 22118 внутрішньо переміщених осіб. 

Департамент економіки продовжує роботу із релокованим бізнесом. Днями було надано допомогу одному із запорізьких підприємств, що переїхало в громаду, в підготовці документів для участі в гранті. Міський голова, згідно з умовами, підписав усі необхідні листи для підтримки підприємства.

Спільно з містом-побратимом Укмерге реалізовується міжнародний проєкт з оздоровлення діток громади. Організовується безкоштовна туристична подорож - з 5 по 15 вересня - у дитячий табір в Литві.

Потрапивши в оточення, керувала відведенням групи в безпечне місце, зберігши життя товаришів по службі. За свої військові дії Павліна Николаєвич отримала «Хрест бойових заслуг».
