About us: The Active Community Initiative, launched by activists of the Respublika Institute after the Euromaidan (2014), focused on activating and involving Ukrainians in the decision-making process. russian occupiers continue to launch missile strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine. Today, in Kremenchuh, Poltava oblast, russian rocket hit a shopping center where civilians were staying. The number of victims is currently unknown. Rescue operations are underway.

Demonstrative and provocative actions by units of the Armed Forces of the republic of belarus in the areas bordering Ukraine are not ruled out in the Volyn and Polissya areas, as well as intensification of intelligence to clarify the positions and nature of our troops.

The enemy fired mortars near Pokrovka and Starykovo, Sumy oblast. The enemy also used jet artillery in the areas of the settlements of Porozok and Verkhnya Pozhnya, Sumy oblast.

In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy is defending previously occupied positions, trying to prevent the advance of units of the Defense Forces and their entry to the state border of Ukraine in the north of Kharkiv region. Intelligence is trying to find weaknesses in the defense of our troops.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy, in order to regain lost ground, tried to carry out assault operations in the area of ​​the settlement of Dementievka, had no success, withdrew. Also, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repulsed enemy assaults in the direction of Dovhalivka and Zalyman.

The occupiers are taking measures to quickly disguise and try to mislead our units, for which they are installing wooden models of tanks on the defensive positions.

In the Slovyansk direction, the enemy is trying to improve its tactical position and create favorable conditions for the attack on the settlements of Barvinkove and Slovyansk. Continues shelling.

Trying to take control of Mazanivka, the enemy launched an offensive from the area of ​​the village of Dovhenke. It received a strong rebuff from the Ukrainian defenders and withdrew with losses.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to focus on attempts to surround the Defense Forces near the city of Lysychansk, trying to blockade the city from the south and southwest. Takes measures to replenish the loss of personnel, weapons and military equipment.

The enemy did not take active action in the Kramatorsk direction.

Mortar and artillery shelling was recorded in the Lysychansk direction in the areas of the settlements of Lysychansk, Verkhnokamyanka and Soledar.

The enemy led the offensive in the direction of Vovchoyarivka - Verkhnokamyanka, has partial success, is consolidated south of the Lysychansk refinery. To distract the efforts of our troops, he led the offensive in the direction of Pidlisne - Lysychansk, had no success, withdrew.

In the Bakhmut direction, it fires artillery of various calibers in the areas of the settlements of Berestove, Klynove, Bakhmut, Vershina and Travneve.

Our soldiers successfully stopped the enemy's reconnaissance attempt by fighting in the area of ​​Berestovo and the offensive in the direction of Midna Ruda - Klynove. In both cases, the occupiers withdrew.

In the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavliv and Zaporizhzhia directions, in order to restrain the actions of our troops and prevent their transfer to other directions, the enemy fired mortars, tanks, barrel artillery and jet artillery at the areas of the settlements of Pisky, Avdiivka, Katerynivka, Chervone and Malynivka. It struck an air strike near Krasnohorivka.

Ukrainian soldiers stopped the occupiers' offensive in the direction of Petrivske-Shevchenko and pushed the enemy back.

In the South Buh direction, the aggressor continued to fire at the positions of our troops with mortars, tanks, barrel artillery and jet artillery along the entire line of contact. It is possible that the enemy will carry out assault operations in certain areas in order to reach the administrative borders of the Kherson region.

Our units continue to successfully carry out missile and artillery fire missions in certain areas and inflict casualties on the occupiers in close combat.

Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

After yesterday's shelling of Kyiv, three victims remain in the hospital, including a child. Rescue work at a nine-story apartment building that was destroyed resumed on the morning of June 27.Rescuers find documents and personal belongings of the house's residents and hand them over to law enforcement agencies. Physicians and psychologists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine also work on site. There is a possibility that people remain under the rubble.

Kyiv Oblast

President of Moldova Maya Sandu visited Borodyanka, Bucha and Irpin.

Senator Jim Rish, Chairman of the Republican Wing of the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, paid an official visit to Kyiv Oblast.

Zhytomyr Oblast

The russians are trying to sow panic among residents of the border areas of Zhytomyr Oblast, "throwing" fakes about tanks in the city of Ovruch or the penetration of enemy saboteurs.

In Zhytomyr, the last honor was paid to Gennady Shmilyk, a soldier who died defending the eastern frontier from attacks by the russian aggressor. 

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to prepare to fight back if an attack by russian troops occurs.

Representatives of the local Territorial Defense unit took part in strengthening the protection and defense of the state border, important objects and communications, ensuring public safety and order in the settlements of Zhytomyr Oblast, guarding the shelters of the population.

