On June 17, the russians shelled the village of Gur'iv Kozachok, located in the Bogodukhiv community of the Kharkiv Oblast. In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, two wetlands of international importance were completely silted up due to the russian military's detonation of the Kakhovka HPP: “Velyki ta mali Kuchugury Archipelago” and “Sim Mayakiv Floodplain”. This afternoon, the russian aviation attacked Kozatske in the Kherson Oblast, releasing two guided aerial bombs. The consequences are being clarified.
During the day, the defense forces in the Kherson Oblast destroyed three large-caliber guns, 17 units of armored vehicles and two attack drones of the «Lancet» type, with which the russian army tried to attack the right bank of the Kherson Oblast.
Today, 28 settlements remain flooded in the Kherson Oblast: 11 on the right bank, 17 on the left.

A simulation game on the development of volunteering was held in Dnipro. The event brought together more than 50 people: volunteers, teachers, students, government and business representatives. In just two days of the festival in Poltava, residents raised UAH 275 thousand for the Armed Forces. This amount covered the cost of 2 night vision devices for the 116th separate terrorist defense brigade.
Poltava region received kits from UNICEF for schools and kindergartens. The educational institutions will receive 2,000 backpacks and 200 sports kits for primary school students, as well as 200 "School in a Box" boxes and 300 backpacks for teachers. The kits for children are filled with various stationery, while the backpacks for teachers contain a power bank, headphones, flashlight, hard drive and T-shirt. Each sports kit contains equipment for various sports.

Chernivtsi Oblast
Housing for internally displaced persons was opened in the Novoselytsia community. In particular, the house was redesigned, and heating, sewerage, water and electricity supply were updated. About 50 IDPs from the community's municipal institutions will live here. The repair work was funded by the city budget, the International Organization for Migration and charitable foundations.
A 24-year-old resident of Chernivtsi is suspected of selling humanitarian aid. He allegedly sold medical clothing that he had imported into Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid. The total cost of the clothes is five million hryvnias.

Congressional hearings on the development of cross-border cooperation were held in Zakarpattia. Together with MPs, heads, and representatives of regional military administrations, regional councils, NGOs, and associations, they discussed the need to develop and integrate a fundamentally new mechanism for cooperation between the regions of Ukraine and the regions of EU member states, and to develop appropriate legislation for this purpose.
