Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

Air defense forces shot down about 10 russian missiles over Kyiv and in the capital's vicinity.

In Kyiv, the fragments of the hit missiles fell in two districts: in Desnianskyi district - in the territory of forest plantations, in Shevchenkivskyi district - in the park area and in the territory of residential buildings. The facade of a high-rise building was damaged.

Today, in the center of the capital, people who cared gathered again for the “Free Azov” rally calling for the release of the captured defenders. Similar actions were held in all major Ukrainian cities.

 

Kyiv Oblast

A power line was damaged in Kyiv Oblast as a result of a nighttime russian missile attack. More than 400 homes are without electricity. Rocket fragments were recorded falling in three raions of the Oblast. In one of the settlements, the debris fell on the territory of a car wash. In another settlement, a children's playground was damaged by the debris.

 

Chernihiv Oblast

The russian army fired mortars at two villages on the border of Chernihiv Oblast. The consequences are being clarified.

 

Sumy Oblast

On March 23, the russian army shelled Sumy Oblast 31 times. 115 explosions were recorded. 8 communities were shelled. 30 private households, 10 multi-storey buildings, a kindergarten and a service station were damaged.

The russian army shelled the Oblast 7 times at night and in the morning. 5 communities were hit.

 

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

In total, about 15 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast were under russian fire on March 23.

Russians shelled Kupyansk three times in one day, injuring two people.

A car carrying humanitarian aid to the frontline areas of Kharkiv Oblast was fired upon by russians. It happened in Kupyansk raion. They fired with mortars. Fortunately, no one was injured. Humanitarian aid was delivered.

Up to 200,000 customers in Kharkiv are currently without electricity. Schedules of planned outages are being developed to provide power to all consumers in the city.

Donetsk Oblast

Ukrainian troops repelled 70 attacks by russian occupation forces on the frontlines of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts on March 23. In the Lyman and Novopavlivka directions, the russian army attacked with the support of aviation.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion 

Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Vadym Hladkov visited soldiers in the Lyman sector, in particular in Serebrianka forestry, and awarded 30 soldiers of the "Bureviy", "Azov" and "Charter" brigades.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Two people in Myrnohrad and two residents in Kurakhivka were injured by russian army shelling on March 23. 

On the night of March 23, the russian military fired four S-300 missiles at Myrnohrad and attacked Ocheretyne with aircraft, damaging an apartment building and a civilian car.

The intensity of russian assaults in the Avdiivka sector has decreased over the past few days, as the russian army has not been successful. At the same time, the russian military has increased the number of aircraft of various types, including reconnaissance aircraft.    

Southern Oblasts 

Mykolaiv Oblast

On March 23, russian troops fired missiles at Mykolaiv and Voznesensk Raions, hitting open territory. They also conducted artillery strikes on the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. No one was injured or killed.

On the night of March 24, the Air Defense Forces destroyed three Shahed 131/136 in Mykolaiv Oblast. 

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The russian army conducted 447 strikes on seven towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia Oblast over the course of a day on March 23.

In the Orikhiv sector, the russian army attacked the positions of the Defense Forces near Robotyno, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, four times with the support of aviation. 

Odesa Oblast

Three russian attack drones were shot down over Odesa Oblast at night. There were hits to the port infrastructure of the Danube area.

Kherson Oblast

Yesterday, the russian military shelled 18 settlements in the Kherson Oblast. They launched a rocket attack on the Velykolexandrivska community. Five private houses, the Point of Invincibility, a shop and an outbuilding were damaged. Six people were injured.

During a drone attack by the russian army in the Kherson Oblast, the Air Defense Forces destroyed a "Shahed-131/136" type drone.

In Henichesk and Skadovsk in the Kherson Oblast, the occupation authorities force people to participate in events commemorating the victims in the russian concert hall "Crocus City Hall". They are also forced to send money to the accounts of the families of the victims and to place flowers on improvised memorials. In particular, employees of pseudo-administrations, teachers and students of schools are involved in the events.

Central Oblasts 

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

At night, russian troops attacked the area with UAVs. Due to falling debris in Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, heat networks and power lines were damaged — hospitals, educational institutions, and three thousand homes were left without heating. Restoration work is ongoing. Also, debris from a downed drone damaged an energy facility in Nikopol raion - electricity supply has already been restored.

At night, air defense forces destroyed 15 drones of the russian troops that attacked Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Eight were shot down in the Kryvyi Rih raion, seven in the Nikopol raion.

Construction of fortifications continues in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Currently, almost seven thousand concrete pyramids have been installed in the region.

Western Oblasts 

Lviv Oblast 

About 20 rockets and 7 rockets flew in the direction of the Lviv Oblast. Russian troops attacked a critical infrastructure facility in the Lviv Oblast with "daggers". Previously, there are two hits. The rescuers, who were putting out the fire, had time to move to a safe place before being hit again.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast 

The sounds of explosions were heard in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. Consequences are clarified.
