Kyiv Oblast
Communal workers from the Kyiv Oblast will help eliminate the consequences of the russians blowing up the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station. So far, a team of 60 people has left for Kherson Oblast.
In the village of Myrotske, Bucha community, they began to restore a house that was hit by a russian rocket on May 9. Currently, builders are rebuilding the destroyed second floor. You also need to install windows, a roof and insulate attics.
Chernihiv Oblast
On June 13, russian troops once again shelled the border territories of Chernihiv Oblast. The military recorded six hits, probably from a 120 mm mortar, in the area of the village of Karpovychi, Semenivka community. As a result of shelling, five residential buildings were damaged.
Sumy Oblast
During the day, the russian military fired 21 times on the border of Sumy Oblast, 101 explosions were recorded. Khotin, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Znob-Novgorodske, Seredyna-Buda, Esman and Velyka Pysarivka communities came under fire.
On the night and morning of June 14, the russian military carried out 8 shellings of the border communities of Sumy Oblast, 32 explosions were recorded. The communities of Vorozhba, Bilopillia, Seredyna-Buda, Znob-Novgorodske and Esman came under fire.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the past day, the enemy shelled the border and front-line settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Chuguyiv and Bogoduhiv raions of the Oblast.
In the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk raion, a private house, a garage, an outbuilding and a car were damaged, and a fire broke out.

Donetsk Oblast

Three residents of Donetsk Oblast were injured on June 13 in Toretsk and Netailove as a result of shelling by the russian military.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,561 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 3,589. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Over the past week, from June 5 to 11, energy workers in Donetsk Oblast restored electricity supply to 64 settlements. Almost 50,000 families have electricity in their homes again.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
At dawn, the russians launched a rocket attack on Kramatorsk — 2 people were killed and 2 were wounded. 5 houses were destroyed, at least 17 were damaged. Kostyantynivka was also hit by a missile - 1 person died and 1 was injured, 2 houses were destroyed and 55 were damaged.
The operational headquarters of the Kramatorsk City Council's Civil Protection Department was deployed at the site of the morning missile strike. Here you can get drinking water, charge gadgets, access to the Internet is provided.
As a result of the morning shelling of Kramatorsk in the village of Yasnohirka, two houses were destroyed, 87 were damaged.
In the Lysychansk direction, 3 houses were destroyed in Pereizne of the Zvanivka community, a house was destroyed in Siversk, and 14 shellings were recorded in the Lyman community.
The SSU detained the head of the «Donbassgaz branch of the DPR» in Lyman, Donetsk Oblast, who heated the barracks of the russian military during the occupation of the city. He completely left the homes of local residents without heating.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
In the Donetsk direction, 21 houses were damaged as a result of 9 shellings of the Kurakhove community. Krasnohorivka and Maksymilyanivka of Maryinka community and Avdiyivka came under fire.

In the Horlivka direction, Toretsk is suffering from russian shelling - 2 people were injured and 6 houses were damaged in the city. In the morning, the russians carried out an airstrike on New York - there were no reports of casualties. In the Chasiv Yar community, 5 houses were damaged, in the Soledar community, Minkivka, Vasyukivka, and Rozdolivka came under fire.
During June 13, the Ukrainian military advanced from 200 to 500 meters in various areas in the Bakhmut direction. In the Mariupol direction, fighting continues near two settlements.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday, on June 13, as a result of hostile shelling in the town of Ochakiv, residential buildings, a shop, a garage, and outbuildings were destroyed and damaged. There were no casualties.
Also, on June 13, the enemy attacked the open territory of the settlement of the Kutsurub community. There were no casualties.
The day and night were relatively calm in Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Bashtanka and Voznesensk Raions.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Russia deployed 20 helicopters to the airport of the temporarily occupied Berdiansk after the Ukrainian Defense Forces began their offensive in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
Despite the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, the water level in the cooling pond of the Zaporizhzhia NPP is 16.67 meters, which is sufficient to cool the power units.
Odesa Oblast
On the morning of June 10, 27 houses were damaged by a naval mine explosion on the territory of the Fontanka village council.
The russian army attacked Odesa with Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea. Three of the four Kalibr missiles were shot down by air defense, and one hit a warehouse of a retail chain. Three employees of the warehouse were killed and seven were injured. The air battle and the blast wave damaged a business center, an educational institution, a residential complex, catering establishments, and shops in the city center. Six people were injured.

Salmonella and intestinal infection were detected in the Black Sea. In particular, on the "Lanzheron" beach, in the city of Chornomorsk, and at station 16 of the ''Big Fountain''.
Kherson Oblast
On June 13, russian troops fired on 11 settlements in Kherson Oblast using various types of weapons. They fired 17 shells at Kherson. Administrative buildings and a church in Bilozerka were damaged. One person was killed and three wounded.
A nine-year-old girl was wounded as a result of russian shelling of Karyerne village in Beryslav Raion on June 13. Overall, since the beginning of russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, 105 children have been injured in Kherson Oblast, and 1504 in Ukraine.
On June 13, a resident of Charivne village, Beryslav Raion, hit an anti-personnel mine. The man's foot was injured and he was taken to the hospital.
As of 8 am on June 14, the average water level in Kherson is 2.35 meters. 28 settlements on the right bank and 17 on the temporarily occupied territory remain flooded.

