Northern oblasts

Kyiv Oblast

Today, explosive ordnance disposal was carried out in the Vyshhorod Raion.

The Irpin Children and Youth Sports School continues to raise funds for its reconstruction. This weekend, a football tournament was held among local men's teams as part of the charity marathon.


Chernihiv Oblast

On June 19, the Novhorod-Siversk community in the Chernihiv Oblast was shelled by russians. Border guards recorded 14 explosions near the village of Hremiach.

Over the past week, the enemy fired 36 times at 14 border settlements of the oblast, during which 197 explosions were recorded. The enemy used aviation six times and kamikaze drones twice. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down one enemy UAV over the territory of the Chernihiv Oblast.


Sumy Oblast

During the day of June 18, the russian military carried out 33 shelling attacks on the border settlements of the Sumy Oblast. A father and his son were killed in the Bilopillia community, and two women were wounded in the Velyka Pysarivka community.

At night and in the morning of June 19, the russian military fired 20 times at communities in the Sumy Oblast. A total of 112 explosions were recorded. 11 territorial communities of the oblast came under fire from the territory of russia


Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Yesterday, the enemy fired artillery and mortars at settlements in the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv, and Izium raions.

As a result of mortar shelling of the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv Raion, two private houses were destroyed, a 35-year-old civilian was wounded, and a car was damaged.

In Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion, the shelling damaged the power line, at least 2 houses and outbuildings.

In the village of Pershotravneve, Izium Raion, a 65-year-old man was wounded and hospitalized as a result of hostile artillery shelling.

In the village of Morozova Dolyna, Bohodukhiv Raion, a fire broke out in a forest belt outside the settlement due to enemy shelling.

In the village of Tokarivka, Kharkiv Raion, a 52-year-old local resident stepped on a butterfly mine and was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

Mine clearance is underway. Over the last day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 55 explosive devices.


Donetsk Oblast

On June 18, it was reported that 1 resident of the Donetsk Oblast was killed by russians in Tonenke.

Since February 24, 2022, Russian weapons have killed 1,566 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and another 3,705 people have been wounded. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.


Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

At night, the occupiers attacked the village of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kramatorsk Raion. A house was destroyed.

In the Lysychansk sector, 4 shelling attacks on the Lyman community were recorded. The details are being clarified.

On Sunday, June 18, two men who went on vacation to Siverskyi Donets with their family members hit a mine in Sydorove. One of them died on the spot.


Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Donetsk sector, the enemy shelled the Kurakhove community 7 times: the villages of Kurakhove and Hostre came under fire. Six private houses were damaged.


Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

In the Horlivka sector, 8 houses were damaged in the Toretsk community: 5 in Toretsk, 2 in New York, and 1 in Nelipivka. In the Chasiv Yar community, 6 houses were ruined.


Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion

In the Volnovakha sector, Vuhledar suffered 6 missile attacks and 31 artillery shelling attacks by the russian troops.


Luhansk Oblast

On the morning of June 18, russians opened fire on the village of Nevske. They specifically targeted residential buildings. Four houses were hit and suffered serious damage.

Yesterday, the enemy attempted to advance towards Novoselivske, but to no avail.

Russians launched an airstrike on Bilohorivka. In addition to Nevske and Bilohorivka, Stelmakhivka was also shelled by artillery.


Southern oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, June 18, the enemy fired artillery at the town of Ochakiv in the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.


Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Two women were injured as a result of russian shelling of the village of Preobrazhenka in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. A resident of the city of Orihiv was also injured. In total, during the past day, June 18, the russian military made 105 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Defense forces of Ukraine liberated the village of Piatykhatky in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Fighters of the 128th separate mountain-assault Zakarpattia brigade and the 2nd separate rifle battalion released a video from the liberated settlement. 

In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the water level in the lower bay of the Dnipro HPP is 92 cm lower than the permissible level. Since the day of the explosion of the Kakhovska HPP, the water level has dropped by 3 meters and 58 cm.


Odessa Oblast

Tonight, the russian occupiers once again attacked Odesa and the Odesa Oblast with sea-based Kalibr cruise missiles, which were launched from the Black Sea, from an underwater missile carrier. All 4 missiles were destroyed by anti-aircraft fire on approach to the coast.


Kherson Oblast

During June 18, the russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 35 times, fired 261 shells from mortars, artillery and Grad MRLS. Residential blocks were hit, one person was injured. As a result of russian shelling in Kherson, a gas tank at one of the city's gas stations and the company's warehouse were on fire at night.

In the Skadovsk Raion, the Defense Forces hit the command post of a brigade of russian troops and destroyed 20 converted boats. Two field points of military supply of the russian army were destroyed in the Kakhovska Raion.

As of June 19, the average water level in the Kherson Oblast is 80 cm. On the right bank, 5 settlements are still flooded. There, 843 houses remain under water.

On June 18, employees of the State Emergency Service delivered 41 tons of water, in particular, 28 tons of drinking water, to residents of the Korabel microdistrict in Kherson. In total, the rescuers have already transported more than 442 tons of technical and drinking water there.


Central oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

The russians shelled the city of Nikopol. As a result of the shelling, nine private houses, seven farm buildings, a car, and seven solar power plant panels were damaged. Also, destruction was caused to the utility and energy company. More than 2.5 thousand subscribers were temporarily left without electricity.

On the night of June 19, air defense forces shot down four drones of the russian army over the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Probably they were Shahed-136 and Orlan-10.

