Northern oblasts

Kyiv

The management and students of the Kyiv Vocational College of Motor Transport Technologies designed, manufactured and delivered 3 turrets to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The turrets are designed to be mounted on automotive vehicles, and can also be used as stationary defense points for the protection of important infrastructure facilities.

Kyiv Oblast

The heating season has started in all communities in the Kyiv Oblast. More than 2.5 thousand residential buildings and more than 1.5 thousand social facilities have been connected to the heating system.

In Irpin, they started to overhaul another high-rise building. 57 million hryvnias have been allocated for this purpose from the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. All works are to be completed by the end of 2024.

The German twin city Bergisch Gladbach donated two passenger buses, six fully equipped classrooms, and two buses - a fire engine and an ambulance - to the Bucha community.

The Bucha community shipped a Mavic drone and a powerful computer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They also shipped a vehicle for demining the de-occupied areas of the Kherson Oblast.

Zhytomyr Oblast

A government program is being introduced in the Zhytomyr Oblast, under which employers can receive money for arranging a workplace for a person with a disability. To date, employers in the oblast have not yet submitted any applications.

Chernihiv Oblast

Yesterday, russians shelled the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast twice from their territory. The Semenivka and Snovsk communities came under fire.

In the Chernihiv Oblast, 10 settlements out of about 80 remain without electricity after the bad weather on the night of November 5.

Sumy Oblast

On November 5, the russian military opened fire 23 times targeting the Sumy Oblast; 85 explosions were recorded. The shelling of the village of Myropillia damaged a private house, an outbuilding, and a gas pipe. 

On November 6, the russian army fired a machine gun at the Bilopillia community in the Sumy Oblast. Five machine gun bursts were recorded.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

During the day, the russian federation carried out airstrikes on Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kupiansk Raion. The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled about 10 russian assaults near these settlements and neighboring Petropavlivka.  

Nine settlements were under artillery fire of the russian army on November 5. In the village of Podoly, a residential building and its extension were damaged by shelling.

Donetsk Oblast

On November 5, the russian occupiers attacked Lyman and Toretsk, as well as villages and settlements of the Maryinka, Ocheretyne, and Chasiv Yar communities.

On November 5, one person was wounded in Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast, as a result of shelling by the russian army.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,758 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 4,290 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

On November 5, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 50 attacks by the russian invaders in eastern Ukraine. 

One GSC-200 mechanized demining machine has been operating in the Donetsk Oblast since May. With its help, two anti-tank mines and 39 anti-personnel mines were destroyed. There are four such complexes in Ukraine,

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

Lyman, Torske, Zarichne, and Lozove were shelled in the Lysychansk sector.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk sector, there was artillery and mortar shelling of Novomykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, and Antonivka in the Maryinka community, as well as the outskirts of the Ocheretyne community.

Another 150 residents were evacuated from the Ocheretyne community in the Donetsk Oblast over the week. Currently, 2200 people live in the community. Two minors remain in the settlements of Keramik and Ocheretyne, which were included in the list of localities for forced evacuation of children.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

In the Horlivka direction, one person was injured in Toretsk. Three houses and an infrastructure object were damaged. In the Chasiv Yar community, two high-rise buildings and one private house were damaged.

The russian army shelled the Bakhmut direction 605 times a day.

Mariupol

On November 5, in the evening, a fire broke out in the occupied village of Siedove near Mariupol and explosions were heard.

Luhansk Oblast

In the temporarily occupied Luhansk Oblast, the russians are reducing the amount of humanitarian aid to the population and forcing residents of multi-story buildings to pay for capital repairs themselves.

Residents of Sievierodonetsk cannot call doctors due to the lack of mobile communication. There are no doctors on duty in medical facilities in the evenings and on weekends.

Southern oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

On the night of November 6, russian troops launched artillery strikes on the village of Dmytrivka of the Kutsurub community and the water area of ​​the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties or injuries.

Air defense forces destroyed the russian Kh-59 cruise missile.

Mykolaiv investigators reported the suspicion to two soldiers of the 126th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the russian federation. The suspects tortured local residents during the occupation of one of the villages of the Shevchenkove community.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

russian military personnel targeted 23 populated areas. 159 hits were recorded. There were five reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. The local population was not injured.

In the temporarily occupied Berdiansk, two explosions rang out, which could be heard in all areas of the city.

In the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, the russian military unsuccessfully conducted assaults northwest of Verbove, Robotyne, north of Nesterianka and Pyatikhatky.

Odesa Oblast

Yesterday evening, the russian army attacked Odesa with an anti-radar missile Kh-31P. It was released from tactical aircraft from the Black Sea. A russian missile hit an infrastructure facility and damaged administrative buildings.  Three employees were injured.

