Kyiv

Major repairs of the bridge across the Trubizh River, which the russians destroyed in the spring of 2022, have been completed in Kyiv Oblast. It connects the village of Zalissya and the village of Zavorichi in Brovary raion.

Kyiv OMA submitted a list of 108 objects in the village of Moshchun to the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development. In total, 831 residential buildings were damaged in Moschun and nearby garden societies.

Zhytomyr Oblast 

In the communities of the region, 2,700 objects were restored out of 4,814 that were destroyed and damaged as a result of attacks by russian troops after the full-scale invasion of the russia.

In Zhytomyr Oblast, they continue to work on expanding opportunities for humanitarian demining of the region's territories. Authorities met with the certified national operator of mine countermeasures and their partners - consultants of the British company Tetra Tech. They discussed the demining of Zhytomyr Oblast, in particular, the de-occupied territories, which are contaminated by mine traps, remnants of shells and enemy rockets.

Eight new "Peugeot" pickups, which will protect critical infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Zhytomyr community and region, were handed over to the military.

 

Chernihiv Oblast 

On November 2, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast eight times from their territory. Border guards recorded 34 explosions. Novgorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovske and Horodnyanka communities came under fire.

A mother of four children from Zhukotok was sentenced to eight years behind bars for providing the russians with information about the movement of Ukrainian troops through Chernihiv Oblast. During August-September 2022, after the liberation of Chernihiv Oblast from occupation, the woman continued to cooperate with the russian military. She was detained by SSU counter-intelligence.

Sumy Oblast 

During the day of November 2, the russian military carried out 11 shellings of Sumy Oblast, 78 explosions were recorded. Bilopillya, Yunakive, Krasnopillya, Putivl, Seredina-Buda, and Esman communities came under fire. As a result of the strikes, private houses, an administrative building, an enterprise, a garage, a bathhouse, a summer kitchen and an apartment building were damaged.

At night and in the morning, the russian army made 9 strikes on Sumy Oblast. Shalygine and Znob-Novgorod communities were shelled.

Eastern Oblasts 

Kharkiv Oblast 

About 10 strikes by Shahed drones were carried out by russia on Kharkiv and its suburbs on the night of November 3. In particular, law enforcement officers recorded damage to private houses, an educational institution and cars in the Osnovyanskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of the city. There were no injuries. Eight people had an acute stress reaction.

Five fires broke out after russian strikes on Kharkiv and the Kharkiv raion from drones, they were extinguished by 140 rescuers.

In the Osnovyanskyi district of Kharkiv, eight cars, a service station, residential buildings and garages were damaged as a result of russian night strikes.

In Kharkiv, as a result of a night attack by the russian army using drones, the building of the "Kharkiv College of Transport Technologies" was damaged - the third and second floors were partially destroyed.

Due to the night strikes of the russia in Kharkiv, more than 150 subscribers in the south of the city are without electricity, three households in the north have been cut off.

In the morning, a 29-year-old employee of "Nova Poshta" who was injured during a russian missile attack on the company's terminal near Kharkiv died in the hospital. The number of dead has increased to eight people.

109 children were taken from Kupiansk Raion as part of a forced evacuation. As of November 3, 172 children remain in 10 settlements of the district. In Kupiansk Raion, the military recorded increased shelling. 

Donetsk Oblast

On November 2, the russian army fired 14 times at the civilian population of Donetsk Oblast using "Grad" multiple rocket launchers and artillery.

On November 2, three people were injured in Donetsk Oblast as a result of shelling by the russian army.

Since February 24, 2022, russians have killed 1757 civilians in Donetsk Oblast and injured 4286 more. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the Lysychansk sector, 5 houses were damaged in the Zvanivka community: 3 in Pereyizne and 2 in Zvanivka. Another 1 house was damaged in Siversk.

