Kyiv
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida arrived in Kyiv today to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

On March 20, Kyiv residents commemorated the victims of a missile strike in the Retroville shopping center, where the russians struck exactly one year ago. As a result of the missile strike, eight people died. A large part of the shopping center was destroyed, as well as nearby cars, a Sport Life fitness club and a business center. The blast wave also damaged residential buildings located next to the shopping center.

Kyiv Oblast
Today, work on the destruction of explosive objects took place in the Bucha and Vyshgorod raions.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi took part in a ceremony honoring the memory of the defenders of Ukraine who died during the defense and liberation from the russian occupiers of the village of Moshchun in the Kyiv Oblast.

Near the residential complex «Green Yard» on Bilokur Street in Irpin, a mine was found that remained there after the Second World War. A local resident accidentally came across an explosive object and immediately called specialists. Demining service sappers went to the place, removed the old rusty mine and handed it over to the specialists of the State Emergency Service for disposal.
In Irpin, a large project is being launched to collect funds for the reconstruction of the Irpin Children's and Youth Sports School, which was seriously damaged during the hostilities in the city. 12 famous Ukrainian athletes became its ambassadors. The hall for martial arts and recreational gymnastics, the coaches' and director's offices, and the lobby were completely burned down by enemy shelling in the Iripn State Secondary School. Famous Ukrainian athletes Yaroslav Amosov, Georgy Zantaraya, Maryna Moroz, Oleksandra Starkova, Ihor Poteria, Serhii Konyushok, Epifanio Lopez, Miro Vanadze, Vadym Oliynyk, Vladyslav Rudniev, Vladyslav Kukarin, as well as singer Masha Goya became the ambassadors of this project.

Chernihiv Oblast
On March 21, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast twice. Three communities came under fire — Novgorod-Siversk, Snovsk and Horodnya. There are no losses among personnel and equipment. No information was received about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure.
Near the village of Kyselivka, in the Chernihiv raion, a bridge over the Zamglai River was rebuilt and opened for traffic. It was destroyed at the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, when russian forces closed in on Chernihiv and tried to break into the city. The new bridge was built taking into account modern traffic loads, has four traffic lanes. The next day they will mark the roadway.

Sumy Oblast
During March 20, the russians opened fire on the territories of three communities of Sumy Oblast — Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, and Bilopillia. The latter was under fire from russia almost all day. There are no consequences of shelling.
On the night and morning of March 21, russian forces fired artillery and mortars at the border of Sumy Oblast. Seredyna-Buda, Bilopillia, Esman and Nova Sloboda communities came under fire.

Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Last day, the occupiers continued shelling the border settlements of the Kharkiv Oblast.
At least 14 settlements were under the fire of the occupiers. In particular, the enemy hit Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Dvorichna, Strelecha, Hlyboke, etc. with artillery, tanks, and mortars.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian troops by firing artillery at populated areas along the line of combat.
Today, the occupiers shelled the village of Basove with mortars. There were recorded more than 20 hits. Power lines are damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Demining works are ongoing in the oblast. During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service removed and neutralized 27 units of explosive objects.

Donetsk Oblast
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
On the Avdiyivka and Maryinka directions, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to advance in the direction of the settlements of Avdiyivka, Severna, Pervomaiske, and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk Oblast. Areas of populated areas were subjected to numerous enemy shelling. In particular, Kamianka, Avdiivka, Lastochkine, Krasnohorivka, Gostre, Georgiivka, Maryinka.
In the east of Pokrovsk raion, one person was killed and two people were injured in Avdiyivka. The city was hit by two artillery shells and a rocket attack - houses on 4 streets, the territory of the AKHZ, and a food enterprise were damaged. At least 5 houses were damaged in the Ocheretyn community, in particular, Lastochkina was hit by artillery fire and a rocket attack. In the Mariinsky community, artillery shelling is taking place in Mariinsky, Krasnohorivka, Maksimilianivka, and Georgiivka.
The enemy fired shells at the city of Avdiyivka, the villages of Karlivka, Severna, Lastochkina, Trudove, Novokalynov, and Maksimilianivka, reports the communications department of the Donetsk Oblast police.
For people with musculoskeletal disorders, 4 wheelchairs and 4 walkers on wheels were donated by the charity OperationAid. More than once, they provided the Pokrovsk community with various support for IDPs and points of invincibility.


