Northern Oblast
Kyiv

Within a day, after the launch of such a function, more than a thousand complaints were received from Kyiv residents. Of them: almost half say that the shelters are closed, a quarter - that they are in poor condition, another quarter - that there are no shelters nearby.
The prosecutor's office is investigating the embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the repair of shelters in the capital. According to the KCGA, in 2022-2023 1.2 billion hryvnias has been allocated for the arrangement of shelters. Evidence has already been collected that confirms the criminal actions and collusion of the contractors with the winners of the tenders, aimed at embezzlement and misappropriation of funds during the reconstruction of the shelters.
 
Kyiv Oblast 
There are more than 1,700 shelters in Kyiv Oblast. Law enforcement officers will also inspect the operation of bomb shelters at night. During the events, the police will check the entrances to the premises, the possibility of access, as well as the persons who are directly responsible for the functioning of such bomb shelters.
 
Chernihiv Oblast
On June 2, russian troops shelled two communities in the bordering Chernihiv Oblast: Novgorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka. No information was received about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure.

Sumy Oblast 
On the day of June 2, a total of 181 explosions were recorded in Sumy Oblast as a result of shelling by russians. One person was injured in the Velyka Pysarivka community, and one person died in the Khotin community.
During the night and morning of June 3, the russian military shelled the communities of Seredyna-Buda, Bilopillia and Yunakivka. As a result, one private house was damaged.
 
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast 
The enemy massively shelled the border and front-line settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Chuguyiv and Bogoduhiv raions of the Oblast.
Today, the enemy shelled the village of Ivashky, Bogoduhiv raion, with mortars. A 67-year-old man died. Two-story apartment buildings and private houses were damaged in the village. A civil industry facility was also damaged.
During the past day, 2 private houses were damaged and a fire broke out in the village of Lyman, Chuguyiv raion. In the village of Oleksandrivka, Bogoduhiv raion, a house was also destroyed as a result of shelling by the occupiers.
As a result of another attack by guided air bombs on the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk raion, a residential building was damaged. 2 people died - a 61-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman. In addition, 3 elderly women and a 3-year-old boy were injured.
A man and a woman aged 70 and 73 were injured as a result of tank shelling in the village of Dvorichna, Kupyannsk raion.
Near the villages of Morozova Dolyna and Lemishchyne of the Bogoduhiv raion, a car in which a family with three children was traveling was blown up by an unknown explosive device. According to detailed information, a 37-year-old woman died. The driver of the car, a 36-year-old man, was injured. Two girls aged 12 and 15 and a boy aged 12 were injured. The boy's condition is serious.
A 40-year-old man blew himself up with an unknown explosive device in the forest near the village of Sulygivka, Izyum raion. He died on the spot from his injuries.
Demining continues. During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 97 explosive objects.
 
Donetsk Oblast 
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled 17 cities and towns in the Donetsk Oblast. A total of 16 houses, a factory and power grids were damaged.
On June 2, 2 deaths were reported in Toretsk. In addition, 4 people in the Oblast were injured during the day.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,544 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 3,636 people.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the morning, the russians struck at Sloviansk, hitting the House of Everyday Life and the territory of the ''Shovkovychnyi Park''. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
In Siversk, 5 houses were damaged. In the Lyman community - 3 houses in Torske, 3 houses and an administrative building in Yampil. In Zvanivka, 11 houses and a medical facility were damaged, and 3 houses in Pereizne were damaged in the community.
In the forests of the Lyman community, a forester who was making his rounds of the land exploded on a tripwire. The man died on the spot. Currently, about 27 thousand hectares of forest in the Lyman region remain dangerous.
 
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
During the day, the territory of the Kurakhivka community in Pokrovsk Raion was shelled. In the evening, the enemy fired at Ostrivske village and Hostre village with cluster munitions and cannon artillery. One woman was wounded. In Ostrivske, 9 private houses with outbuildings were damaged. In Horishne - 1 private household.


Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
In the Horlivka direction, 2 non-residential buildings were destroyed in Chasiv Yar community, 3 multi-storey buildings and 3 private houses were damaged. Toretsk was hit by an air strike, damaging the private sector.
The russian army continues to deploy airborne troops, the best of the combat-ready units, to the Bakhmut area, and the intensity of shelling remains high.
Commander of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi visited the Bakhmut sector, awarded the soldiers, and planned further actions of the defenders. 

Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion
In the Volnovakha sector, a cultural institution in Velyka Novosilka was damaged, and power lines were cut in Shevchenk in the Komar community.

Southern Oblasts 
Mykolaiv Oblast 
Yesterday, on June 2, the enemy fired artillery at the waters of the Ochakiv community. There were no casualties or damage.
Also yesterday, the enemy shelled Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community. As a result, residential buildings and a power line were damaged. There were no casualties.
In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk, and Bashtanka Raions, the day and night were relatively calm.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Over the past day, June 2, russian troops shelled 24 localities in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Russian troops attacked the town of Kamyshuvakha in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The shelling killed two civilians, and according to updated reports, five people were injured.
Out of 106 shelters checked, 31 were closed or with limited access - these are the first results of the inspection of shelters in Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia Raion.

