During the year of the war, Kirovohrad Oblast became a powerful humanitarian hub in the center of Ukraine. More than 30 thousand IDPs settled in Kropyvnytskyi alone. Some of the first social hostels for IDPs were created here. Two of them have already sheltered one and a half hundred people. Soon another one will be put into operation in the village of Gornychne. Nearby, a building is being prepared for a community police officer station. The work has already been completed by 70%.