The local authorities have confirmed that 128 power grid facilities in the Zhytomyr Oblast have been damaged as a result of russian aggression. Buildings destroyed by russian bombs and missiles are being restored, and 138 private houses are to be dismantled.

The sister cities of Zhytomyr continue to help the city. Zhytomyr received humanitarian aid from the Polish city of Gdynia.

The regional coordinator of the AUI "Active Community" established contacts with educational institutions for conducting art therapies for children.

Chernihiv Oblast

Yesterday the enemy once again fired on the territory of the Novgorod-Siversky Raion. The russians dropped about three dozen 120-mm mines at one of the agricultural enterprises in the Semenivka community. The buildings of the enterprise and about ten units of equipment were damaged, 500 tons of roughage were destroyed. The shelling lasted more than two hours. The Snovsk community also suffered from russian aggression.

Sumy Oblast

The past day has passed under constant shelling. In total, the russians fired more than 150 shells and mines. The invaders fired from their territory with barrel and jet artillery. They also fired unguided missiles from helicopters.

The territories of four communities in Sumy Oblast were affected: Yunakivska, Bilopilska, Krasnopilska and Shalyhinska communities.

The Krasnopillia community suffered the most - there were about a hundred hits a day.

Private outbuildings, a water tower and a farm were damaged in the villages of the community.

One person died and one was hospitalized.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

During the past 24 hours, the russian occupiers fired on the Kyiv and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kharkiv Raions of the oblast. In total for the day 2 women were killed, and 5 civilians were wounded. 

At night in Kharkiv, a russian missile hit the school yard. Another missile strike damaged the administrative building. No one was injured.

A 21-year-old and a 57-year-old woman were killed in russian shelling in the Chuguiv Raion. 2 more people were injured. The shells hit the outbuildings, the street gas pipeline was damaged. In the Kharkiv Raion, 3 more civilians were injured during the day due to russian shelling.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to destroy the occupiers on the line of contact. In the Kharkiv direction, the invaders launched an offensive in the direction of Dementiivka and Pytomnyk, suffered losses and withdrew. The occupiers remotely mined the area near Fedorivka, Ukrainka, Zamulivka, Shestakovo and Peremohy.

In the area of Izium, the enemy does not stop trying to advance in the direction of Dolyna and Mazanivka. Ukrainian defenders are resisting, destroying the occupiers' manpower and armored vehicles.

Donetsk Oblast

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy, with the support of artillery, is trying to blockade the city of Lysychansk from the south. The russian military is shelling civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Lysychansk, Vovchoyarivka, Loskutivka and Verkhnokamyanka. Enemy assault aircraft struck near Lysychansk. Fighting continues in the Vovchoyarivka area. Near Verkhnokamyanka, the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted heavy losses on the enemy and forced them to withdraw.

The russians continue to destroy the social infrastructure of Donetsk Oblast. Today a school in Toretsk came under fire - windows were broken, the roof was damaged. Yesterday the school in Mayaky was destroyed. In total, more than 220 schools have been affected by russian weapons in four months.

Once again, the Avdiivka coke plant and the whole city are under enemy fire. Here, the russians are constantly shelling, killing civilians and destroying the region's industrial potential.

The russians used cluster munitions in Hrodivka community - it is known about at least one wounded.

Over the past day, the russians killed another civilian in Donetsk Oblast - in Novoluhansk. Another 8 people were injured today.

Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, 535 civilians have been killed and 1,376 wounded in shelling and bombing in the Donetsk Oblast.

Kramatorsk

The situation is alarming.

The occupiers fired on the outskirts of Kramatorsk. It looks like a rocket system of volley fire. A private house and a garage were damaged. According to preliminary information, there are no victims. Rescuers continue to work, the level of damage is being clarified.

Neighboring Sloviansk was also shelled. Unfortunately, there are wounded and dead. As a result of the night shelling, a multi-storey sector on Novyi Pobut Street was damaged. The houses and a power line were damaged, and part of Sloviansk was left without electricity again.

Mayor Vadym Lyakh once again called on residents to evacuate.

Residents spent a lot of time searching for information about the shelling of the neighboring town, as many people have relatives and acquaintances in Sloviansk.

Kramatorsk city authorities inform about the availability of fuel at gas stations, about scheduled repairs on electricity and water supply networks.

The regional coordinator of the AUI "Active Community" continues to coordinate the work of the humanitarian aid distribution point. Today flour was received as a humanitarian cargo. From tomorrow, this flour will turn into fragrant bread, which will be distributed to the residents of the community.

