Kyiv

In Kyiv, the families of the fallen defenders of Mariupol were presented with the orders "For Courage", Class III, and the medals "For Military Service to Ukraine".

Kyiv Oblast

In Kyiv Oblast, the police exposed two criminals who stored the occupiers' TOR SAMs and ammunition. The weapons were left behind by russian troops during the hostilities in the territory of the Chernihiv Oblast. One of the suspects hid the TOR SAM in the Brovary Raion. After conducting a series of operational and investigative activities, law enforcement officers managed to establish the location of the ammunition for the complex - it was stored by the second offender in another region of the Kyiv Oblast in a rented garage box. Subsequently, during the search, law enforcement officers seized 2 sections with 8 anti-aircraft missiles, which are intended for air and missile defense tasks. The ammunition was transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The perpetrators face up to 7 years in prison.

Zhytomyr Oblast

The prosecutor's office of the Zhytomyr Oblast has prepared 85 lawsuits for the court to confiscate 280 hectares of land owned by russian and belarusian citizens in the Zhytomyr Oblast.

A social hostel for IDPs designed to accommodate 15 families has been set up in the former building of the Khoroshiv Raion Hospital. Currently, three families from the Kharkiv Oblast live in the hostel.

At the educational forum in Zhytomyr, teachers were trained to apply tourniquets, stop bleeding, and provide first medical aid.

Chernihiv Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

The enemy attacked the village of Kopanky, Izium Raion, with 2 guided aerial bombs, damaging 2 private houses. There were no casualties.

The shelling of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion, damaged 3 private houses and outbuildings, and started a fire. Private cars were destroyed or damaged.

This morning, the russian military launched two missile strikes on the territory of the Matviivka community of the Zaporizhia Oblast. Five people were injured. According to preliminary information, five buildings and an object of critical infrastructure were damaged.

Last year, on September 30, the russian military attacked Zaporizhzhia with 16 missiles, three of which hit the place where the humanitarian convoy of civilians was. As a result of the shelling, 33 people died, including two children, and more than 100 were injured.

Odesa Oblast

Air defense forces destroyed six drones of the "Shahed-131/136" type over the Odesa Oblast this night.

The russian army struck Novovorontsovka in the Kherson Oblast, firing at least 10 artillery shells into the village. A shop, a cafe, a pharmacy were damaged. Ammunition also hit gardens and farm buildings. There are no casualties or injuries.

The enemy dropped ammunition from a drone on the village of Kozatske in the Kherson Oblast. The injured man went to the hospital himself, and was diagnosed with a mine-explosive injury and an injury to his left hand.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

In Vinnytsia, the "Phantom" software and hardware are being tested on the basis of the prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise. IT technologies are used for therapy and rehabilitation of people who have lost limbs. The technique helps patients control phantom pain and develop muscles before prosthetics.

Today, for the first time in Vinnytsia, the charity festival "Veteran cook from scratch" is being held. Veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their relatives compete in the preparation of traditional Ukrainian dishes. "Cooks" sell ready-made culinary products to festival guests for a donation. All proceeds will go towards tactical medicine, generators and heaters for the military.

Western Oblasts

Rivne Oblast

Starting today, the city center will be blocked for a few minutes every day in Rivne to honor the fallen defenders. Traffic and pedestrian traffic will be suspended from 8:58 to 9:03. The corresponding order was signed by the secretary of the city council.

The Rivne city council urged businesses to have electronic documents in case of missile attack and destruction.

As part of the implementation of the "Side by Side" program, works on the reconstruction of the village of Zarichne in the Vysokopillia community, the Kherson Oblast, are ongoing. So far, builders from Bukovyna have restored 15 residential buildings.

The Chernivtsi Oblast Military Administration held a meeting with the heads of the region's medical institutions. The attendees discussed the need to create rehabilitation departments in cluster and supra-cluster institutions. Currently, 185 beds for rehabilitation have been deployed in the oblast.

Since the beginning of the year, the Chernivtsi Oblast Employment Service has provided 24 internally displaced persons with training vouchers to improve their competitiveness on the labor market.

The documentary performance "Lost/Found", organized by the AUI "Active Community", took place in Chernivtsi. The goal is to draw the public's attention to the problems of internally displaced persons and find ways to solve them. In total, 25 volunteers took part in the event, among which 18 were those who found shelter in Bukovina.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Since the start of the "Side by Side" project, 460 private houses have already been repaired by teams of workers from the Zakarpattia Oblast in more than 26 communities of the Kherson Oblast. The reconstruction of the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka and the village of Novopavlivka is ongoing. As part of the national initiative, 63 homes of local residents were restored in these de-occupied settlements.
