Kyiv Oblast

On May 30, two border communities of the Chernihiv Oblast came under russian shelling. Nine parishes in the area of the village of Yanzhulivka, three parishes in the area of the village of Leonivka, five parishes in the area of the village of Senkivka.
On the morning of May 31, russian troops shelled the border village of Galaganivka in the Semenivka community of Chernihiv Oblast. Border guards recorded seven explosions, probably from a 120 mm mortar.
Sumy Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

Donetsk Oblast
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled 17 cities and towns in the Donetsk Oblast. A total of 35 shellings were recorded.

On May 30, shelling by the russian army in Donetsk Oblast killed one person in Chasiv Yar, and six others were injured.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,537 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 3,615. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
During the forced evacuation of children from the war zone, 130 children were evacuated from Donetsk Oblast. It started with Bakhmut and the Time Ravine. Now this process is being launched in the Toretsk community.
Today, the last school bell rang for 10,309 ninth-graders and 6,663 eleventh-graders of Donetsk Oblast. Unfortunately, 119 children will never hear from him again - they were killed by russia.

Today, May 31, the enemy launched a rocket attack on the production premises of one of the enterprises in the Udachne community of the Pokrovsk raion. A woman born in 1982 died. The number of victims is being clarified. Minor damage to several buildings is known.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

A powerful explosion was heard in the temporarily occupied Melitopol. Local residents have seen black smoke on the western outskirts of Melitopol, near the russian-seized "Avtokolorlyt" plant, which is now being used as a military base.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 117 schools, more than 50 kindergartens and 45 vocational education institutions were destroyed or damaged by russian shelling.

Odesa Oblast

Kherson Oblast

In the afternoon, russian troops shelled Shyroka Balka with artillery. A shell hit a house, a three-year-old child sustained a head injury and was hospitalized.
Law enforcement officers exhumed the body of a civilian man who was tortured by russian military during the occupation of Kherson. Investigators found that the deceased was illegally detained in the spring of 2022 and held in one of the city's torture chambers. The body was sent for forensic examination.

Residents of the temporarily occupied Kakhovka reported that electricity and water had disappeared in the city.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
An 8-year-old child was wounded in the morning of May 31 as a result of a shelling of Pavlohrad Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The building of a transport company and windows in a two-story house were damaged.

At night, shells were dropped from a drone in Nikopol Raion. No one was injured or killed.
A hotline to help veterans and their families was launched in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Defenders can ask questions about treatment, rehabilitation, payments, compensation, and benefits.
Stone women from the collection of the Dnipro Historical Museum were hidden under Kevlar "bulletproof vests." This will help protect the stone plastic from fragments in the event of a missile strike. Previously, the stone statues were covered with sandbags, but this created a greenhouse effect and contributed to the development of mold.

Kirovohrad Oblast
Five soldiers from the communities of Kropyvnytskyi Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast, who died in the war with russia, were posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, III degree.
In Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad Oblast, 600,000 hryvnias will be allocated for the repair of three kindergartens where the displaced people currently live. Displaced persons will be offered other housing. They do this because not all children can attend kindergartens due to the lack of places.
Poltava Oblast
Deputies of the Oblast council allocated 98 million hryvnias for the construction and reconstruction of shelters in educational institutions. 65 projects are planned to be implemented under the conditions of co-financing from the Oblast and at least 50% from the community budgets. In addition, 8 communities will take advantage of the state subvention for arranging shelters. 9 applications were selected.
In Poltava, they supported the creation of a lyceum with enhanced military and physical training. The first 50 students will be enrolled in the lyceum starting September 1. The lyceum will be opened on the basis of the Poltava Art Lyceum named after Sofia Rusova. General disciplines will be taught by the employees of the art institution, and specialist disciplines by officers. Recruitment has already started.
In honor of the State Flag in Poltava, Gagarin Street was renamed. In 2021, the flagpole was opened on it and the largest flag of Poltava Oblast was raised. But the Soviet pilot-cosmonaut has nothing to do with Poltava.
The installation of a monument to Symon Petliura in Poltava was supported at the Oblast session. Money for production and installation will be found after the budget is redistributed. Design and engineering works cost 300,000 hryvnias and the sculpture costs 4.6 million hryvnias.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