Mykolaivka community 

The situation in the community remains dangerous. The shelling of the settlements of the community continues. Over the past 24 hours, the villages of Raigorodok and Rai-Oleksandrivka came under fire.

The fire in a residential building in Rai-Oleksandrivka was extinguished by the State Emergency Service. In Raigorodok, residents put out the fire on their own. One woman was injured and treated.

The evacuation of residents of Mykolaivka community' settlements continues.

Bakhmut

In the Bakhmut direction, the russian occupiers fired mortars, artillery and jet artillery at Ukrainian positions in the areas of the settlements of Spirne, Berestove, Belogorivka, Klinove, and Zaitsevo.

Our soldiers found and neutralized sabotage and reconnaissance groups near Spirny and Yakovlivka, and also repulsed the assault in the direction of Klinovy. The enemy offensive in the areas of Berestove and Vershina was stopped. The occupiers withdrew.

The Department of Social Protection of the Population of Bakhmut City Council does not stop its work and provides social support to all residents of the community under martial law.

Volnovakha 

Enemy troops periodically shell the territories. In the village Rivnpil a woman and a baby died during the shelling. For the third week in a row, the occupiers continue to detain 41 people in Starobeshevo, without explaining the reason.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting an offensive, fighting is taking place in Velykonovosilka and Volodymyrivka.

Volnovakha is emporarily occupied. People are leaving, there is no work, the occupiers are paying 7,200 rubles per person of retirement age. The situation in the community is tense.

The coordinator of AUI "Active Community" attended a charity event and joined the charity lottery, which raised 35,000 UAH for the needs of internally displaced persons in Uman.

Mariupol

In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, an inspection of one of the houses destroyed by the russian military under the rubble revealed more than a hundred dead. A russian air bomb hit the building. 

Near the Mariupol mosque destroyed by shelling are the spontaneous burials of residents killed by the russian military.

Luhansk Oblast

In Lysychansk, Vovchoyarivka, Loskutivka and Verkhnyokamyanka, the russians did not stop destroying housing, industrial and administrative facilities. There is no hour when the enemy artillery calms down.

On June 26, the occupier's assault aircraft struck Lysychansk and Vovchoyarivka. Fighting is taking place in Vovchoyarivka. The russians tried to attack in the Verkhnokamyanka area, but were forced to withdraw - not all of them were able to do so on their own. There is a lot of damage in Lysychansk. If possible, we inspect the streets and houses for victims. At least five high-rise buildings were destroyed, in one of which 10 apartments burned down at once. Six private houses were destroyed on one of the streets.

The russians also fired on the territory of the bus station, the building of St. Mitrophan's Church, the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Barbara, one of the enterprises, the premises of the border detachment and one of the administrative buildings. They are trying to blockade the city from the south, destroying everything they can get their artillery and volley fire systems. We are defending Lysychansk.

Southern Oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Today at 4.45 am the russian military fired on Vasylivka. 3 people died from direct hits to houses. We know about 9 wounded, including 2 children. All are fragmentary lesions of varying severity.

Energodar reports systematic abductions of people in order to obtain a ransom - 50 thousand hryvnias.

In Melitopol, the russian occupiers seized the premises of one of the higher educational institutions and announced the work of their own "university". It became known that, despite preliminary information, the solar power plant "Green Energy Tokmak" was not stolen and taken away by the russian occupiers. Co-owner of the solar power plant Alexander Repkin said in an interview with Forbes that the solar power plant was on the line of fire for some time during the russian offensive. It was partially destroyed by rocket fire from «Hrad» and other weapons. It was the damaged elements that were dismantled and removed by the station staff. As a result, the solar power plant lost about 20% of its capacity. It now operates at a capacity of about 40 MW. However, the russian occupiers did rob it, but it was an office with computer equipment.

Kherson Oblast

The russian military kidnapped the leader of the Stanislavsky community in the Kherson Oblast.

During the evacuation from the temporarily occupied Kherson, the russian military beat 70-year-old journalist and volunteer Tatiana Antonyuk. According to medics, the elderly woman's spine was broken due to her refusal to return her Ukrainian passport.

