Northern oblasts

Kyiv Oblast

Last night, russian occupiers attacked the Kyiv Oblast with UAVs. The air raid alert was announced twice. Air defense destroyed 25 enemy UAVs and three cruise missiles.

Today, explosive ordnance disposal was carried out in the Vyshhorod Raion.

At a charity auction in the Ukrainian House, a unique photo "Soldiers of the Azov Regiment. Mariupol" by Ihor Haidai was sold for a record sum of $12,500. The proceeds will be used for the treatment of wounded Azov soldiers, rehabilitation of released prisoners, and assistance to the families of the fallen servicemen. The Azov Patronage Service will act as the administrator.

The largest post-war landfill in Bucha was cleaned up. Over 11,000 cubic meters of various garbage and the remnants of 70 vehicles were removed from Deputatska Street in 2 months.

Chernihiv Oblast

In the afternoon of May 13 and at night of May 14, russians shelled two communities in the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast. The Novhorod-Siversk and Semenivka communities came under fire. Border guards recorded one explosion near the village of Krasnyi Khutir of the Novhorod-Siversk community, seven explosions near the village of Hremiach, six explosions near the village of Yanzhulivka of the Semenivka community, and three explosions near the village of Leonivka of the Semenivka community.

Sumy Oblast

On May 13, four border communities in the Sumy Oblast were shelled from the territory of russia. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or damage.

Today, russians shelled two communities in the Sumy Oblast: Khotyn and Znob-Novhorodske. In particular, the building of the Administrative Services Center was damaged in the settlement of Znob-Novhorodske, and a power line was damaged in the Khotyn community.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Last night, the enemy launched missile strikes, supposedly using S-300 systems, at Kharkiv and the urban-type settlement of Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv Raion. In the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv, a transport infrastructure facility, a dormitory building, and an apartment building were damaged.

In Zolochiv, two missiles hit the ground between residential buildings. Windows were smashed in the houses, and two garages were destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Over the past day, the enemy fired at the settlements in the Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, and Kharkiv raions of the oblast, using artillery, mortars, and aircraft.

A private household was damaged in Kupiansk as a result of enemy shelling from the Smerch MLRS.

In the village of Khatnie, Kupiansk Raion, shelling damaged at least 4 private houses and caused a fire. A 43-year-old woman was wounded and subsequently hospitalized.

A residential building was damaged in the village of Ohirtseve, Chuhuiv Raion, where a 61-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized.

At least 3 residential buildings were damaged as a result of shelling of the town of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion.

Mine clearance works are ongoing. Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service inspected more than 10 hectares of territory and defused 117 explosive devices.

Donetsk Oblast

Over the past day, the occupiers bombarded 12 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast 26 times. A total of 86 buildings and structures were damaged. The russians used Smerch, Uragan and Grad MLRS, artillery, tanks, and mortars.

The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts near Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Maryinka. During the day of May 13, there were a total of 57 combat engagements in these frontline areas.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the east of the Pokrovsk Raion, 4 people were killed in Avdiivka.

During the day, artillery shelling of the outskirts and the center of the Kurakhove territorial community took place. Five private households with outbuildings in the village of Ostrivske (Vrubivnyk) came under fire, and a private household with outbuildings in the village of Vovchenko was damaged. The shelling of the central part of the town of Kurakhove damaged 3 multi-storey buildings, the district heating networks, private cars, and the territory of the municipal market "Spozhyvach". A private car caught fire. In total, there were 6 shelling attacks.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

Heavy fighting continues for the town of Bakhmut. Also, during the day of May 13, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensives in the direction of the settlements of Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Khromove, Bakhmut, and Bila Hora. The enemy conducted airstrikes on the outskirts of Vasiutynske, Novomarkove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Kurdiumivka, and Pivnichne. Vasiukivka, Fedorivka Druha, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, Druzhba, Pivnichne, Pivdenne, and Toretsk came under enemy shelling.

Southern Oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, May 13, as a result of enemy shelling of the town of Ochakiv in the Ochakiv community, a residential building caught fire, which was quickly extinguished. A critical infrastructure object was damaged. There were no casualties.

Yesterday, the russians also hit the water area of the Ochakiv community with multiple launch rocket systems. There were no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanka raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Over the past day, May 13, the russian military shelled 18 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast: they carried out 2 airstrikes, attacked 4 times with multiple launch rocket systems, 3 times with unmanned aerial vehicles, and used artillery 86 times. One person was injured.

On May 14, the russians shelled the village of Prymorske in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The enemy hit a private house. The man received mine-explosive injuries and is now in serious condition. Three more people were injured, including a 7-year-old girl.

The russians also shelled Novoyakovlivka, another settlement in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. A woman was injured. A fire broke out in a village store, residential buildings were damaged.

Kherson Oblast

During May 13, the russian military hit the Kherson Oblast 90 times with various types of weapons. Kherson was shelled twice. The projectiles hit the residential quarters of the settlements, the building of the educational institution and the object of critical infrastructure in the Beryslav Raion. Six people were injured.