Odesa Oblast 
There are 1993 civil defense facilities in Odesa Oblast, 923 of which are protective structures, the rest are simple shelters. As of the morning of June 3, 407 shelters were checked in the region, 26 of which were closed.
In Odesa, psychologists held master classes to teach children how to act during an air raid alert. Entertainment events were also organized by animators, boxing demonstrations, and mini-training sessions with children. Fundraising to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued during the events.

Kherson Oblast
On June 2, the russian army fired 65 times at Kherson Oblast, and five times at Kherson. In particular, russian aviation struck in the areas of Vesele, Kozatske and Odradokamianka in Kherson Oblast. Russian troops fired at Beryslav, Antonivka and Kherson with various types of weapons.
In Zahorianivka, a 13-year-old and a 10-year-old boy were injured in the explosion of an unknown object in a playground. Both were hospitalized in serious condition. The explosives left by the russian military detonated on the playground. As of June 3, 105 children have been injured in Kherson Oblast as a result of russia's armed aggression.
The occupiers are taking agricultural machinery to Crimea from state-owned agricultural enterprises in Kherson Oblast. They use military vehicles of the russian army for transportation. In particular, tractors and combines are stolen.
The SBU detained a current official of the Kherson Regional Military Administration who collaborated with the russian military during the occupation of Kherson. He helped fabricate cases against patriotic Kherson residents. During the search, the police found printed laws and instructions of the russian federation, as well as documents confirming his "internship" in moscow. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
Pyrotechnics defused 227 explosive devices in the de-occupied Kherson Oblast over the past day. They inspected more than 28 hectares of territory and more than two and a half kilometers of power lines.
A medical stabilization center has been set up in the Dariivka community. Representatives of the international organization "Doctors Without Borders" helped to organize its work. During the week, the doctors held 95 consultations and responded to calls 12 times.

Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast 
Up to 160 people can be accommodated by the Luhansk Oblast shelter in Dnipro. A year ago, when it was opened, it housed only 40 people. Since then, the institution has expanded, now more than a hundred people live here permanently, the rest are in transit.
From now on, four community police officers work in the Lozuvate community of Kryvorizka raion. Previously, 32 settlements of the community were served by one district police officer, so he did not have time to promptly respond to all calls.

Kirovohrad Oblast 
Volodymyr Kuzmenko, a resident of the Butivske village of the Pryyutiv community of the Oleksandriya raion of the Kirovohrad Oblast, was awarded the Golden Cross. This is an award from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. The fighter is now at the front.

Cherkasy Oblast 
In Uman, the government paid out almost 6 million hryvnias to the families affected by the rocket attack. People also received compensation for solving social and household issues, treatment and burial of the dead.
More than ten specialized trucks will be purchased from the city budget for one of the units in which Cherkasy residents serve. Since the beginning of the year, 267.2 million hryvnias have been allocated under various programs to strengthen the defense capability of the state of Cherkasy.

Western Oblast 
Chernivtsi Oblast 
A memorial plaque to Dmytro Hamanyuk, a participant in the russian-Ukrainian war, was recently opened and consecrated in the village of Dovzhok, in the Novoselytsya community.
In the Volyn Oblast, a 31-year-old resident of Bukovyna was sentenced to 12 years in prison, who fought against Ukraine in Donbas, but returned in 2022 to allegedly "join the ranks of the Armed Forces."
In Bukovyna, health care and cultural institutions received generators with a capacity of 5 kW. The help came from the public organization "Chernivtsi Business Group" (CBG).
Students of the first year of the Chernivtsi Vocational Lyceum of Automobile Service (Profession "Electrogas Boiler") manufacture "Patriot" turbo stoves for heating soldiers of the Armed Forces.
In Chernivtsi, the Association of Cyclists held a charity bike ride, which collected money for cyclists who are currently fighting at the front. About 200 people took part in the event, the participants rode through the central streets of the city. To participate in the competition, it was necessary to pay 50 hryvnias.
 
Zakarpattia Oblast 
Uzhgorod is among the four communities of Transcarpathia that received passenger buses from the Hungarian Veszprem. In addition to the regional center, transport was provided for the Yasinya, Vyshkiv, Uzhhorod and Berehove territorial communities. The transport that was handed over earlier is already serving the de-occupied communities in Chernihiv Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast and Sumy Oblast.
Aid to displaced persons in Uzhhorod from the volunteers of "Owl's Nest" continues. At the humanitarian aid center "Owl's Nest" this week, displaced persons registered in Uzhgorod received food kits, hygiene kits, and baby food. You can also get clothes, bed linen and dishes here.
