Kyiv

The people of Kyiv once again gathered under the Kyiv CSA with the demand to direct more funds to the needs of the Armed Forces.

The President of Ukraine met with representatives of the International Working Group on Environmental Consequences of War. The implementation of the project of the Environmental Treaty for Ukraine, developed by an international group, will help to return to a peaceful and stable life after the war.

Kyiv Oblast

The Kyiv Oblast State Administration together with the regional coordinator of the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" organized training for media workers and community communication units. The participants mastered the methods of psychological self-help and support of others during stressful events and war together with specialists of the Israeli Coalition for Work with Trauma.

Zhytomyr Oblast

In Zhytomyr, during art therapy classes in one of the city's medical institutions, wounded servicemen draw pictures. Volunteers, together with representatives of the "Veteran's Home" public union, sell them at auctions in Ukraine and abroad, and with the collected money they buy drones and cars for the front.

Chernihiv Oblast

The russian army fired rockets and mortars at the border of Chernihiv Oblast. The consequences are clarified.

A special border regime is being introduced in Chernihiv Oblast. It provides for the introduction of access restrictions for the population of border communities of the region. In particular, everyone who will be in a 5-kilometer proximity to the russian and belarusian borders must obtain permits for residence, stay, entry and conducting certain activities there.

Sumy Oblast

In one day, the russian military made 214 strikes with various weapons in the Sumy Oblast. 12 communities were shelled.

During the night and this morning, the russian army shelled the region 9 times. 60 explosions were recorded. 5 communities were hit.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

In Kharkiv, in the Nemyshlyanskyi district, a fire broke out at an oil depot as a result of the previous hitting of three drones. There was a spill of diesel fuel and gasoline. The fuel spilled over the street with private houses. The fire started in 15 houses. A family with three children was burned alive, the youngest was not yet a year old. In another house, a married couple died: an elderly man and his wife who could not walk. Three people were injured. 57 people were rescued from the fire.

Late in the evening, russian troops attacked Kharkiv and Velykyi Burluk with “Shakheds”. The hospital and restaurant were damaged.

Donetsk Oblast

During yesterday, the occupiers shelled 6 settlements of the region with Uragan MLRS and artillery.

On February 9, one of the state-owned mines in Donetsk Oblast was cut off by shelling from the russian occupation forces. At that time, there were 20 miners in the mine underground. They have now been brought to the surface.

The Ukrainian military repelled 90 assaults by the russian occupying forces in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.

Another 127 people were evacuated from Donetsk Oblast, including 43 children.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion

Ukrainian soldiers from the 47th separate mechanized brigade captured a russian soldier with the help of a drone in the Avdiyivkadirection. The prisoner turned out to be a 47-year-old russian man who had served 22 years in prison.

Southern Oblasts

Mykolayiv Oblast

On February 9 and 10, in the Mykolayiv Oblast, the russian military struck the water area and the town of Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community, as well as the village of Chornomorka of the Chornomorka community. There are no injuries or deaths.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The russian army made 87 strikes on 19 towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the day. In particular, two aviation units — on Robotyne, with anti-aircraft missiles fired at Temyrivka, Robotyne, Stepnohirsk, and attacked the rest of the front-line settlements with drones.

Three attacks by the russian army to the west of Novopokrovka, Verbove and in the area of ​​Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia direction were repulsed by the Defense Forces of the previous day.

Odesa Oblast

During the first attack in Odesa, the wreckage of one of the downed UAVs damaged a technical building of the port infrastructure. The second and third waves of attacks targeted the port infrastructure of the Danube area, where 12 drones were destroyed. Three employees were injured. In the Izmail Raion, a fire broke out in a house and garage due to the falling fragments of a downed drone. There were no reports of injuries.

Kherson Oblast

Over the past day, the russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 66 times. The enemy launched two air strikes on Beryslav, Chervonyi Maiak, and Krynky in the Kherson region. The russians used 47 FPV drones, one Lancet attack UAV, and more. A critical infrastructure facility in the Kherson Raion and a garage cooperative in Kherson were damaged. One person was killed and five were wounded.

A Russian projectile hit a residential building in Veletenske, the Bilozerka community. One person was killed and three were wounded.

In the morning, the russian army shelled Romashkove in the Kherson Oblast. Roofs, windows and doors of several houses were damaged. There were no reported casualties.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of February 10, the russian army attacked Nikopol with heavy artillery. No one was killed or wounded.

Two foreign volunteers brought cars to Dnipro for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition to the vehicles, they delivered medical equipment, humanitarian aid, and trench candles to Ukraine.

Residents of one of the communities in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast are making FPV drones on their own. Currently, they plan to assemble 40 drones to honor the 40 community members who were killed in the war. The necessary equipment and components for the first drone were purchased with the money raised by educators.

Kirovohrad Oblast

In the town of Dolynska, Kropyvnytskyi Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast, during the full-scale war, they opened a sewing factory that makes military and tactical clothing for women and men. The employees include IDPs and relatives of fallen soldiers.

Western oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Khmelnytskyi dentists travel to the front line and provide dental treatment to soldiers in a mobile office. A week ago they were in the Kharkiv Oblast.

Ternopil Oblast

The Chortkiv community in the Ternopil Oblast collected more than 6 tons of waste paper. They earned more than UAH 27 thousand for it. The money was donated to the Pokrova Chortkiv charity foundation for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Almost fifty children from Zakarpattia and other regions of Ukraine came to Hungary for a vacation. This regular trip was organized with the assistance of the oblast authorities and the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhhorod.
