Zhytomyr Oblast

At the end of March, representatives of fire and rescue units of the oblast made two working visits to the Federal Republic of Germany. As a result of the trips, fellow rescuers exchanged experience, and the units of the Main Directorate received fire and rescue vehicles, equipment and gear.

14-year-old Sviatoslav Yanishevskyi and 12-year-old Zakhar Koka, schoolchildren from Korostyshiv, made 15 power banks for the military from used e-cigarettes. The boys decided to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine after Zakhar's grandfather was killed in the war, and Sviatoslav's father joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The military recorded 14 explosions on the territory of the Novhorod-Siversk community and two explosions on the territory of the Semenivka community. Today, explosive devices were disposed by detonation near the village of Shestovytsia.

The city cemetery "Yatsevo" was prepared for visits by relatives and friends of those buried there. The territory of the cemetery has been cleared of mines.

Sumy Oblast

Over the past day, the russian military fired 9 times at the border communities of the Sumy Oblast: Bilopillia, Khotyn, Velyka Pysarivka, Myropillia, and Shalyhyne. A total of 118 hits were recorded. Kharkiv Oblast

Yesterday, the enemy continued to terrorize the civilian population of the Kharkiv Oblast, shelling the border settlements of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions.

Mine clearance continues in the oblast. Over the past day, pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service neutralized 172 explosive devices.

Donetsk Oblast

On April 10, the russian military attacked 12 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast with aircraft, Grad MLRS, artillery, mortars, and tanks.

Five residents of the Donetsk Oblast (in Bakhmut, Toretsk, Kostiantynivka, Ocheretyne, and Maksymilianivka) were wounded as a result of shelling by the russian military on April 10.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,463 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 3,372 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

Kostiantynivka was subjected to artillery shelling and missile attacks - 1 person was wounded, 16 private houses, 7 high-rise buildings and a gas pipeline were damaged. Also. In the territory of this community, a house was damaged in the village of Markove.

They also hit the Markove and Predtechyn Starosta districts. As a result of shelling, 17 private houses, seven high-rise buildings, a gas pipeline and one car were damaged.

Commercial buildings in Yampil of the Lyman community were destroyed, and houses in Siversk were damaged.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

The fiercest battles continue for Avdiivka and Marinka. At the same time, the settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Hostre, Heorgiivka, Marinka and Pobieda of the Donetsk Oblast were subjected to enemy shelling.

One person was injured in Ocheretyne. As a result of a rocket strike, farm buildings were damaged. During the day, the russians shelled Kurakhove five times. There are no casualties.

Humanitarian cargo in the form of baby food, diapers, blankets, mattresses and medical equipment arrived from the Murakha Charitable Foundation and the Patriots of Ukraine Public Organization to the Perinatal Center of the Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital. Today, the perinatal center is the only one in the oblast that accepts pathological births and helps Ukrainian newborns to be born.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

Three houses were damaged in the Toretsk community, shelling was recorded in the Soledar community.

In the Donetsk Oblast, it was forbidden to visit cemeteries during the Easter holidays and memorial days in the communities of Toretsk and Sviatohirsk due to the danger of landmines.

Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion

Mariupol

In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska districts, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

In the village of Vynohradivka, a temporary bridge, which was destroyed by the occupying forces of the russian federation, was restored. It connects the settlements of Vynohradivka, Inhulka and Kostychi. Its length is 12 m, and its width is 4.4 m.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, on April 10, the russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of ​​17 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

This morning, April 11, russian troops launched a massive missile attack on Orikhiv and Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. People were not injured.

In the temporarily occupied city of Energodar of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the russians are forcing local residents to obtain permission to move through the oblast.

Currently, 258 internally displaced persons live in a modular town in Zaporizhzhia. Singles live in dormitories, and families live in family-type modules. 

Kherson Oblast

During the day of April 10, russian troops shelled the Kherson region 56 times, using 285 shells. Two people are injured.

The russian army shelled Kherson at night and attacked Potemkin Island. There are no dead or injured.

At night, the russian army with artillery hit the Church of the Nativity of the Holy Mother of God in Kherson with fire. The building has broken windows, damaged roof and walls. There are no casualties or injuries.

During the day on April 10, the russian army shelled the settlements of three communities of the Beryslav Raion. One person died near Olhivka, two were injured near Novoberyslav. Russian troops damaged more than 10 buildings and destroyed the enterprise with aerial bombs. 

The russian army threw a grenade at a boat in one of the settlements of the Beryslav community. A 20-year-old boy and girl tried to swim out into the bay. They were seriously injured and hospitalized.

On April 10, the defense forces destroyed the russian anti-aircraft missile complex and the ammunition depot. A russian Mi-24 helicopter and nine drones of various types were also shot down.

Today, the police evacuated a mother and her 11-year-old daughter from the village of Novoberyslav. They were brought to Beryslav, where they were handed over to volunteers. From there, the family was taken to Kryvyi Rih by an evacuation bus.

The Kherson prosecutor's office submitted indictments to the court against five former employees of the correctional colony and one employee of the pretrial detention center. They will be tried for treason committed under martial law. Traitors face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Central oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Today, the russian army shelled the Nikopol Raion three times a day. People were not injured. A private house, an outbuilding and a motorcycle were damaged. 

Tonight, dozens of projectiles flew to the Marganets community. There were no deaths or injuries. The rescuers examined the place of hits and are investigating the consequences of the attack.