Luhansk Oblast
The police of the Luhansk Oblast registered a report that in one of the villages of the Shchastyne raion, the russian military forced to open the applicant's house and took a hunting rifle with documents and an air rifle from the safe.
Power outages began in Severodonetsk because the russians installed transmission lines without safety measures.

Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday in the Mykolaiv Oblast, the forces and means of air defense of the Southern Air Command destroyed two russian reconnaissance drones "Supercam S350".
In addition, no enemy shelling was recorded on the territory of the Mykolaiv Oblast.

Odesa Oblast
As of 4:00 p.m., the fleet in the Black Sea has almost doubled and now consists of 12 ships. The number of missile launchers has also increased. There are 2 surface ships on combat duty, the equipment of which can reach 16 "Calibr" rockets. The threat of missile strikes remains high.

Kherson Oblast
The russian army shelled the communities of Berislav, Novoaleksandrivka, Mylivtsi, Novoraiske and Tyagyne. As a result of the shelling of the village of Lvove, two people were injured, and residential buildings, farm buildings and cars were damaged.
Over the past day, the russian occupiers shelled the Kherson community eight times. Antonivka, Prydniprovske and Kherson were hit. Summer cottages on the islands and on the coast were bombarded 15 times. There were no casualties or injuries - City Military Administration.
Today, the russian military shelled the village of Veletenske in the Kherson Oblast, and a woman was injured. Also, the village of Lvove, where two men were wounded.
In the Kherson Oblast, the russian military forcibly "evacuates" the residents of Oleshok to Chaplynka. They do it for the sake of propagandistic stories and to justify the deportation of Ukrainians. The russian military forces locals to carry russian passports and threatens them with imprisonment or deportation if they do not have them.
Everything possible is being exported from the Kherson Oblast. In the city of Skadovsk, looting continues, russian soldiers are walking around the houses. The number of people in the city is increasing, most of them coming from Crimea.
Yesterday, the Air Force twice struck the areas where the russian occupiers and equipment were concentrated on the left bank of the Kherson Oblast. The results of the lesions are being clarified. Also, the Defense Forces shot down two russian drones over the Dnipro-Buzky estuary — Operational Command “South” [Pivden].
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the russian, in the settlement of Strilkove of the temporarily occupied territory of the oblast, the russian military is planning to illegally seize the houses of locals who have left the settlement.
Law enforcement officers found a mutilated car with a human skeleton inside on the embankment near Oleksandrivka, Kherson raion. Probably, the car was fired upon by russian troops during the battle in the village. The police collected evidence to identify the deceased and establish the circumstances of the incident.
The so-called "head of the village administration of Nova Zburivka" of the Skadovsk raion will be tried for collaborationism. The collaborator personally agitated people to participate in the so-called "referendum" and support the russian occupiers. She faces up to ten years in prison.

Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The enemy shelled the Marhanets community of Nikopol Raion with drones. No people were injured.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi thanked the explosives experts for their daily and very dangerous work. Among them were two specialists from Dnipro. They are Tetiana Kuzubova (police explosive technician from Dnipro) and Valeriia Onul (head of the explosive department of the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipro region).
The Dnipro City Council handed over 5 domestically produced anti-drone guns, more than 60 sets of radio stations, and more than 130 units of various computer equipment to the military. Among them are tablets with special software and laptops.

A patriotic art object was installed in the center of Dnipro. It symbolizes life and faith in Victory. A new photo zone has appeared near the Most City shopping mall. The composition is based on a golden metal heart. It symbolizes the unbreakability and at the same time the gentleness of the Ukrainian soul. There are two doves on the heart - blue and yellow. The artwork is surrounded by bright flowers as a sign of faith in the revival and the beginning of a new life for Ukraine.