As of the morning of June 14, 2779 people were evacuated from the flooded areas in Kherson Oblast.
As of today, about 190 people who suffered from the flood are being treated in Oleshky Hospital. Some residents managed to evacuate to other settlements. There are many destroyed houses in the community, but it is impossible to make an accurate calculation of the consequences and the number of victims due to the occupation.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On June 14, a day of mourning was declared in Kryvyi Rih. A massive rocket attack by the russian army on the city killed 11 people. Residents of the city bring flowers to the site of the tragedy. Priests held a memorial service for the victims.

The death toll from the June 13 missile attack on Kryvyi Rih has risen to 12: a 67-year-old wounded man died in hospital at night.

Cherkasy Oblast
Cherkasy rescuers helped their colleagues from Zaporizhzhia clean up the Dnipro River. For about a month, sapper divers from the Cherkasy Regional State Emergency Service have been removing explosive devices from the bottom of the water area. The work was carried out using modern technology with minimal risk to the lives of rescuers.
A round-the-clock medical office for women victims of violence was opened in Zolotonosha. It will provide medical and psychological assistance. The office is located in a multidisciplinary hospital and is equipped with modern equipment. There are already twenty such rooms in Ukraine.
In Cherkasy, a new application, the Map of Services for IDPs, was presented to facilitate social adaptation and integration for people seeking refuge in Cherkasy during martial law. The application was developed by the Institute for Urban Development and Digital Transformation at the request of the Department of Social Policy.
Kirovohrad Oblast

In Poltava Oblast, 43 immigrants received grants for the creation of their own businesses worth over UAH 10 million. In total, 273 people in the region joined the government project "eRobota". Internally displaced persons living in Poltava and Kremenchuk communities received the most micro-grants. They open new businesses in the fields of bakery products, clothing, ceramics, trade, services, car maintenance and repair, and public catering.
Residents of Poltava Oblast sent the third large-scale shipment. 14 truckloads of 300 tons of drinking water were handed over to communities together with socially responsible businesses. As well as eight gasoline and motor pumps, vests, boots, semi-overalls, buckets and bags.

Rivne Oblast
"Rivneoblenergo" handed over the fifth drone for the Armed Forces. Its cost is 106.5 thousand hryvnias. Funds for the purchase of an aircraft for aerial reconnaissance were raised by the company's team.
Another humanitarian cargo and cars for the military have arrived in the Rivne Oblast. This happened thanks to the cooperation of the Rivne OMA with the Ukrainian diaspora in Canada. Volunteers donated 3 off-road vehicles for military personnel and medicines, mattresses, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, car tires, bed linen.
9 trucks (20 tons each) and 4 minibuses (2 tons) of humanitarian aid were sent to the Kherson Oblast from Rivne Oblast.
A charity fair was held at the creative report of the Goshchan School of Arts. As a result, it was possible to collect more than 22 thousand hryvnias. They will be aimed at helping victims of the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi
The city council of Kamianets-Podilskyi directed more than UAH 3 million from the budget to the primary needs of the military.
The Department of Social Protection of the Population has announced an open bidding procedure for the purchase of about one hundred vacation tickets for children of privileged categories. UAH 1 million has been allocated from the local budget for the organization of children's recreation.
Chernivtsi Oblast
A memorial plaque to Mykhailo Kalancha was opened in Hlyboka. The soldier died in March of this year. A memorial sign was installed on the building of the lyceum where the Hero studied.
The Sokyryany community sent a car for the defenders. This became possible thanks to cooperation with the "Hope for the Future" charitable foundation. Polish benefactors purchased an SUV and handed it over to the military unit where a resident of the city of Sokyryani serves. They also sent basic necessities, food and personal hygiene items.
Implementation of joint projects in the field of health care, economy and comprehensive support for displaced persons - these issues were discussed during the meeting by the regional authorities and the Consul General of the Czech Republic in Lviv, David Novi. The meeting was dedicated to strengthening trade, economic and investment cooperation with Latvia.
From the state budget in 2023, 7.3 million UAH were allocated to the Chernivtsi Oblast. to create a network of specialized support services for victims of domestic violence and/or gender-based violence.
Zakarpattia Oblast

The program for compensation of the initial payment for loans for the purchase of housing for servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Uzhgorod community for 2023-2025 was supported today at the meeting of the executive committee of the Uzhgorod city council. Financing is provided in the amount of 3 million hryvnias. The purpose of the program is to create appropriate conditions for providing housing for servicemen under the contract by compensating the down payment on loans for the purchase of housing.
The number of unemployed people who used the services of the Zakarpattia Oblast Employment Service is 6.9 thousand people.
