Northern oblasts

Kyiv Oblast

Today, explosive ordnance disposal was carried out in the Vyshhorod Raion.

In Irpin, they began to restore the Pokrovskyi wooden sculpture park, which was heavily damaged during the active hostilities in the city. The employees of the City Improvement Department are planning to renovate the fence, benches and trash bins in the park. They are also going to plant additional greenery.

Irpin is starting cooperation with the Korean city of Pyeongtaek. As part of the partnership, the cities will initiate exchanges and cooperation in the fields of economy, education, tourism, culture, etc.

Chernihiv Oblast

On June 20, Russian troops attacked the Semenivka and Snovsk communities in the Chernihiv Oblast with artillery and mortars. There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.

On the morning of June 21, russians again shelled the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast. The military recorded 17 hits in the area of the village of Karpovychi in the Semenivka community.

A memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the Tupychiv Lyceum in the Chernihiv Oblast in honor of its student Mykola Morzhov, fighter of the territorial defense forces. He was killed on December 20, 2022, one of the first in the platoon, when the unit had just taken up a new position.

Sumy Oblast

At night and in the morning of June 21, the russian military carried out 17 shelling attacks of the border areas of the Sumy Oblast. The Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Myropillia, Esman, Seredyna-Buda, and Znob-Novhorodske communities came under fire.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Last night the enemy shelled Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion. A private house was completely destroyed in the town, and some outbuildings were damaged. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

Over the past day, russian occupiers shelled the settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, and Chuhuiv raions of the oblast.

Power lines were damaged in the village of Hryhorivka, Kupiansk Raion.

The shelling of Vovchansk damaged at least 7 residential buildings and outbuildings, and caused fires. A 58-year-old woman was wounded.

As a result of the shelling of the village of Vilkhuvatka, Kupiansk Raion, a private house was damaged.

A private residential building was damaged in Velykyi Burluk, Kupiansk Raion.

Mine clearance is ongoing. Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service inspected almost 9.3 hectares of territory and neutralized 114 explosive devices.

Donetsk Oblast

On June 20, the russian military shelled nine settlements in the Donetsk Oblast and damaged 11 civilian facilities. Two residents were killed in Druzhba and the village of Kostiantynivka, and one person was wounded.

Since the start of the full-scale war, the russians have killed 1,568 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 3,711 people. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

Around midnight, russians shelled Rai-Oleksandrivka in the Mykolaiv community, damaging power lines.

One person was killed in Kostiantynivka of the Maryinka community. Besides, 8 houses were damaged as a result of shelling by the russian military, and 1 person was wounded in Molocharka.

In the Lysychansk sector, 3 houses in Torske and 5 in Zarichne of the Lyman community were ruined. Siversk and Serebrianka came under fire.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

On June 21, the russian military shelled the old and central parts of Avdiivka several times. They also fired Grad MLRS at the territory of the coke plant, and two rockets hit the old part of the city. There was no information about the dead or wounded.

In the village of Illinka, Pokrovsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, the employees of the humanitarian mission "Proliska" delivered 100 construction kits to the local residents for the repair of their damaged houses and outbuildings. The other day, the russian army shelled this settlement.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

In the Horlivka direction, the Toretsk community came under fire from the russian military. One person died in Druzhba, five houses were damaged in Shcherbynivka, one house was damaged in Pivnichne, and an administrative building was damaged in New York.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, June 20, the enemy fired artillery at the water area of ​​the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtansk raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, June 20, the russian military shelled 18 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. They launched a missile attack, drones, MLRS and artillery. 

Last day, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continued offensive actions in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, where they had partial success, were entrenched at the achieved boundaries and leveled the front line.

Odessa Oblast

On combat duty in the Black Sea, the russian army deployed a surface missile carrier, the Admiral Makarov frigate, equipped with eight Calibers. The level of missile danger is increased.

A man suspected of treason will be tried in Odesa. The man gave information about the location of the Ukrainian military in Odesa to a sanctioned Moscow blogger. He also sent photos of fortified positions of the Defense Forces for their attack by the russian army.

Sirens and voice announcements sounded in Odesa: notification systems continue to be installed in the areas of the central bus station and Arcadia.

Kherson Oblast

During June 20, the russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 72 times, firing 15 shells at Kherson. Residential buildings, the territory of the service station and the buildings of two educational institutions were damaged. Two people died, eight were injured.

The russian occupiers are actively spreading information about evacuation in the event of a breakthrough by the Defense Forces in the territory they captured in the Kherson Oblast. In Henichesk, mobile phones of collaborators receive SMS messages with detailed instructions and coordinates of evacuation points.

The employees of the SBI reported in absentia about the suspicion of collaborationism to the ex-rescuer, an employee of the Probation Center and 19 former law enforcement officers from the Kherson Oblast. All face up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

In the Kherson Oblast, 62 mines were found and destroyed. They were discovered after flooding due to the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP. The danger of their presence remains great.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Kryvyi Rih signed an agreement on international partnership with the municipality of Lyngdal (Norway). It is planned to cooperate in the field of culture and sports, in business and the public sector.

Near Pavlohrad, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, volunteers opened the canteen "The Path of Defenders", where soldiers, volunteers and doctors are fed free of charge. The initiators built the cafe on their own in a few months, and volunteers and enterprises from all over Ukraine help with the products.

Kirovohrad Oblast

According to an order of the Defense Council in the Kirovohrad Oblast, it is forbidden to hold concerts, discos, shows, performances by professional and amateur groups, fairs, sports competitions, and even charity events after 10:00 p.m. Also, after 10:00 p.m., video and photo shooting in places near critical infrastructure, locations of military units and equipment is prohibited.

Poltava Oblast

Visitors were presented with more than 200 stories of world and European champions, both veterans and young athletes, who died during the russian-Ukrainian war.

Western Oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Air defense forces in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast shot down all six russian "Shahed" drones that attacked at night. Debris fell on the roof of a private house, and a fire broke out. The Security Service of Ukraine announced the suspicion of a pro-kremlin blogger, a native of Khmelnytskyi Serhii Savchuk, who called for the destruction of Ukraine. The man is a propagandist of the russian information resources "Ria Novosti" and "Zvezda", who publicly justifies the russian armed aggression.

Chernivtsi Oblast

A memorial plaque to Dmytro Hancheriuk was opened in Novoselytsia. The soldier died on March 22, 2022, in the village of Baryshivka, the Kyiv Oblast, defending Ukraine from the invaders. A commemorative plaque was installed on the wall of Novoselytsia Lyceum No. 2. The right to open was given to his sister and his son.