The polar traveler from Dnipro Serhiy Hordienko reached Kropyvnytskyi. This is the 17th day of his walking expedition "Ukraine - the fortress of European freedom", which the research scientist started on March 25 in Dnipro. A man walks to the Carpathians on Hoverla. Along the way, he meets people, holds lectures and master classes on survival in extreme conditions, and talks about the achievements of Ukrainian polar explorers.

Foresters have already planted 1,154,000 seedlings in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A total of 115 hectares of new forest massifs appeared in the oblast.

Kirovohrad Oblast

On April 10, Ukraine returned 100 Ukrainian men and women from russian captivity. Among those released are military personnel from the Kirovohrad Oblast - Serhii Bobrenko from the village of Nove and Oleksandr Neliub from Pomichna.

Residents of the Nova Praha community (Oleksandria Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast) helped the mobilized fighter to plant a nut garden. Thus, they decided to support a soldier who wanted to develop green tourism in the community, but went to defend Ukraine.

In Kropyvnytskyi, the 12th Easter charity auction will be held at the art museum. This year, aid will be collected for the hematology department of the children's oblast hospital, where children with blood diseases and oncology are treated. Up to 30 lots were selected for the auction. These are the works of professional artists, ceramic products, life-size dolls.

Cherkasy Oblast

Three people from Cherkasy returned to their families as part of yesterday's large exchange of prisoners. Among them is Alina Maleshko-Haburych. She is the mother of 6-year-old Yehor, who asked putin to return his mother from captivity. Yehor's parents brought their son to his grandparents, who live in Cherkasy, from Mariupol. The boy's father died, and his mother was captured. Yehor was waiting for his mother to return, so he turned to putin via video.

State awards were presented to the families of four more fallen defenders. Thus, Oleksandr Korol was posthumously awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi III degree. Viktor Serdiuk was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree. Their lives ended in Bakhmut. Soldier Artem Vlasenko was awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree. Poltava Oblast

A memorial plaque to the fallen Yurii Lysenko was opened in the Poltava Oblast. Yurii was from the Lokhvytia community, a memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the defender's native school. Because of the war, Ukrainians' needs for rehabilitation increased. The rehabilitation department of the city clinical hospital No. 1 receives more than 60 outpatients and 20 inpatients every day.

The Poltava City Council intends to terminate agreements on the lease of plots under churches and temples of the moscow patriarchate. However, legislative grounds are necessary for making such a decision. In particular, the official ban on the activities of the Ukrainian orthodox church of the moscow patriarchate on the territory of Ukraine. Currently, there are more than 20 such churches and temples in the Poltava community.

Sowing is underway in the Poltava Oblast. Farmers have already sown a quarter of the planned volume of early cereals and legumes. In total, this is 26 thousand hectares. Spring wheat and barley, peas and oats are sown. Fertilization of winter crops is nearing completion.

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Representatives of UNICEF, officer-coordinator of educational programs Hanna Dudich and engineer Serhii Uksusov visited Kamianets-Podilskyi. Areas of cooperation were determined: support for children with special educational needs and internally displaced persons, improvement of the material and technical base of the community.

Work on support and integration of internally displaced persons into the community continues. For example, reconstruction of a building for housing for IDPs is underway. The documents are ready, and the project is under consideration by the European Commission.

For two days, the All-Ukrainian competition "Freedom in the Air" was held in the city's House of Culture. The competition brought together 170 young athletes. This year's participants collected more than 35,000 hryvnias for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Chernivtsi Oblast

Religious communities in the villages of Myhovo and Havrylivtsi transferred to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

The doctor came from France to support the Ukrainians. Eric Sinke has been working as an occupational therapist at the Chernivtsi Oblast Psychiatric Hospital for a month. He helps children with mental disorders free of charge. In his homeland, Eric was a psychologist for the Paris Fire and Rescue Service and has already retired. However, he decided that his profession and knowledge are needed now in war-torn Ukraine.

Students and teachers of the Chernivtsi Higher Commercial School have been preparing food for the Ukrainian military since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion. On the eve of the holidays, they received a request from volunteers to make paskas [traditional Easter cakes] and already managed to bake almost half a thousand products.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The Easter charity event "Paska for a Warrior" was held today in Uzhhorod. Residents of the Zakarpattia Oblast from all communities baked thousands of paskas for the defenders, brought Easter eggs, meat products, cheeses, children's drawings with words of thanks. The priests consecrated the Easter products that will be handed over to Ukrainian soldiers.

In Uzhgorod, a performance was held by the teenage playback theater, which started working with a new group in March. The actors played the stories told by the audience the day before. Actors aged 12 to 18 from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Berdiansk and Uzhhorod participated in the process.

Internally displaced persons living in a shelter in Uzhhorod grow vegetables and herbs in greenhouses. This is happening within the framework of the project based on the "I will help" shelter, with the support of the Ukrainian Women's Fund. The range of planted vegetables is very large.

In Uzhhorod, an Easter exhibition of painted Easter eggs from the landscape park "Dobropark" in the Kyiv Oblast, which survived the russian missile attacks, will start. 21 painted Easter eggs will be installed on Sandor Petefi Square. In total, out of more than 500 Easter eggs created by artists from all over Ukraine, about 140 survived the rocket attacks. Some of them show traces of damage.

The AUI "Active Community" team in the Zakarpattia Oblast held a meeting of the Club of Active Citizens. The topic was "Community communication: how to protect yourself from false information in the community." The participants considered examples of false information and analyzed the damage it can cause to public opinion.
