Kyiv

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past 24 hours, russian troops shelled civilians and civilian infrastructure in at least 10 border settlements of the Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, and Kharkiv raions.

In Kupiansk, an administrative building, garages and cars were damaged by hostile shelling, and fires broke out. In the village of Dvorichna, Kupiansk Raion, the emergency medical care building was destroyed.

A 53-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were wounded in the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk Raion. They were hospitalized in the state of moderate severity. The building of the educational institution was seriously damaged by the shelling.

An enemy shell hit a private house in Vovchansk, Chuhuiv Raion. A man was killed.

Mine clearance continues in the de-occupied territories of the oblast. Over the last day, 89 explosive devices were disarmed.

Donetsk Oblast

Over the past day, russian troops carried out 19 strikes on 13 settlements. The occupiers fired at civilians using S-300 surface-to-air missile systems, Grad, Uragan and Smerch MLRS, and artillery systems. Thirty-one civilian structures were destroyed or damaged, including 25 residential buildings, a school, a power line, an outbuilding, a garage, and a car. The largest number of attacks (fifteen) occurred in the Pokrovsk Raion.

On February 18, two civilians were wounded in the Donetsk Oblast.

In total, 1375 people have been killed and 3069 wounded in the Donetsk Oblast since the beginning of the full-scale war of the russian federation against Ukraine. The exact number of the dead and wounded in Volnovakha and Mariupol is impossible to establish.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the Avdiivka and Shakhtar directions, the enemy fired artillery at 13 populated areas. Among them are Avdiivka, Vodiane, Vesele, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Bohoyavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, Zolota Niva, Vugledar and Neskuchne of the Donetsk Oblast.

In the east of the Pokrovsk Raion, the russians fired intensively at Avdiivka. The city was hit twice with artillery shells and Grad MRLS. The House of Culture and numerous residential buildings were damaged. In the middle of the day, the enemy struck Ukrainka with Smerch MRLS. 19 residential buildings, a school and a sports school were damaged.

Two houses were damaged in Kurakhovo, there was a hit on one of the Pervomayskyi streets of the Ocheretyne community. No one was injured.

The leaders of the Yednannia (the Unity) Pokrovsk hubs in Chervonohrad and Chernivtsi received a second shipment of warm things for the evacuated residents of the Pokrovsk community.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

In the direction of Bakhmut, more than 18 raions of settlements, in particular, Zaliznianske, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka and New York of the Donetsk Oblast, were shelled.

Today, the enemy made artillery strikes on the settlement of the Kutsurub community. There are hits in an open area. There are no casualties.

Also, in the morning, the enemy struck the settlement of the Ochakiv community with barrel artillery. The consequences of damage are being clarified. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.

Odessa Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

In the Poltava Oblast, the construction of a modular town for internally displaced persons is underway. It will consist of 240 modules and is designed for approximately 520 people. The International Organization for Migration handed over 4 generators to "Kremenchukvodokanal". Now the townspeople will be provided with water during critical situations.

After the start of the full-scale war, the libraries of the Poltava Oblast expanded their functions and became centers for the recovery of forces. Thus, a toy therapy room works in the Oles Honchar Oblast Library for Youth. It is the only one in Poltava. In three months, about 100 people, including children, visited her and worked with a psychologist.

Kirovohrad Oblast
