The blast wave and debris smashed the windows and balcony door blocks, as well as the entrance doors to the entrances. Internal communications systems, roof structures and roofing were destroyed. Cracks appeared in the stairwells and partitions, at the joints of panels, and in the corners of the buildings inside. Today, the houses have been completely renovated and have a modern insulated facade, and the vast majority of apartments have undergone emergency repairs.

On the night of May 10, the russian military attacked the Bilopillia community in the Sumy Oblast with artillery. Six explosions were recorded.

In the morning of May 10, russian troops fired mortars at the village of Khodyne in the Shalyhyne community. Also, the village of Bachivsk of the Esman community was probably attacked with self-propelled artillery systems.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past day, russian occupiers shelled towns and villages in the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk raions of the oblast.

Last night, the enemy launched a missile attack on the city of Kupiansk. According to preliminary reports, Iskander missiles were used. The buildings of a civilian enterprise and 5 private houses were damaged. Three people were wounded. A 57-year-old woman sustained minor injuries, the condition of a 59-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man is assessed as moderate.

Also, a private residential building, a garage, and outbuildings were damaged in the village of Petropavlivka, and a fire broke out.

As a result of the shelling of the village of Cherneshchyna, Izium Raion, two residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.

In the village of Hatyshche, Chuhuiv Raion, the enemy damaged at least 2 private houses, and a fire broke out.

Mine clearance works are underway. Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service inspected more than 12 hectares of territory and defused 301 explosive devices.

Donetsk Oblast

Fifteen towns and villages were shelled by the russian occupation forces on May 9 in the Donetsk Oblast. A total of 63 civilian structures were damaged, including 43 houses, a school, and an administrative building.

On May 9, russians killed 1 civilian — in the town of Chasiv Yar. One more person in the oblast was wounded.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the russians have killed 1,497 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded 3,486 others. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Over the 9 months since the mandatory evacuation was announced, about 70,000 people have been evacuated to safe regions from the Donetsk Oblast, including more than 8,000 children and 3,000 people with disabilities.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the Horlivka direction in Kostiantynivka, one person was injured, four private houses and an administrative building were damaged. Three houses in Novodmytrivka were also destroyed on the territory of the community. Another four houses are in Vasiukivka of the Soledar community.

In the Lysychansk direction, in the Lymansk community, two houses were damaged in Zarichne and three in Yampol, in Siversk an administrative building was hit and in Zvanivka four houses.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk Oblast, the Kurakhove community came under fire six times: 10 private houses and two high-rise buildings were damaged in Kurakhove and one house in Ostrivske. Isolated shelling was recorded in Avdiivka, Marinka and the Ocheretyne community.

The Perinatal Center of the Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital for Intensive Treatment received another humanitarian aid from the Murakha Charitable Foundation. These are diapers, feminine hygiene products and additional medical equipment.

The Pokrovsky Coordination Committee of the Self-Organization of the Population met with representatives of the Swedish volunteer organization Skicka vidare till Ukraina.

A team of philanthropists brought food, adult diapers, children's items, crutches, a wheelchair, hygiene items and animal feed to the community.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

Mykolaiv Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

A 15-year-old boy was injured as a result of shelling by the russian army in the Matviivka community in Zaporizhzhia. He is currently in the hospital.

In the temporarily occupied Energodar, the families of ZNPP workers are "evacuating" to the Rostov Oblast. It is about more than three thousand workers and members of their families. ZNPP workers have been prohibited from leaving Energodar since the beginning of the city's occupation.

Odessa Oblast

The UNESCO Committee and the International Council for the Protection of Monuments and Historical Sites have given recommendations to Odesa regarding the expansion of the world heritage site to the limits of the complex protection zone, as well as the inclusion of the Odesa port in the buffer zone. Now the city authorities have to consider them and submit their proposals. On May 9, the russian army struck the Kherson region 63 times with heavy artillery, Grad MLRS, tanks, grenade launchers, drones and aviation. Kherson was shelled 7 times. Shells hit residential quarters, a school, a first aid station, and a shopping center. One person is injured.

Yesterday in Stanislav, the team of the Internet provider, which was restoring communication in the village, came under fire from the russian aircraft. As a result of the attack, local residents were injured and the car of the telecom operators was damaged. Telecom employees, who have completed courses in tactical medicine, provided first aid to the injured woman.

Yesterday, the russian army carried out an airstrike on Kizomys and Stanislav. She fired at Antonivka, Molodizhne and Zelenivka from different types of weapons.

In the Kherson Oblast, 34 pseudo-law enforcement officers were exposed, who were operating in the occupied territories of the Oblast. Citizens of Ukraine and the russian federation created a criminal group called the "Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs". Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Dnipro received 48 multifunctional beds and 280 tripods for drips from the Christian Medical Association of Ukraine. They will be transferred to one of the oblast medical facilities.

In Dnipro, IDPs from the Luhansk Oblast are invited to free training courses to become cooks-piceol and confectioners-bakers. The training will last 3 weeks. This is a project of the Labor and Employment Inspectorate of the Dnipro City Council together with UNDP.