Kirovohrad Oblast
During the year of the war, Kirovohrad Oblast became a powerful humanitarian hub in the center of Ukraine. More than 30 thousand IDPs settled in Kropyvnytskyi alone. Some of the first social hostels for IDPs were created here. Two of them have already sheltered one and a half hundred people. Soon another one will be put into operation in the village of Gornychne. Nearby, a building is being prepared for a community police officer station. The work has already been completed by 70%. This was reported by Andrii Raikovych, the head of Kirovohrad regional police department.
SBU officers exposed two enemy propagandists - a resident of Kropyvnytskyi, a military pensioner, and a resident of Svitlovodsk, who justified and recognized the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine as legitimate. Thus, the propagandists posted on their pages on Internet social networks posts approving the aggressive actions of the russian occupiers and accusing Ukraine of waging war against russia. The offenders were served a notice of suspicion of committing criminal offenses under Part 2 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Residents of the Katerynivka village community in Kropyvnytskyi Raion, through the NGO "Forward to Victory", handed over a quadcopter to the Ukrainian military. The quadcopter was handed over to a military man, a resident of the village of Gruzke. The device will be sent to the front line in the Donetsk sector.

Western Oblasts
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk Ruslan Martsinkiv reported on the aid to our military. The other day, we delivered aid to the 78th Battalion of the Anti-Terrorist Operation. Among the necessary items is what they asked for computer equipment and communication equipment (tablets, laptops, printers, inverters, starliners). Also, construction materials and stoves.
Over the weekend, volunteers of the Carpathian Volunteer Union once again went to the defenders with help. This time, they delivered a fairly large amount of aid: six buses with parcels.
For the first time, the Prykarpattia basketball team became the early champion of the Women's Super League. This means they are the best in Ukraine. Congratulations and thank you for the glory of our city. It was also the first time that girls took part in the European Basketball League.

Chernivtsi Oblast
Ruslan Zaparaniuk, head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, chaired a regular meeting of the Defense Council. In particular, it was about the fulfillment of mobilization tasks in Bukovyna, the formation of an infantry battalion, and the recruitment of volunteers for the Offensive Guard brigades. Ruslan Zaparaniuk, together with the association of Chernivtsi businessmen-transporters, handed over 25 vehicles to our soldiers.
The Department of Youth and Sports of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, together with colleagues from the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Chernivtsi Region and the Patrol Police of Chernivtsi Oblast, continue to conduct a series of outreach events called "School of Survival" for the youth of Chernivtsi Oblast. Within its framework, students of the Rukshyn Lyceum were able to acquire basic skills and abilities to act both individually and collectively in any extreme situations.
An evacuation train has arrived in Bukovyna from Zaporizhzhia Oblast. This time, 10 patients of the Liubomyr Neuropsychiatric Boarding School and an accompanying person were evacuated to Chernivtsi Oblast. They were transported by a medical evacuation train of the charitable foundation Doctors Without Borders - Brussels. The wards and the accompanying person will be accommodated in the Khotyn Psychoneurological Residential Care Home.

Zakarpattia Oblast
Uzhhorod Mayor Bohdan Andriiv met with the chaplain and soldiers of the 15th separate mountain assault battalion of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade based in Uzhhorod. Together with the Secretary of the City Council Arsen Melkumian, Deputy Mayor Vadym Borts, Chief of Staff of the City Executive Committee Igor Fartushko, and Advisor to the Mayor Hryhorii Shevchuk, they discussed with the military what assistance Uzhhorod City Council could provide to the defenders.
Construction of a turbine manufacturing facility from Kramatorsk has begun in Uzhhorod Raion. Immediately after the outbreak of full-scale war, the process of relocating the facilities took place to save this production. Uzhhorod district became the new permanent location, and its communities were able to provide the necessary conditions for relocation and investment.
In Uzhhorod, doctors and youngsters taught students about the basics of first aid.
Students learned about basic emergency medical actions: how to quickly and correctly assess the condition of a person in need of help and how to help them before the ambulance arrives.