Skadovsk

Skadovsk is disconnected and cut off from the free territory of Ukraine. In Skadovsk, the Internet and mobile communications have been completely turned off for three days now. Currently, there is only one access to the information field through russian SIM cards. The enemy continues to import more and more military equipment, Skadovsk beach is completely mined. There are abductions of active citizens and civilians, torture, some even disappear in an unknown direction. There is pressure on farmers, the entire harvest is taken to the Crimean side. The occupiers launch missiles from Skadovsk into the unoccupied territories of Ukraine. The issuance of russian passports continues and applications for their receipt are accepted. The Armed Forces of Ukraine caused damage to the occupiers in the Kherson Oblast, destroyed an armored personnel carrier. The enemy is being pushed out of the Kherson Oblast. Two cruise missiles were shot down. 1 UAV "Orlan-10", destroyed 2 tanks T-72. Residents are holding on. They join volunteering and try to work. Many messages are heard at night, the enemy is transporting a lot of heavy equipment around the city and outside the city. Rumble in the sky, constant sirens in the city center. Many people are trying to leave the Oblast. People have a problem with money, it is impossible to withdraw cash anywhere, some people exchange for a large percentage - from 20%. The occupiers are generally relatively calm about the elderly. There are no pharmacies in the city.

Central Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

The russians shelled Zelenodolsk and Velyka Kostromka. The city is destroying high-rise buildings. Damaged house of culture, children's and youth sports school, post office, country house. The park and coastal zone of the city were also under fire. Three people were injured. An explosion was heard near the Dnieper, which was also heard in Novomoskovsk and Synelnykiv Raions.

He was probably a spy. 18 resettlement enterprises from Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv Oblasts moved to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. 9 have already started work. The threat of a missile strike remains in the region. One after another the sirens of the air alarm sounded. The military guards the region's borders and military facilities. The local Territorial Defense units conducts tactical exercises and patrols the city. In Kropyvnytskyi, the Heroes-Defenders, Olga and Taras Melster, spent their last journey. Anatoliy Stoyan, the regional coordinator of the Active Community, took part in the event on art therapy "Anthology - poetry without shelter", which took place in the Kirovohrad Regional Library for Youth named after Yevhen Malanyuk. Local poets and writers from other cities of Ukraine also took part in the online format. The event was attended by about 30 internally displaced persons and local residents. Poltava Oblast

The russians hit rockets at the Kremenchuk shopping centre. The mall is on fire, rescuers are fighting the fire, and the number of victims is impossible even to imagine. The facility posed no danger to the russian military and had no strategic value. There were only civilians there, so the head of the Poltava Oblast military administration commented on this crime.

The area of ​​the fire in the building is 10,300 square meters. As of 18:00, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported two dead and 20 injured (information to be clarified).

In Poltava, they said goodbye to the soldiers who gave their lives for Ukraine: Oleksandr Krol, Denys Mykhailov, Stanislav Khalyava, and Serhiy Udovychenko. 

Aviators of the Poltava oblast were awarded state awards and distinctions by the Ministry of Defense and the Air Force Command. Soldiers of the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade were awarded for defending Ukraine from the occupiers. One of the defenders of Ukraine was posthumously awarded. 

The team of the Active Community of Poltava is conducting preparatory work for an art therapy event for families of internally displaced persons and families raising children with disabilities.

Vinnytsia Oblast

Zhmerynka 

The situation in the community is calm. Air alarms have become more frequent, which citizens, unfortunately, ignore.

The community held a concert of children's art in the centre of extracurricular activities. During the speech, they managed to raise 18,000 hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Municipal and private infrastructure facilities are working.

The regional coordinator of the Active Community in Zhmerynka is conducting informational and explanatory work among the local population against the war of ruzzian aggression.

Cherkasy Oblast

Yesterday, russian troops fired missiles at the Cherkasy oblast. The rocket attack killed one person and injured five others. The missiles were launched from the territory of Belarus.

Western Oblasts

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Despite more frequent reports of air alarms in the oblast, the situation in Prykarpattia remains stable and under control. The volunteer front continues to work actively. On Saturday and Sunday, there were many events in the Ivano-Frankivsk community to raise funds for military needs. It was a charity race on the city lake, the second children's fair in the Potocki Palace, etc. At the charity football tournament "Together for Victory" and thanks to the joint efforts of organizers and volunteers, more than 30 cars were donated to the newly formed Frankivsk Rifle Battalion.

There are routes from the joint Logistics Center of the City Council and the Union of Volunteers of Prykarpattia to organize the delivery of goods to hot spots. Shipments take place weekly. Organizations announce in which direction the cars will go and what goods or parcels for relatives they can take for delivery.

Today, the coordinators of AUI Active Community conducted art therapy for children and parents of internally displaced persons and Ivano-Frankivsk residents, together with their partner - actor of the Ivano-Frankivsk Drama Theater Yevhen Kholodnyak. Preparations are underway for the following events.

Rivne Oblast

The general situation is relatively calm, as of 18:00 there was one air alarm.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine patrol the border with Belarus. Representatives of the Territorial Defense units patrol and are on duty at checkpoints.

