Kharkiv Oblast

Donetsk Oblast

Despite the great efforts of energy workers, it is now impossible to restore electricity and heat supply in the frontline communities. The russians target civilian infrastructure, including in the de-occupied territories. Thus, on the evening of November 29, more than 100 settlements remained without electricity in Donetsk Oblast.

More than 720 wounded soldiers of the russian army were taken to medical facilities in Donetsk for treatment. And in Horlivka, only medics are allowed to visit wounded occupiers.

On November 29, shelling by the russian army in Donetsk Oblast left five people dead and another 15 injured.

Since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast, 1,235 people have lost their lives, and another 2,662 people have been injured. It is currently impossible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion

In blackout conditions they should prevent freezing of water in the networks.  

Wooden toilets in the yards of Poltava are planned to be created on the basis of sewers - people will clean them themselves. This idea appeared against the background of preparations for the blackout for a long time due to russian shelling.  

Poltava oblast is among the leaders in the number of people involved in the "Army of Recovery". More than 2 thousand unemployed people are already participating in the project. Among them are more than 300 people from Poltava oblast. As part of the "Army of Recovery" project, the unemployed are involved in community service. They work on the construction of protective structures, on unloading and packing humanitarian aid and are involved in the debris removal. For this they receive salary not lower than the minimum wage.

Rivne Oblast

The children's sanatorium "Khrinnyky" in Rivne oblast will be equipped for housing for IDPs. According to the project, it is planned to create 250 places for living there, work will begin in December.

A safety class was opened in Ostroh Lyceum. Here children will be able to gain knowledge and practical skills in fire and mine safety, life safety, first aid and psychological relief. Special attention is paid to safe handling of ammunition. 

More than 30 families in Rivne oblast who take care of orphans received household appliances. The refrigerators, washing machines, multicookers, kettles and heaters were handed over to foster families, guardians and family-type orphanages. In total, 73 children are brought up in these families. The equipment was purchased and delivered by the international charitable organization "Partnership ''Every Child" within the framework of the UNICEF project "Monitoring and Support of Children in War".  

In Rivne oblast 150 baby carriages will be presented to IDP families. Such Christmas gifts for little boys and girls came from the Charitable Organization "Heart for Children of Ukraine" and philanthropists of Great Britain. They also handed over two boxes of baby food.   

Chernivtsi Oblast

Bukovyna said goodbye to the Heroes who sacrificed their lives to defend freedom and independence of Ukraine: Sergeant Valerii Krasnian was laid to rest in Chernivtsi, Senior Sergeant Serhii Bodnar - in the village of Klokichka, Junior Sergeant Yurii Yeremeyko - in the village of Borivtsi, soldiers Ilya Diakon - in the village of Staryi Vovchynets, Ihor Botvink - in Chernivtsi. The warriors of the 80th separate air assault brigade were awarded with state awards for heroic performance of combat task in the east of Ukraine. 

The Khotyn community received assistance from the French city of La Couronne. Philanthropists delivered medical multifunctional beds, tables for distribution of medicines and other accessories. They also handed over electrical appliances and heaters, paints, construction equipment, in particular, concrete mixers, lawn mowers, motor pumps, household equipment. 

The National Bar Association of Romania donated a thousand blankets and the same number of pillows to the Chernivtsi community. They are intended for hospitals and the needs of IDPs in Chernivtsi oblast. The part of the cargo will also go to the liberated territories of Ukraine. 

Four buses of coloring books, puzzles and toys, as well as almost 170 thousand hryvnias were raised for children from the liberated territories by students of Chernivtsi kindergartens. For this purpose, the kids organized charity performances.
