Northern oblasts

Kyiv

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau arrived in Kyiv. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with him. During the visit, Canada officially announced the allocation of a new $400 million aid package for Ukraine.

The "Kyivvodokanal" water utility company assured that the situation with the undermining of the Kakhovka HPP dam would in no way affect the capital's water supply. The city continues to be supplied with water uninterruptedly and in full.

In the capital, more than 91%, or 4.2 thousand shelters and safe places, have been inspected: two-thirds of them are suitable as shelters. Currently, all districts are updating the information tables at the entrances to shelters, marking new shelters and how to get there on the map. About 3,000 shelters and safe places are planned to be equipped with an automated opening system to ensure guaranteed access to shelters during air raid alerts.

Chernihiv Oblast

On June 10, russian troops shelled the border village of Senkivka in the Horodnia community. Six hits were recorded, probably from tube artillery. There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.

Sumy Oblast

At night and during the day on June 10, russian troops shelled the border areas of the Sumy Oblast.

Namely, they shelled the villages of Vovkivka, Sosnivka, Novovasylivka, and Chuikivka, as well as the town of Seredyna-Buda of the Shostka Raion. There were no reports of injuries or damage.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past day, the russian occupants shelled a number of settlements in the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv, and Izium raions, using all available weapons.

At night, the enemy attacked the territory of the Bohodukhiv and Kupiansk raions with more than 10 UAVs. Fires broke out. A 29-year-old man was killed and a 39-year-old man was wounded.

A 48-year-old man was wounded in the village of Horokhovatka, Izium Raion, as a result of hostile shelling.

The occupiers attacked the village of Kotlyary in the Kharkiv Raion with a Kalibr missile. The missile hit the ground. There were no large-scale destructions or casualties.

An incubator in the village of Ivashky, Bohodukhiv Raion, was damaged by shelling.

A wildfire broke out in the village of Hlushkivka, Kupiansk Raion, due to shelling.

A 63-year-old man was hospitalized with an injury in Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion.

Mine clearance continues. Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service inspected almost 18 hectares of territory and defused 125 explosive devices.

Donetsk Oblast

Over the past day, In the Donetsk Oblast, a resident of Kurakhove was killed and another person was wounded in Toretsk as a result of shelling by the russian army.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,556 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 3,668 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the middle of the night, russians launched a missile attack on Druzhkivka, damaging 4 houses, an outpatient clinic and a business. Rai-Oleksandrivka of the Mykolaiv community also came under fire.

In the Kostiantynivka community, the lyceum and the cult building in Markove were destroyed.

In the Lysychansk sector, two houses in Zvanivka were destroyed, and 9 shelling attacks on the Lyman community were recorded.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk sector, 1 person was killed in Kurakhove, 1 house was destroyed and 2 more damaged. Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, and Katerynivka in the Maryinka community are under fire. A house in Lastochkyne of the Ocheretyne community was destroyed.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

The defense forces in the area of Bakhmut pushed the russian troops back almost one and a half kilometers. In general, in the Bakhmut sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine returned to their January positions in the Bakhmut area within a few days. At the same time, the russian federation does not abandon its attempts to attack: as of the morning of June 10, the occupiers attempted to advance in the direction of Bohdanivka, launched airstrikes in the vicinity of three populated areas, and shelled more than 10 towns, villages and settlements with artillery.

One person was wounded in Toretsk as a result of shelling by russian troops. Also, 3 houses, 4 infrastructure facilities, and an administrative building were damaged in the community.

In the Chasiv Yar community, 2 houses were ruined.

Minkivka, Vasiukivka, and Rozdolivka came under fire in the Soledar community.

On June 10, 53 residents, among them 17 children, were evacuated from the Toretsk community. In addition, over the past day, 44 residents of the community left by their own transport.

Southern oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, June 9, the enemy fired artillery at Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community. As a result, residential buildings, farm buildings, and a cultural center were damaged. There was a fire on the roof of a residential building, which was quickly extinguished. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

As of June 10, water began to recede from flooded settlements in the Mykolaiv Oblast. In general, the water level in the water areas of the Ingulets and Pivdenny Bug rivers decreased by 36 centimeters per day.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, June 9, the russian military shelled 14 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

In Zaporizhzhia, the lower level is 13.6 meters and is 90 centimeters lower than the permissible level. In general, since the russians blew up the Kakhovka HPP, the water level has dropped by 3 meters and 56 centimeters.

Today in Zaporizhzhia, more than 30 people joined the cleaning of the washed-up banks of the Dnieper. More than 20 bags were collected. There are plans to clean the entire line of the city's central beach from garbage.

Odesa Oblast

Eight drones of the "Shahed-131/136" type, which the russians used to attack the oblast, were shot down over Odesa. 26 people, including three children and a pregnant woman, were injured when the debris of the drone hit the apartment building, and three died.

The russian army fired ground-based cruise missiles at the recreation area of ​​the Odesa Oblast at night. Two missiles were shot down, one hit the sea coast, which ignited the vegetation. Fragments of downed missiles and the blast wave damaged several private houses, and three local residents were injured.

In Odesa, fragments of a russian drone hit an apartment, which caused a fire. Three people died. More than 10 are injured. The blast wave broke windows in nearby houses. A hole formed on the spot.

Garbage continues to be brought to the Odesa coast due to the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP. And its number is growing. Port tugs will be involved in the cleaning, and garbage collection sites are currently being prepared.

