Over the past 24 hours, the russian army conducted 205 attacks on the territory of the Sumy Oblast. The shelling damaged two private residential buildings, a power plant, a tractor, a truck, and a high-voltage power line.

At night and in the morning of September 1, the russian army shelled three communities of the Sumy Oblast. 29 explosions were recorded.
On the afternoon of September 1, russians shelled Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy Oblast. 16 apartment buildings, 12 private households, a critical infrastructure facility, 5 administrative buildings and institutions, 3 educational institutions, shops, and several cars were damaged.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
The occupiers continue to attack the border areas of the Kharkiv Oblast, namely: the Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, Izium, Bohodukhiv, and Kharkiv raions.
During the day, the enemy used guided aerial bombs and MLRS against the civilian population.
The village of Cherneshchyna in the Borova community was shelled by enemy guided aerial bombs. The building, warehouses and workshop of an agricultural company were damaged.
The enemy bombarded the central part of Kupiansk with multiple rocket launchers – the territory of the bus station and the central market. Two residential buildings, administrative buildings and non-residential premises were damaged. A 61-year-old man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds, his condition is moderately severe.
In the village of Kopanky, Borova community, 2 residential buildings were damaged by guided aerial bombs, and a 49-year-old man sustained a blast injury.
In the village of Zapadne of the Dvorichna community, a residential building was on fire due to shelling by the occupiers. There were no casualties.
During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service surveyed 6.22 hectares of the oblast, where they neutralized 73 explosive devices. The effort involved 33 bomb squads of the State Emergency Service - 162 people and 66 pieces of equipment.
Donetsk Oblast

Over the past year and a half, the russians have destroyed 158 educational institutions in the Donetsk Oblast and damaged another 609, however, on September 1, more than 92,000 students went to 275 schools in the oblast.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk sector, a person was wounded in Zarichne, Lyman community.
One house was destroyed and 4 more were damaged in Pereizne of the Zvanivka community.
In Siversk, a residential building was destroyed as a result of russian shelling.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

About 2,500 windows will be installed in the damaged houses of the Pokrovsk community with the support of the GEM charity organization. This is an unprecedented case in the Donetsk Oblast where philanthropists have been involved in the restoration of damaged property. In addition, local residents received generators for critical infrastructure and food packages from the American partners.

Luhansk Oblast
The vast majority of enemy assaults are concentrated on Novoiehorivka. Sometimes the russians attack 10-12 times a day.
Nevske, Bilohorivka and Tverdokhlibove came under russian artillery fire.
Early voting will begin tomorrow in the so-called "Luhansk people's republic" - a week before the day of the "first elections". It will take place in those settlements and raions where polling stations have not been set up and the electorate has not been introduced to the candidates. That is, anywhere, at the will of the organizers of this involuntary manifestation. This procedure will last almost a week. Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday, August 31, the enemy fired artillery at the water area of the Ochakiv community. There were no casualties.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
On August 31, the russian army carried out 95 attacks on towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Almost 20 settlements, including those near the front, came under fire.

Yesterday, as a result of artillery attacks on Huliaipole, an elderly woman and man were injured. A 59-year-old man who came under artillery fire in Orichiv was also injured.
In the oblast, Air Defense Forces shot down a russian drone of the "Shahed-136" type.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine were successful in the Novodanylivka-Novoprokopivka direction. The russian military conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Verbove Raion of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Odesa Oblast
The families of the crews of the boats "Sloviansk" and "Stanislav" sunk by the russians held an action with a photo exhibition in Odesa to draw attention to the missing sailors.

A nurse from Kherson will be tried for treason. She told the representative of the russian FSB (federal security service) about Ukrainian defenders who were being treated in a medical institution. It also provided data on the deployment, armament and movement of military equipment of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
With the support of Latvia, drinking water purification equipment was installed in Komyshany. Its capacity is about five thousand liters. The station can purify water from a lake or a well connected to a generator.
Today, about 25,000 schoolchildren started their studies in the Kherson community. Education will take place in a distance format in 52 schools. Due to the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, one school and two kindergartens were destroyed in the community. Many of them have broken windows and damaged roofs and walls. Since the beginning of the war, two children have died, 26 have been injured.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of September 1, a power line was damaged as a result of shelling of the Velykomykhailivka community, the Synelnykove Raion. The same community was also attacked in the morning. The Nikopol Raion was also attacked with artillery. The consequences of the attacks are being clarified. Previously, there were no casualties or injuries.
The Council for Internally Displaced Persons was created by the city sub-executive committee in Pavlohrad, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. It was created to help ensure and protect the rights and interests of IDPs, their adaptation and integration.
503 paper airplanes in memory of children killed since the beginning of the full-scale invasion were hung on the Day of Knowledge in Dnipro. The commemoration event was held on Heroes' Maidan Square. Children's toys were also brought there.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Therefore, the man bought a 15-square-meter thermal booth, changed the floor myself, painted the walls, installed a stove for heating, and installed furniture.

Poltava Oblast
Poltava Oblast suffered more than 20 new missile attacks by russians in six months. During the Great War, 75 missile attacks were recorded in the Poltava Oblast, which are being investigated by law enforcement officers. Work continues in two villages in the Kherson Oblast, which are under the protection of the Poltava Oblast. 68 builders are currently working in 76 households. Chernivtsi Oblast

17,188 pupils will start the new academic year in Uzhhorod, 1,107 of them are displaced ones. Elementary school children will study face-to-face, the rest - in a mixed format.
36 backpacks with school supplies were distributed to children by employees of the International Humanitarian Organization "People in Need Slovak Republic" in the Turya-Remetivska community. Pupils of grades 1-9 received such packages. A total of 330 kits were purchased. They were distributed to various communities in the Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi oblasts.