An employee of the station of the Ukrainian Railways in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast was detained. He wanted to blow up the railway in order to disrupt the offensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the southern front. During the search, grenades, small arms and smoke grenades were found in his possession. The suspect is in custody and faces up to life in prison.

From June 20, 2023, the duration of the curfew will be changed in some communities of the Nikopol Oblast. It will last from 22:00 to 04:00.

In the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, catching and selling fish is prohibited due to the destruction of the Kakhovska HPP. Catch from the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kherson oblasts cannot be sold.

Residents of Mariupol, who found refuge in Dnipro, joined the collection of aid for victims of the explosion of the Kakhovska HPP dam. In just one day, they brought 690 kg of food, 160 kg of hygiene, 90 kg of clothes, 35 kg of bed linen, 300 liters of drinking water, 40 kg of animal feed, etc. to the volunteer center. Collection is ongoing.

The coordinator of "Active Community" in Dnipro, Dmytro Chernyshov, consulted a deputy of the Obukhiv settlement council of the Dnipro Raion. The executive committee handed over a plot of land near the Oril River on the border of the protected area to a businessman for "cleaning up". Residents of the community do not agree with this decision. Before that, at the session of the village council, the deputies did not make a decision in favor of the businessman twice.


Kirovohrad Oblast

The Security Service of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad Oblast exposed three collaborators. Among them there are two residents of the Kherson Oblast, who agreed to cooperate with the enemy after the occupation of part of the Oblast. The third suspect was a resident of the Luhansk Oblast. The perpetrators were notified of the suspicion.

In the city of Hayvoron of the Kirovohrad Region, a 1958 TU3-034 diesel locomotive will be restored for the museum of retro equipment. There are four such locomotives left in the world, two of them in Ukraine.

 

Cherkasy Oblast

In Cherkasy, a doctor from an oblast hospital was sentenced to 15 years in prison. He passed information on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the federal security service of russia. The man traveled the territory of the oblast, looked for the location of military personnel and equipment and gave the coordinates to an employee of the enemy special service. A resident of Cherkasy worked as a physical therapist in the rehabilitation department.

The court handed over millions of assets of the enterprise from Cherkasy to the state. Its half-owner continued to cooperate with russian security forces after the full-scale invasion began. The law enforcement officers found out that he is a citizen of russia and owns more than 15 russian enterprises operating in the temporarily occupied Crimea. They supplied agricultural, dairy products, tobacco products, and canned goods to russian state medical institutions, federal security service, ministry of internal affairs, and others.


Poltava Oblast

In Kharkiv, a street was renamed in honor of Oleh Hromadskyi, a defender from the Poltava Oblast. The servicemen died on the first day of the full-scale invasion in the battles for Kharkiv, he was a professional soldier, a colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The utility companies of the Poltava Oblast handed over special equipment to the Kherson Oblast to eliminate the consequences of the russian occupiers blowing up the Kakhovka HPP. Cleaning and fire engines, tractors, backhoe loaders, watering machines, and sewer cleaning equipment with pumps were sent. The socially responsible business also handed over milk trucks to transport drinking water.

In Poltava, during the war, a season of showing films under the open sky was opened. The film "Break the Silence" will be shown first especially for the Day against Sexual Violence in Conflict.

  

Western Oblasts

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Mykhailo Shpir, an "expert" from Medvedchuk's TV channels, who called for the "dismantling" of Ukraine, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in absentia. The traitor from Ivano-Frankivsk was seen in the photo together with the separatist Hubarev. Currently, the Security Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk is studying the evidence regarding the suspect's alleged service in the occupation authorities of the Kherson Oblast.

180 children from the Ivano-Frankivsk community will go on a free vacation to Poland. These are orphans and children deprived of parental care. Next in line are 90 children of dead or wounded servicemen and participants in hostilities. The tickets were purchased at the expense of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Military Administration.

 

Chernivtsi Oblast

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Precinct Police Officer's Day, the best police officers of the precinct police service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Chernivtsi Oblast were awarded by representatives of the regional authorities and the department's management.

In Bukovyna, the religious community of the village of Chornyi Potik (the Zastavna community) transferred from the Ukrainian orthodox church of the moscow patriarchate to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

23 tons of humanitarian aid were sent to the Kherson Oblast by residents of three communities of Bukovyna. People of the Mamalyha, Rukshyn and Livyntsi communities collected food, drinking water, blankets, mattresses, dishes, generators, pumps, gas stoves. Delivery was provided by the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities, USAID and Chemonics. 

Three-day patriotic competition "Sokil" ("Jura") ended in the Chernivtsi Oblast. Almost a hundred boys and girls from various communities of the oblast participated in them. Teams competed in shooting, military training, provided first aid and demonstrated survival skills in extreme conditions. The winning team from Khotyn will represent Bukovyna on the all-Ukrainian tour of the game in Lviv.


Zakarpattia Oblast

About 5,000 military personnel have already been treated in the Zakarpattia Oblast. The Zakarpattia Oblast Military Administration also implements initiatives to support internally displaced Ukrainians, including with the support of Polish partners.

A charity fair was held in Uzhgorod, in particular, with a location from the Zakarpattia Military Support Movement and the Public Organization "Creative Volunteers of Uzhgorod". The program includes watching cartoons and films in the open air, exercises with animators, master classes, and a drawing competition. Proceeds will go to support the military from Zakarpattia.

Almost 20,000 fish were released into the "Roman-Potik'' reservoir and into the Tereblia River near the village of Bushtyno, the Tiachiv Raion. Stocking is necessary to restore the fishing potential and maintain stable stocks of fish in reservoirs.
