Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

On the night of June 13, the russians tried to attack Kyiv. All enemy targets in the airspace around Kyiv were detected and successfully destroyed by air defense forces and means.

Kyiv will install 200-250 modular concrete shelters, for which UAH 300 million has been allocated. Within 3-5 days, the number of necessary modular ground shelters and their installation locations will be determined in the capital.


Kyiv Oblast

Almost 210,000 explosive objects were defused in Kyiv Oblast. According to various estimates, it will take from 30 to 70 years to completely clear the region.

As part of her visit to Ukraine, the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Moldova, Lilia Dabizh, visited Irpin. The mayor of Irpen, Oleksandr Markushyn, met with a guest near the "Irpin Lypky" housing complex destroyed by russian troops. The house is located in the most affected area of ​​the city of SMU, where active reconstruction of the private sector is currently underway.


Chernihiv Oblast

On June 12, the russians continued shelling the border areas of Chernihiv Oblast. Semenivka and Novgorod-Siversky communities came under fire. Border guards recorded four explosions in the area of ​​the village of Karpovichi in the Semenivka community and one explosion in the area of ​​the village of Buchky in the Novgorod-Siversky community.

On June 13, russian troops once again shelled the border territories of Chernihiv Oblast. The military recorded six parishes in the area of ​​the village of Karpovychi, Semenivka community. Five residential buildings were damaged.

From June 10 to June 17, the photo exhibition "Cities and their heroes" will be held in Chernihiv, on the "Alley of Heroes". It exhibits photos taken in various cities of Ukraine that suffered from the russian invasion: Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Okhtyrka, Bashtanka and Ivankovo.


Sumy Oblast

During the day, June 12, the russians shelled Yunakive, Esman, Krasnopillya, Vorozhbyany, Novo Sloboda, Bilopillya and Velikopysarivka communities. In Esman, the production premises of a private enterprise, a power line were damaged, in Velikopysarivka — a residential building, a garage and a power line.

In Bilopillya, Sumy Oblast, the russian army shelled a psycho-neurological boarding school. 16 explosions were recorded in the community due to mortar fire and barrel artillery - 5 hits. As a result of the shelling, the roof of the assembly hall of the orphanage caught fire.


Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Last night, the enemy attacked the city of Kharkiv with Shahed drones. The facade of a building in Kyiv raion was damaged. As a result of hitting a warehouse in the Saltivka raion, a fire broke out. A UAV hitting a car was also recorded. Previously, there were no casualties.

Over the past day, the enemy has shelled the settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Chuguyiv and Bogoduhiv raions of the Oblast with barrel artillery, anti-aircraft guns, and mortars using aviation.

At least 9 residential buildings, a gas pipeline and a store building were damaged as a result of the attack on Shevchenkive village of Kupyansk raion from the Tornado anti-aircraft missile. A 33-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were hospitalized with injuries.

In the village of Ivashki, Bogoduhiv raion, the elevator building was damaged by shelling.

During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service neutralized 233 explosive objects.


Donetsk Oblast

On June 12, the russian military shelled 11 settlements in Donetsk Oblast.

Last night in Donetsk Oblast, one person was killed in Kostyantynivka, and two more residents of the city were injured as a result of shelling by russian troops. Three people were also injured in Avdiivka and the village of Bagatyr.

In total, since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,558 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 3,683. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Fighting continues today in Maryinka, Yagidne (Bakhmut direction), Vesele (Lyman direction).


Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

In the Horlivka direction, 1 person died and 2 were injured in Kostyantynivka — 6 houses were damaged in the city.

In the Lysychansk direction, 4 houses in the Lyman community were destroyed: 2 in Torske and 2 in Zarichne.

From June 15, 2023, the Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts will begin its work in the Department of Registration Powers of the Kramatorsk City Council. Therefore, city residents will be able to receive new services - state registration of marriage, death and birth of an individual and his origin.


Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk sector, Krasnohorivka and Katerynivka in the Maryinka community came under artillery fire. In Kurakhivka community, 3 houses were damaged in Kurakhivka and 2 in Kurakhove. The village of Zhelanne in the Ocheretyne community was hit by an air strike.


Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

On June 12, Ukrainian troops advanced 250 meters in the Bakhmut sector and 200 meters in the Toretsk sector. In total, Ukrainian troops took control of 16 square kilometers in the Bakhmut sector last week.

In Toretsk community, 2 houses were damaged: in Pivnichne and New York. In Chasiv Yar community, 3 houses were damaged. In Vasyukivka of Soledar community, houses on two streets were damaged as a result of shelling by the russian military.


Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion

In the Volnovakha direction in the Velykonovosilky community, 1 person was wounded in Bahatyr, 2 houses were damaged in Shakhtarske.


Southern Oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, on June 12, the enemy launched artillery attacks on the water area of the Ochakiv community. There were no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Bashtanka, and Voznesensk Raions, the day and night were relatively calm.


Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Over the past day, russian troops shelled 14 localities in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Two people were killed and two were injured.

Yesterday, on June 12, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Prymorsk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, at two recreation centers where russian military were stationed.

In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, russians threaten parents of school graduates not to issue certificates if they do not have a russian passport.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces are making progress in the Berdiansk sector. The area under control is up to 3 square kilometers. Fighting continues in the Orikhovsk sector: in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, and near Makarivka.

In the Zaporizhzhia sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a russian TOS-1A "Solntsepyok" heavy flamethrower multiple rocket launcher system.

The ecosystems of the Velykyi Luh National Nature Park in Vasyliv Raion of the region and the floodplain of Hortytsia Island were partially destroyed as a result of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion. Bilenke, Kushuhum, Dolyna communities, and the city of Zaporizhzhia are also at risk. Experts are monitoring oxygen levels to prevent suffocation.


Odesa Oblast

Odesa regional authorities and the Administration of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen signed a declaration of cooperation. The signatories discussed projects in business, culture, education, and medicine.

The first non-volatile mobile base station is being tested in Odesa Oblast. It is powered by seven solar panels, which will allow it to work during blackouts.

In Odesa, a deer corpse washed up on the shore of the ''Zolotyi Bereh'' beach. After examination by specialists, the corpse was fished out of the water and taken away for further disposal.

Odesa volunteers handed over another batch of watercraft to the National Guard for the evacuation of civilians in Kherson Oblast. These include inflatable boats with engines, a boat carriage, boots, life jackets, and flashlights.


Kherson Oblast

Over the past day, the russian army fired 39 times at Kherson Oblast. Eight shells were fired at Kherson, hitting residential areas, a kindergarten, and a store. Three people were wounded in the shelling, and two more died due to flooding.

The russian army is shelling Kherson. The russian army also shelled the village of Kizomys. At least four houses were damaged. No one was killed or injured.

Russian military shelled Bilozerka in Kherson Oblast. A 76-year-old woman was wounded near a store and hospitalized. A 72-year-old priest was killed; he was on the territory of the church where a shell hit. The shelling damaged four residential buildings, a post office, administrative buildings, the central square, and critical infrastructure in the village. 

Empty trucks arrive in Hola Prystan under the guise of humanitarian aid. The russian occupiers load them with looted property from the locals. The occupiers allow evacuation from the flooded city only after receiving a bribe. They also destroy passports, birth certificates, and other documents of the Ukrainian standard. Local residents are being "relocated" to the temporarily occupied Crimea and Krasnodar.

The area of flooding in Kherson Oblast has been halved due to the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. The water level will be falling for two weeks and will reach natural levels. As of 2 p.m. on June 13, the average water level in the Kherson Oblast is 2.54 meters. 48 settlements are flooded.

In the center of Hola Prystan, the flood level dropped to 60 centimeters. Water has receded from high-rise buildings. The situation in Kardashynka is critical: up to 40 residents are still on the hill. In Kohany, people are hiding from flooding in high-rise buildings. There are 30 people in the village, including children. In Velyka and Mala Kardashynka, the water has receded, and it is possible to partially move by car.