A resident of Donetsk Oblast was injured as a result of the detonation of an explosive device in the yard of his house. It happened in the village of Kramatorsk Raion.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk sector, 2 people were wounded in Avdiivka, and 1 more in Lastochkyno of the Ocheretyne community. A house in Romanivka was destroyed in Marinka community, Illinka and Katerynivka were shelled. The Kurakhivka community was subjected to 11 shellings: numerous private houses, a kindergarten, and a club were damaged in Sukhi Yaly, 5 multi-story buildings were damaged in Kurakhivka, and a private house was damaged in Hanivka.

In the evening of November 2, russian occupants launched a massive attack on the village of Sukhi Yaly in Donetsk Oblast. They fired ten high-explosive fragmentation rockets from Smerch multiple rocket launchers.

The last two residents of the frontline village of Stepove, which is 200 meters from the contact line with the russian occupiers, were evacuated by the ''Bili Yanholy'' (''White Angels'') law enforcement officers.

Russian occupants are gathering forces for a third massive attack on Avdiivka, which is likely to be directed at the Avdiivka Coke Plant.

Mykolaiv Oblast 

On November 2, russian troops attacked two villages of the Kutsurub community and shelled the waters of the Ochakiv community. No one was injured or killed.

On the night of November 3, air defense forces destroyed three Shahed-131/136 attack drones.

The curfew in the Ochakiv, Kutsurub, and Chornomorsk communities has been changed. It starts at 22:00 and ends at 06:00.

The Mykolaiv stable is home to displaced horses from other regions of Ukraine. The animals were brought from Zaporizhzhia and Kherson to escape the shelling.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Over the past day, the enemy struck 172 times at 20 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. There were 14 reports of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure. No civilians were injured.

Border guards shot down three russian drones with explosives in the Zaporizhzhia sector.

11 people sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of a morning attack by the russian army on the village of Zarichne, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The shelling damaged multi-story and private residential buildings, several of which were completely destroyed. The owners of the damaged houses were provided with construction materials for repairs.

Employees of the SSU reported the suspicion in absentia to an entrepreneur from the temporarily occupied Melitopol, who, according to the investigation, headed a construction holding that manufactures anti-tank barriers for the russians, also known as “dragon's teeth” and repairs highways.

The IAEA successfully carried out another rotation of its mission at the temporarily occupied ZNPP. This is already the 14th group of experts of the Agency since the establishment of the permanent monitoring mission. 

 

Odesa Oblast 

At night, two drones were shot down over Odesa Oblast.

Kherson Oblast

Russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 108 times yesterday. 71 projectiles were fired in Kherson, 13 guided air bombs were fired in Beryslav and Kherson raions. An educational institution and an enterprise in Beryslav district, a factory in Kherson were destroyed. One person died, four were injured.

At night, the russian army shelled Kherson several times. As a result of projectile hits, a fire broke out in the Korabelnyi district of the city. A non-residential building was on fire.

In the Kherson Oblast, sappers destroyed almost 100 explosive objects in a day. Rescuers also extinguished five fires and provided assistance to the population.

Russian troops shelled the central part of Kherson. Three people were injured, they were hospitalized.

Electricity and water supply are partially absent in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. Emergency shutdowns occurred due to russian shelling. Repair crews are working.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

One of the drones was shot down in the sky over Kryvyi Rih raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast by military air defense. Another drone of the russian army was destroyed over Kryvyi Rih raion on the morning of November 3.

A serviceman who corrected artillery shelling and drone strikes on Nikopol was sentenced to 15 years in prison. In addition, he collected and transmitted data on the location of units of the Armed Forces near the water area of ​​the Dnipro River.

Kirovohrad Oblast

This night, air defense forces shot down an Kh-59 air-launched guided missile and three attack drones over the territory of Kirovohrad Oblast. There was no damage to the infrastructure and no casualties.

In the city of Oleksandria, charitable physical culture and health competitions were held among teachers. During the events, 37,000 hryvnias were collected for the Armed Forces. Teams of 15 educational institutions took part in them. They competed in such sports as table tennis, darts, badminton and team volleyball games.

 

Vinnytsia Oblast

Kmelnytskyi Oblast

Khmelnytskyi was again attacked by “shahedes” that night. There is no information about hits and casualties in the Oblast.
