Northern oblasts
Kyiv
The Kyiv City Council allocated 10,000 hryvnias of aid to each victim of the fire in the children's camp Sunny Carpathians. The fire occurred on September 25, 2023, in the village of Krasnoillia in the Verkhovyna Raion. At that time 148 children from Kyiv and 18 employees of the institution lived there. People were evacuated, their belongings burned.
The exhibition "Steel of Victory" was opened in the lobby of the Zoloti Vorota (Golden Gate) metro station. The project is dedicated to the joint work of different segments of society: from the military, who defend our country, to doctors, volunteers, human rights activists, journalists, etc. The exhibition in the subway will run until December 10.
Kyiv Oblast
In Boyarka, the building of the Kyiv Oblast Children's Hospital is being restored with the funds of the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. The hospital is the largest children's healthcare facility in the Kyiv Oblast with 11 departments of 24 profiles (335 beds in total).
The reconstruction of the Chervona Kalyna kindergarten in Irpin is nearing completion. The modern and inclusive facility is scheduled to open at the end of this month.
The village of Moshchun will provide comprehensive assistance to victims of war crimes. Residents will be able to receive cash payments, as well as legal and psychological counseling. On November 10, representatives of the benefactors will collect applications for assistance. You can register in advance with the village headman.
Zhytomyr Oblast
In Zhytomyr, they are checking information about mining of all lyceums — the police received a message about this from the vice-rector of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.
In their spare time, students of the Polissia National University in Zhytomyr get together to make trench candles for the military. Thanks to them, the soldiers at the front can not only cook food and keep warm, but also defrost their equipment.
Chernihiv Oblast
During the day, russians fired 24 times from their territory at the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast. Border guards recorded 206 explosions. The Novhorod-Siversk, Semenivka, Snovsk, and Horodnia communities were shelled. Residential houses, administrative buildings, and a utility company were damaged in Semenivka.

Sumy Oblast
During the day, the russian army carried out 27 shelling attacks in the Sumy Oblast. 149
explosions were recorded. 9 communities came under fire.
As a result of shelling in the Sumy Oblast on November 8, a residential building, a garage and power lines were damaged.

At night, the russian military shelled the Putyvl community with a mortar, and also opened fire on the Shalyhyne community with small arms.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
In the area of Synkivka, the Ukrainian military repelled six russian attacks. About 13 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under fire.
More than 15 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire were in the Slobozhanske sector.
In Kupiansk, a garage and a car caught fire in a private farmstead as a result of artillery shelling on November 8, no one was injured.
A 48-year-old resident of the village of Iziumske died as a result of russian artillery shelling in the afternoon of November 8.
As of November 9, 220 children were evacuated from the Kupiansk Raion as part of the forced evacuation.
Donetsk Oblast
The russian army bombarded 11 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast 18 times with aircraft, Smerch and Grad MLRS, artillery, and tanks on November 8.

Two residents were killed in the Donetsk Oblast by the russian army shelling on November 8. One person was also wounded in the town of Chasiv Yar.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,764 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 4,291. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk sector, one person was killed in Rai-Oleksandrivka of the Mykolaivka community. Torske, Zarichne, and Yampil were shelled in the Lyman community. Two houses were damaged in Siversk.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Another 28 people were evacuated from Avdiivka on November 8. There are still 1,542 residents who remain in the city. Evacuation appointments are made two days in advance.
"White Angels" evacuated the last two children from Yelizavetivka, Donetsk Oblast. 128 children still remain in other frontline settlements of the Donetsk Oblast, where evacuation has been announced.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
In the Horlivka direction, one person died in Pivnichne of the Toretsk community. Six houses were damaged in Toretsk.

The russian army hit a Kh-31P anti-radar missile in the direction of one of the ports of Odesa from tactical aircraft in the Black Sea. The rocket hit the superstructure of a civilian vessel under the flag of Liberia, at the moment of its entry into the port. The pilot was killed, three crew members and one port worker were injured.

The pilot, who died on November 8 during the russian attack on the ship, worked in the Seaports Administration. He was 43 years old.
Kherson Oblast
The russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 85 times during the day. The cellular tower and the Point of Invincibility in the BeryslavRaion were damaged. Two people were injured.
Explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk in the Kherson Oblast.
In the morning, the russian army shelled the Belozerka community in the Kherson Oblast. A woman who was on the street died.
russian troops once again shelled the Korabelny District of Kherson. A 72-year-old man died. Two of the wounded are in the hospital with moderate injuries. Also, as a result of the attack on the educational institution, a volunteer was injured and was hospitalized. Private and high-rise buildings, garages, cars, gas furnaces and power lines were damaged.

