Northern regions

Kyiv Oblast

135 people who suffered as a result of flooding due to the undermining of the Kakhovka HPP dam came to the Kyiv Oblast, reported the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration. They are being accommodated in modular towns, social hotels, and the private sector. In total, almost 3,000 places of residence have been prepared in the oblast for those coming from flooded areas.

Today, explosive ordnance disposal was carried out in the Vyshhorod and Brovary raions.

In the Kyiv Oblast, with the support of the non-profit organization Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) in partnership with the Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF), they started installing windows in damaged houses. Meant here are 131 damaged apartments in the Bucha Raion. In total, more than 550 new double-glazed windows and structures will be installed in the apartments. In addition, more than 250 window structures will be replaced in a number of educational institutions in the Kyiv Oblast. New windows are also planned to be installed in Irpin, which is one of the cities most heavily damaged by the russians.

DTEK said that the power grid in the Kyiv Oblast will be reconstructed by creating Smart Grid power grids. The new concept of smart grids will be tested over a three-year period in the Irpin-Bucha-Borodianka energy hub, which suffered the most damage during the occupation.

Chernihiv Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

Donetsk Oblast

On June 22, one person was wounded in Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk Oblast as a result of the russian army shelling.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, russian troops have killed 1,569 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded 3,718 others. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

This morning, Ukrainian troops shot down a russian Ka-52 attack helicopter in the Donetsk Oblast.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

The night before, the Russians launched a rocket attack on the Cherkaske community, damaging a gas station building.

In the Lysychansk sector, 2 houses were damaged in the Lyman community: in Torske and Zarichne. Another house was damaged in Siversk.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Household appliances were purchased for 42 families of forcibly displaced persons in the Pokrovsk community. They were delivered to the community by the Public Organization "Avdiivka. Platform for joint actions" with the support of the Hungarian Ecumenical Relief Service.

Internally displaced persons in the Pokrovsk community received energy sets provided by representatives of the Vostok SOS charity as part of the partnership agreement. In the Mykolaiv Oblast, 1,050 agricultural lands were flooded as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP, said Olena Piskun, director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development. According to preliminary data, the commercial losses of farmers amounted to 20 million hryvnias.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, June 22, the russian military carried out 98 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

The russian military struck five settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. As a result of the shelling, one person died and four people were injured. Thus, a 35-year-old resident of Mala Tokmachka was killed during an artillery strike by the russian military. 54- and 72-year-old women and a 66-year-old man from Zaporizhzhia were injured in the village of Prymorske. A 40-year-old man was moderately injured in Vozdvyzhivka. In addition, russian shells destroyed three houses in the village. 

On the night of June 23, russian troops attacked the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia. There were no casualties or injuries. The hit took place in an open area and this saved from significant destruction and human casualties.

As of the morning of June 23, a slight decrease in the water level was recorded in the cooling pond of the Zaporizhzhya NPP - 16.60 m. However, this is enough to meet the station's needs. In general, the situation remains stable and under control.

In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the water level in the lower pool of the Dnipro HPP is 13.36 m, which is 1.14 m lower than the norm.

Odessa Oblast

At the Odesa Polytechnic University, the consequences of the russian missile attack on Odessa on the night of June 14 are being eliminated. Due to the explosive wave, 1782 windows were damaged in the institution of higher education. Students, teachers and volunteers remove glass from broken windows, carry furniture and throw away trash.

The Odesa oblast Library for Youth has abandoned the name of the russian poet Volodymyr Maiakovsky in its title. The corresponding decision was made at the oblast council session.

Kherson Oblast

The defense forces attacked the positions of the russian troops on the left bank of the Kherson Oblast and destroyed 63 servicemen of the russian army, 20 pieces of equipment and an observation post.

The so-called head of the Tianka community" will be tried for collaborationism. Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of June 23, the Ukrainian military shot down the Shahed-136 drone over the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Centralized water supply is being restored in the Chervonohryhorivka community. Initially, water was returned for half of the village of Chervonohryhorivka. Currently, workers are trying to start water supply for all settlements of the community.

A humanitarian hub for internally displaced persons, established by the Severodonetsk City Military Administration, has been operating in Dnipro for almost a year. The services can be used not only by residents of Severodonetsk, but also by all registered IDPs from the communities of the Luhansk Oblast who live in Dnipro.

Dnipro volunteers rescued about 300 animals from flooded Kherson after the destruction of Kakhovka HPP.

In the Kirovohrad Oblast, the "Path of Return" project is being developed, which involves the reintegration of war veterans into public life after their release from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Within the framework of the project, informational support will be provided to defenders of Ukraine to realize their labor and entrepreneurial potential. Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Rivne Oblast

27 volunteer medics from Rivne will go to communities affected by the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP. Among them are 14 doctors and 13 nurses. In the coming days, they will strengthen the medical front of the flood-affected Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts. Medics will work from 2 weeks to 30 days.

In the Rivne Oblast, sergeants from all over Ukraine share their knowledge and acquired practical skills. At instructional and methodical classes, they studied fire tactics, tactical and technical characteristics of weapons, tactical medicine, control of drones, etc.

Chernivtsi Oblast

The Bukovyna paratroopers were commemorated in the Mykolaiv Oblast. In the village of Andriichykove, the Prybuzhany community, a memorial sign was unveiled to the ten fallen soldiers of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March last year, the soldiers liberated the settlement from the enemy.

The other day, the residents of the Vanchykivts community delivered a drone to the military in the east of Ukraine, as well as food, drinking water and basic necessities. Farmers and entrepreneurs of the villages of Kostychany, Tarasivtsi and Vanchykivtsi raised money for the organization of the charity trip.

The Chernivtsi Oblast handed over a tractor, a dump truck, an excavator and necessary equipment for clearing to the Kherson Oblast today. A crew of workers from the Velykyi Kuchuriv community went along with the cargo to the populated areas affected by the terrorist attack at the Kakhovka HPP. They will join the teams of Bukovyna residents who are already working there.

In the Zakarpattia Oblast, an artistic marathon "Music on a hat" will be held with the aim of raising funds for drones for the soldiers of the 68th battalion. According to the plan, local performers and creative teams will join the event in each raion. The idea is to combine artistic potential and the audience in order to raise funds during concerts.