Two people were found drowned in one of the districts of Kherson. So far, 10 people have been reported dead and 20 injured as a result of flooding in settlements as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. 35 people are missing, including seven children.

Most of the people who were injured during the evacuation from the left bank on June 11 received bullet wounds of varying severity. Half of them are in intensive care, and doctors are fighting for their lives.


Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of June 13, russian troops launched a massive missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. A five-story building was hit. It is known that there are about 11 dead. 28 injured, of which 12 are in hospitals in medium, serious and very serious conditions. The city declared June 14 the Day of Mourning. 

In total, russian troops fired 6 missiles at Kryvyi Rih, they hit 5 objects: a multi-story building, enterprises, warehouses. Across from the destroyed building, a relief headquarters was set up, where you can get building materials and declare damaged property.

There has been no central water supply in Tomakivka for almost a week. Residents are brought drinking water, some managed to stock up. Cattle are watered from wells, and rainwater is collected for washing and watering vegetables.

Doctors urge not to buy river fish at spontaneous markets. After all, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on June 7, a fish plague was recorded in Maryanske in Kryvyi Rih raion after the destruction of the Kakhovska HPP. According to the Dnipropetrovsk fish protection patrol, this fish was disposed of.


Cherkasy Oblast

Another resident of Cherkasy was freed from enemy captivity. Andriy Bilokurets from Uman was released during another exchange. The soldier was considered missing since last May.

Cherkasy volunteers brought 23 animals from Kherson Oblast. Cherkasy animal rights activists managed to save 15 dogs and 8 cats during their two-day stay in the flooded areas. Most four-legged animals need treatment and care after experiencing stress.


Poltava Oblast

Two soldiers from Poltava Oblast, who were considered missing for 4 months, returned from captivity. Kostyantyn Nevdakha and Andrii Hrytsenko were released from captivity and brought to Ukraine as part of the last exchange on June 11.

Tents were set up in Poltava and the Oblast, where you can learn everything about the mobilization. From now on, to get answers about postponement or provision, it is not necessary to contact the Military Commissariat.

Prevention will be carried out with Poltava condominiums and other private associations that close their shelters «for strangers». There are 324 storage facilities in the Poltava community. They were checked after the Kyiv tragedy and 57 were closed.

On June 21, the photo exhibition «Angels of Sport» will open. Almost 150 photos with stories of coaches and athletes who died in the russian-Ukrainian war are presented there.


Western Oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Citizens of Khmelnytskyi formed the next cargo for the victims of flooding in Kherson Oblast. Aid was sent in nine cargo ships. These are boats, motor pumps, power banks, household equipment, grocery sets, and more. The other day, the community handed over 44 tons of drinking water, fuel, and generators to the Oblast. Also, Khmelnytskyi Oblast continues to receive from the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts victims of flooding due to the terrorist attack at the Kakhovska HPP.


Chernivtsi Oblast

A mourning rally was held in Bukovyna to mark the 82nd anniversary of the deportation of Bukovyna residents. The largest pre-war eviction action took place on the night of June 13-14, 1941. At that time, more than 7,000 people were forcibly removed from the territory of the Oblast.

The government allocated 25 million hryvnias for the arrangement of shelters in schools in Bukovyna.

The people of Bukovyna continue to send humanitarian goods to the Kherson Oblast: three minibuses with food, ammunition, fuel and other necessary items arrived there from the Hertsa city community.

In the Bukovyna Center of Arts, a charity report concert was held, during which funds were collected to help the fire support company of the 93rd battalion of the 107th brigade of the territorial defense forces of Bukovyna.


Zakarpattia Oblast

A round table discussion on the role and place of the Ukrainian diaspora in the russian-Ukrainian war was held at the Uzhhorod National University. It was about its participation in the protection of national interests during the war, cooperation with the Ukrainian authorities, the role of the diaspora in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