The Malinovsky Court of Odesa sentenced collaborator Saldo to 15 years. He was found guilty of treason under martial law, collaborationism, and justifying the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. He was the mayor of Kherson three times. After a full-scale invasion, he sided with the occupiers, who in April 2022 appointed him to lead the occupied part of the Kherson Oblast.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Kropyvnytsky sappers destroyed 20 F-1 hand grenades from the Second World War. Obsolete ammunition was found by the owners of a private house in the village of Vesely Kut of the Dmytrivka community in the Kropyvnytskyi Raion.
On November 9, in honor of the professional holiday, cultural workers handed over money for a Mavic 3 Pro drone with an amplifier antenna to the soldiers of the 3rd Assault Brigade. Funds were collected for a drone as part of the "Bird for an Artist" campaign. It was handed over to Ihor Lomakin, a student of the Kropyvnytskyi Professional Music College, who currently serves in the 3rd Assault Brigade.
Volunteering lessons are organized for students of schools in the Kirovohrad Oblast. This is an initiative of the Ukrainian Volunteer Service. The purpose of the lesson is to explain to schoolchildren the difference between volunteering and charity and to inspire them to join the respective actions.
The mural artist Oleksand Bpitsev, who currently lives in Cyprus, created a mural in the Donetsk Oblast as part of the "Walls of Culture" project. Seven artists from different parts of Ukraine visited four cities of the Donetsk Oblast: Dobpopillia, Selidove, Myrnohpad, Pokpovsk. There were 60 small murals created in different locations. Mural artists create drawings in schools, shelters, transformer stations, front floors of buildings, parking lots, bus stops, etc.
Cherkasy Oblast
A new Stele of Memory with the names of fallen Heroes appeared in the center of Cherkassy. The memorial was made without the involvement of budget funds. Students of vocational and technical educational institutions and utility workers reconstructed and improved the territory. Nearby, the relatives of the fallen soldiers and the city authorities laid a future memorial park. They planted 150 green thuja trees as a symbol of eternal life.
Poltava Oblast
In the Poltava Oblast, relocated businesses can receive reimbursement for rent, utility services, or equipment purchase. This is provided for by the oblast Comprehensive Program for Support of IDPs for 2023-2024. Ten entrepreneurs have already taken advantage of this opportunity. They were paid more than UAH 1.5 million.
Representatives of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine and the Canadian Red Cross visited a modular town for IDPs. Thanks to their efforts, the oblast received 200 single-level and 150 double-level beds with mattresses. This furniture has already started to be used in houses.
Western Oblasts
Rivne Oblast
In the Rivne Administrative Services Center, tin cans and threads are collected, the employees of the institution will hand them over to volunteers, who will make trench candles, "kikimores" [disguise suits] and socks. The collection of raw materials was initiated by equations. In addition to cans, people can also bring nuts and paraffin.
Lviv Oblast
Three soviet sculptural compositions from the "Hill of Glory" were dismantled in Lviv: "Motherland", "Warrior with a flag" and "Oath". They were transported to the Museum of Totalitarian Regimes "Territory of Terror".
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
In the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, state awards were handed over to the relatives of three fallen servicemen. Oleksandr Liubimov and Viktor Wenher were awarded the orders "For Courage" of the III degree (posthumously), Yurii Baran was awarded the "Defender of the Motherland" medal (posthumously).

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Along with the cars, the fund gave the sappers anti-mining equipment, tablets for setting up maps, copters for territory reconnaissance, and walkie-talkies.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Students of Chernivtsi gymnasium No. 16 were given a flag with the signature of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi. The children received it for the volunteer work they have been doing at the school since the start of the full-scale invasion. So, over the last two months, approximately 10,000 trench candles were produced and delivered to the front.
22-year-old Ivan Haidey from Lomachyntsi, the Chernivtsi Oblast, manufactures turbo stoves for the military. These are compact stoves that heat up quickly. The young man learned to work with metal and design machinery on his own, because he moves around in a wheelchair due to his disability and could not become an auto mechanic.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
In the First Volunteer Surgical Hospital in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, psychological rehabilitation of soldiers is carried out with the help of virtual reality glasses.
A monument to soviet soldiers was dismantled in the village of Serednii Bereziv, the Yablunytsia community in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. There are still two monuments left in the community that need decommunization- in the villages of Tekucha and Utoropy.
The museum of Easter egg painting in Kolomyia, the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, was given five "Easter eggs" that were cast from shell casings fired from shells and cartridges. They were created by artists of the Ponad association.

Ternopil Oblast
A memorial plaque to the fallen serviceman Volodymyr Teltsi was opened in the Zalishchyky community. The man returned from abroad at the beginning of a full-scale war. He died in October 2022 while performing a combat mission. He was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" of the III degree.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Since the beginning of the russian full-scale invasion into Ukraine, more than 9,500 people from among the unemployed have been employed in the Zakarpattia Oblast, including more than 600 IDPs.
30 candles in grenade launcher sleeves were made by Kateryna Shevchenko, a craftswoman from Uzhhorod. The woman sells ready-made candles, and gives the money earned to the soldiers of the 68th Territorial Brigade.