During the nighttime missile-drone attack on the midtown and port infrastructure, the Air Defense Forces managed to shoot down 15 drones, but also recorded hits.

At night, the russian army hit Odesa, probably with "Onyx" and "Iskander-M". The missiles hit the city center and a preserved industrial building. The blast wave damaged more than 30 apartment buildings, more than two dozen cars, infrastructure and the Odesa Art Museum. The number of wounded is eight people. Fires broke out in two buildings. A private house was damaged in the village of Usatove in Odesa.

In the building of the Odesa Art Museum, walls were damaged, windows and glass were broken. Currently, they are inspecting and recording the damage to another object in the UNESCO world heritage zone.

Kherson Oblast

russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 132 times during the day. They targeted a store in Beryslav, private enterprises in Kherson, residential quarters in populated areas of the Oblast. Eight people were injured. On the night of November 6, the russian army dropped 12 aerial bombs on Beryslav and the village of Krynky.

A total of 87 aerial bombs were dropped on populated areas of the Kherson Oblast over the past day. This is the largest number of CABs of all time.

The russian army once again shelled the Kherson Raion. This afternoon, russian shells hit one of the villages. Three people were injured, two of them were hospitalized.

The russian army struck the Dnipro District of Kherson. A man is wounded. During the day, the russian military shelled the Korabelny District of the city, four people were injured.

During the night, russian troops attacked the Central District of Kherson several times. Apartments and private houses were damaged.

At night, the russian army hit a five-story building in Kherson with a Kh-31P anti-radar missile. The rocket pierced the roof, the fifth and fourth floors. This is the third time this house has been hit. 12 families live here, mostly elderly people.

Also at night, russian troops targeted one of the medical facilities in Kherson. Ten workers were on duty. The building was damaged, the employees were not injured.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

An russian drone was shot down by the Ukrainian military over the Pavlohrad Raion on the night of November 6.

Russian troops attacked Nikopol with heavy artillery twice. Three shells hit the Myrove and Marganets communities. There were no dead or injured. The consequences of the attacks are being clarified.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Specialists in pyrotechnic works and humanitarian demining of the special emergency and rescue unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad Oblast destroyed a 122 mm caliber artillery projectile and an S-mine anti-personnel mine from the Second World War, which were discovered in the city of Novoukrainka.

In the Oleksandrivska community, the Kropyvnytskyi Raion, public discussions have begun regarding the renaming of streets and alleys that contain symbols of the propaganda of russian imperial policy in Ukraine. Its results will be published on the website of Oleksandrivka settlement council.

Poltava Oblast

The owners of houses in the Velyki Sorochyntsi community, the Myrhorod Raion, where fragments of a russian missile fell on November 4, will receive compensation from the community.

In the Poltava Oblast, more than 5,000 customers have no electricity supply. This is due to emergency shutdowns due to wind gusts.

Vinnytsia Oblast

The Security Service of Ukraine detained a 57-year-old resident of the Khmilnyk Raion, who was preparing missile attacks on Ukrzaliznytsia [Ukrainian railway company] facilities in the Vinnytsia Oblast. The man was remotely recruited by the russian special service in May of this year. He faces life imprisonment.

Western Oblasts

Rivne Oblast 

November 6-7 is the 82nd anniversary of the shooting of Jews by the Nazis in the Sosonky tract near Rivne. Then, according to different estimates of historians, from 17.5 to almost 23 thousand people were executed.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Public organization "Kamianets-Podilskyi. Town Hall" in October 2023 with the help of donors purchased, brought from abroad, formed and sent 33 parcels weighing almost 5 tons of aid to Ukrainian defenders on the southern and eastern borders, as well as to the civilian population in various parts of Ukraine.

Chernivtsi Oblast

The Chernivtsi Central Hospital has a program of free prosthetics of large joints. Among the patients are soldiers and civilians. In two and a half months, 39 people were successfully operated on. Joints are purchased from the community budget, and the operation is paid for by the National Health Service of Ukraine.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

A charity fair was held in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. It also featured more than 50 cars - from modern to retro. All this was done to encourage the townspeople to donate for the army.

Ternopil Oblast

In the Pidvolochysk community, the Ternopil Oblast, a memorial plaque was opened to the soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleh Kushtynets. It was installed on the school building in the village of Bohdanivka, the graduate of which was a military serviceman. He died in January of this year.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade confirmed the death of 19 servicemen as a result of a missile attack during the celebrations on November 3 in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Economy and Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Parliamentary State Secretary Levente Modyor is on a working visit to the Zakarpattia Oblast. He expressed his condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers of the separate Zakarpattia 128th Mountain Assault Brigade.