On the night of May 14, the russian military attacked Kizomys and Stanislav with 4 guided aerial bombs. An attack drone was directed to the territory of Chornobaivka. There were no casualties or injuries.

During the day, the missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a concentration of russian manpower and military equipment in the Kakhovka Raion of the Kherson Oblast. 5 unmanned aerial vehicles, 5 armored combat vehicles, a self-propelled mortar "Tulpan", 2 large-caliber guns, 2 field ammunition points and 2 video surveillance cameras of the russian army were destroyed.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of May 14, russian troops shelled the Pokrovske community in the Nikopol Raion. About a dozen heavy artillery shells were fired. An infrastructure facility and transport company were damaged. There were no casualties or injuries.

Kirovohrad Oblast

340 saplings of trees and bushes were planted as part of the "Gardens of Victory" campaign in the Nova Praha community of the Oleksandria Raion. Saplings were planted in three villages (Sharivka, Pantaziivka and Svitlopil), and the settlement of Nova Praha.

Poltava Oblast

In the Poltava Oblast, the state will allocate 54 million hryvnias for the creation of shelters in educational institutions. 22 communities of the Poltava Oblast have submitted applications in this regard. During this year, it was possible to equip 359 school shelters.

Horishni Plavni community buys thermal imagers and monoculars for 5 million hryvnias. It is planned to purchase 15 thermal imagers and 15 monoculars for the soldiers. The Odesa enterprise should deliver the equipment by the end of May.

Western Oblasts

Rivne Oblast

In the Rivne Oblast, intelligence units of the Territorial Defense are training to use mobile surveillance complexes. They help the military to reconnoitre conditional targets of the enemy and transmit the coordinates to the headquarters to make a decision on their destruction.

In the JSC "Rivnegas", consumers who come to pay for communal services are encouraged to join the collection of money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine by using the QR code. Thus, the company, together with the "Return Alive" fund, is holding a charity event and collecting money for an anti-tank simulator for soldiers. More than 300 thousand hryvnias have already been donated by the company's clients and staff. The anti-tank simulator is intended for training operators of anti-tank missile systems. Its cost is one million hryvnias.

The opening of the "Together to Victory" charity exhibition-sale took place in Rivne. It presents over three dozen paintings by artists Leonid Kovryha and Anton Veselskyi. 50% of the money from the sale of Leonid Kovryha's paintings and 100% from the sale of Anton Veselskyi's works will be directed to the needs of the 3rd Rifle Company of the 56th Battalion of the 104th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Volunteers from Dubno collect money for equipment for Ukrainian soldiers with trophies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After that, the belongings of the russians are handed over to the State Historical and Cultural Reserve. The project is called "Treasury of trophies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine". It was initiated by volunteer Victoria Shevchuk.

Musician children collected money for a car and a thermal imager for Ukrainian defenders. The exemplary ensemble "Cossacks" of the Zdovbytsia House of Culture recently returned from a charity concert in Poland. As a result, the artistic team together with volunteers handed over a car and a thermal imager to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

On May 13, an enemy hit an object on the territory of the Khmelnytskyi Raion. In Khmelnytskyi, educational and medical institutions, administrative buildings, industrial facilities, multi-story and individual residential buildings were damaged due to blast waves.

The blast wave damaged the building of one of the energy facilities in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast. The greatest amount of damage due to the blast wave was in the Hrechany neighborhood. There is also damage in Oleshyn, Ivankivtsi, Malashivtsi and Sharovechka. Roofs were torn off and windows were broken in houses. Many residents of Grusevitsa left the village, fearing repeated explosions

There were nearly 30 injured residents of the community.

Kamianets-Podilskyi

In kindergartens No. 1 and No. 5, delicious fairs were organized in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. More than 21,000 hryvnias were collected, which will be transferred to Ukrainian defenders.

Today memorial plaques were opened at the house on Stepan Bandera Street in honor of the Heroes Maksym Kwapish and Serhii Podolian, recalling with warm words the life path of each of the defenders.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the Uzhhorod National University and the cyber police department of the National Police of Ukraine. The parties agreed to cooperate in areas of increasing the level of professional knowledge of police officers, civil servants, workers and teachers. They agreed on the involvement of advanced scientific and professional experience in the educational process, the work of specialists on projects of regulatory and legal acts on countering cybercrime. Also, within the framework of the memorandum, it was agreed to prepare and hold scientific and methodical seminars, conferences, round tables, training and other events, provide consultations and recommendations on current problematic issues of countering cybercrime.

In Uzhhorod, the head of the Zakarpattia Oblast Military Administration Viktor Mykyta met with Bartosz Jan Cichocki, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine. Increasing the efficiency of cooperation between the regions of Ukraine and Poland for the development of communities and territories of both countries and promising economic cooperation are the main topics of the meeting.