In the Rivne oblast, work continues to inspect the damaged civil infrastructure as a result of the air strike. According to Oleksandr Kokhan, the head of the Sarny district military administration, almost three dozen objects were inspected on the first day, and a fragment of the rocket was found a kilometre from the epicentre of the hit.

A fair of local producers will start in the Rivne community on July 28. The main task of the fair is to support local producers, to introduce them and their products to Rivne residents in order to develop the community's economy.

Today, the coordinators of AUI "Active Community" together with partners held a master class "Painted Gingerbread", which was attended by residents and internally displaced citizens. Both adults and children joined in, noting that the gingerbread colouring process was very enjoyable and relaxing, which turned out to be unexpected and very enjoyable for the participants..

Zdovbytsia

Representatives of the local terretorial defense unit continue to be on duty at checkpoints.

Zdovbytsia village council organized a charity event, which held a fair of sweets and sale of handicrafts. Proceeds will go to purchase of the cars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Khmelnytsk Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Air alarms were heard during the day.

The mayor of Kamyanets-Podilsky had a meeting with the organizers of the bodybuilding tournament, which will be hosted by our city in October.

Higher education institutions have been preparing dormitories for the admission of students since September 1. The situation is the same with community schools.

The number of internally displaced persons in the city remains stable. At least, according to official data. At the weekend, 26 Ukrainians arrived in the city. Instead, up to five people who lived in our dormitories and kindergartens leave it every day. The community continues to feed all IDPs who have the appropriate certificate.

Yesterday, June 26, the local organization "Freedom", "Falcon" and the Charitable Foundation "We can help" held a charity event "Disassemble the Machine - Help the Defenders." They collected 1754 hryvnias for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Kamyanets-Podilsky Historical Museum-Reserve invites everyone on June 28 to free tours - about the history of Ukraine, Podillya, Kamyanets-Podilsky from ancient times to the present in the language of exhibits, architectural monuments, works of art, numismatics to the Constitution Day .

At the request of the Women's Hundred, the regional coordinator delivered food and camouflage nets to the Nova Poshta branch, which was then sent to the location of the territorial defense battalion.

Chernivtsi Oblast

During the day in Chernivtsi region twice sounded an air alarm, now the situation is calm and controlled.

Soldiers Oleksandr Hrynchuk and Aslan Bagirov, who died for the freedom and independence of the Motherland in the battles against the Russian occupiers, were seen off today. Serhiy Deren from Bukovyna was posthumously awarded by the President with the Order of Courage of the Third Degree.

One thousand food kits for IDPs living in the communities of the Dniester region were donated by the World Central Kitchen charity. One such food package contains whole grains, instant cereals, beans, pasta, canned meat and fish, apples, sugar, cookies, waffles, condensed milk and more.

The team of the "Active Community of Chernivtsi" in cooperation with the Bukovynian Center of Culture and Arts organized two master classes for internally displaced persons who found refuge in the region. During the first event to create ornaments in the style of vytynanka, they were taught by folk masters - the family of Vasyl and Alyona Bezhenariv.

Then the writer, ethnographer, literary critic Ivanna Stefyuk shared the secrets of scarf with the audience.

The purpose of these activities is to improve the psycho-emotional state of IDPs through joint creative activities.

Zakarpattia Oblast

In Zakarpattia, the public organization "Happy Children" organizes a charity photo tour of Lavender Mountain to support the auto-initiative of Zakarpattia writer and volunteer Andriy Lyubka, who is engaged in the purchase of cars for the front. The photo tour program, in addition to the actual photo shoot, contains a number of interesting things. Thus, a tasting of the sweet business card of Perechyn region - Uzhanska Dolyna cake and a meeting with its author Halyna Reparyuk is planned. 

Creative relaxation sessions with a playback theater for volunteers are held in Uzhhorod. Meetings in such an unusual format are held as part of the project "Care: for those who hold the rear." The author of the idea is Natalia Shevchenko - a psychologist, hospital clown and leader of the Kharkiv playback theater "Living Mirror". After arriving in Uzhhorod, Natalia brought together actors from different cities of Ukraine and organized a team of playbackers "Uzh Station".

In Uzhhorod, more than 20,000 hryvnias were raised to support the military during the charity beach volleyball tournament "Together for Victory", which took place last weekend. 26 teams - 16 men's and 10 women's teams, amateurs and professionals from different parts of Ukraine - Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Luhansk region, Lviv, Stryi, of course, and Transcarpathia - in particular, Uzhgorod and Svalyava.