Kherson Oblast

On June 9, the russian army carried out 41 strikes on the de-occupied Kherson Oblast with mortars, artillery, Grad MLRS, anti-tank missile systems, drones and aviation. The russian military fired 25 shells at Kherson. They hit residential quarters, a factory in the Beryslav Raion. Four people, including one child, were injured.

The russian army shelled the Korabelnyi District of Kherson, wounding two volunteers. They were taken to the hospital. Evacuation in the Kherson Oblast has been suspended due to massive artillery shelling.

In the Kherson Oblast, on the morning of June 10, an explosion occurred in the so-called occupation "government quarter" on the Arabat Spit.

The russian occupiers allow only those residents who have a russian passport to evacuate from the flooded settlements of the left-bank Kherson Oblast. At exits from populated areas, strict filtering is carried out, telephones are searched and checked. They evict the owners from the surviving dwellings and settle there themselves.

In Oleshky, people are still on the roofs of their flooded houses. The situation is critical. Local residents reported that the russian military had taken the boat from the volunteers who were evacuating people, and that property was being taken out of the houses on it. A school and a hospital where people are being rescued from flooding are running out of food.

As of 9 a.m., 2,588 people were evacuated from the flooded areas of the Kherson Oblast. 615 were rescued, including 30 children.

Central oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

The troops of the Eastern Air Command shot down both drones launched by the russian army over the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Due to the russian military undermining the Kakhovka HPP, the water level in the reservoir began to drop rapidly. In the Nikopol Raion, water supply has been stopped in Pokrov, Marhanets, part of the Pokrovsk community, Tomakivka, Myrove, and Chervonohrihorivka communities.

In the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, water delivery is being arranged in the areas that were left without water supply after the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP. Tankers with drinking and technical water arrive in cities and villages. In the Nikopol and Pershotravneve communities, water is supplied according to the schedule. In the Kryvyi Rih Raion, the water supply works normally.

Dnipro volunteers evacuated 40 animals from flooded Kherson. Some of them are treated at a veterinary clinic in Dnipro. Animals were rescued from the roofs of houses.

Kirovohrad Oblast

In Kropyvnytskyi, major repairs of two bomb shelters, capable of withstanding a nuclear attack and accommodating more than 2,500 people, will soon begin.

Poltava Oblast

During the night attack near the military airfield "Myrhorod", the enemy used ballistic missiles, Iskander-type cruise missiles and Iranian-made drones. There is damage to the airfield infrastructure and equipment. No victims beforehand. After falling debris, 8 private buildings and 4 private cars were damaged.

Factories in Poltava and Sumy produced components for russia. One of the organizers is a former deputy of parliament, a member of the banned "Party of Regions". He was detained. Some of the perpetrators have already been arrested, some are still being identified. Among the defendants are russian citizens.

A billboard was placed in the city in support of the captured soldiers from the boat "Lubny". The boat was in the port of Mariupol in February 2022. The crew defended the city together with other hero defenders, but were captured by the russians. They have been in captivity for a year.

Victims of the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP can settle in the foresters' estates of the Poltava Oblast. The houses are located on the territory of Hadiach, Myrhorod, Kremenchuk and Poltava forestry enterprises.

The Poltava Oblast handed over drinking water for residents of the Kherson Oblast. The first tranche of aid, five 20-ton trucks, is already on its way. All communities and raions of the oblast, as well as socially responsible businesses, joined the collection.

A bust of communist Oleksandr Kovalenko was dismantled in Novi Sanzhary. It was transported to Nekhvoroshcha community and placed in the museum of local history. And in Lubny, a monument to collective farm workers, which was in an emergency condition, was dismantled.

Western Oblasts

Chernivtsi Oblast

In order to acquire practical and theoretical skills, combat readiness for any emergency situations during the legal regime of martial law, almost 200 police structural and territorial units of the Bukovyna police passed three-day command and staff training in field conditions.

Employees of the Novoselytsia City Council and the Raion Auto Service purchased a Mercedes VITO car for the defenders. The transport has already been sent to the military. The car was not sent to the front line empty: medicines, canned goods, etc. were also handed over.

The communities of Bukovyna are actively collecting aid for the residents of the Kherson Oblast. So, 90 tons of water, 15 boats, 50 pumps, and 10 tons of products were sent from the Chernivtsi Oblast.

From June 1 to 14, 89 children from the Chernivtsi Oblast are resting in the Łódź Voivodeship, Poland. They are staying at the Holiday Resort "DRЕЅЅО" by Zdzisław Górny, where they spend their time interestingly and deepen their knowledge of the English language.

A charity concert of the well-known choreographic art ensemble "Neogalactica" was held at the Chernivtsi Philharmonic. It managed to collect UAH 62,000 for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Zakarpattia Oblast

Yesterday, a bus from the Hungarian company Volánbusz Zrt was handed over to the Department of Education of the Uzhhorod City Council. The bus is from the next batch of transport, which was received by the communities and companies of the neighboring state within the framework of the cooperation of the Chamber of Regions of the Congress with the regions of the EU countries. In total, 34 passenger buses were delivered to the Zakarpattia Oblast, most of them will be sent to the de-occupied regions and the Kherson Oblast.

In Uzhhorod, roses presented to the city from the Donetsk Oblast are blooming on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Square. In the spring of 2022, the city council of Pokrovsk handed over rose seedlings to Zakarpattia in gratitude for sheltering their residents here.
