Northern Oblasts 

Kyiv

Bohuslav

There were no air alarms. The Bohuslav volunteer headquarters announced a fundraiser to warm our military. 70,000 hryvnias are needed for 20 burghers for our compatriots from the 53rd and 208th brigades, who are fighting on the front lines.

In Ukraine, the campaign "Your blood can fight" was launched. The regional blood center works around the clock. Even before the war, blood was provided here to those who needed it for surgical interventions, injuries, childbirth and oncological diseases. In the first months of the russian invasion of Ukraine, the residents of Zhytomyr actively donated blood to support the Ukrainian military, now the situation in the center is completely different.

Chernihiv Oblast

Mayor of Chernihiv Vladyslav Atroshenko congratulated Patron on the Day of the Rescuer, which was celebrated on September 17.

In Chernihiv Oblast, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a russian agent who was passing on intelligence about the movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she established ties with the russian occupiers. After the liberation of the territory, it continued to cooperate with the enemy, collecting data on the location of defense forces, storage locations of weapons and military equipment, the placement of checkpoints, and the movement of military convoys.

Sumy Oblast

Yesterday in the afternoon, the russians shelled the territory of the Bilopil community in the Sumy Oblast with a mortar. More than 40 hits were recorded in the village of Volfine. A local resident died, a farm, a water tower and a house were destroyed.

Eastern Oblasts 

Kharkiv Oblast

During the past day, the russian occupiers shelled the settlements of the Kharkiv Oblast along the contact line and the border with the russia in the Kupyan, Izyum, Chuguiv and Kharkiv Raion.

Residential buildings, commercial buildings and infrastructure objects were damaged by enemy shelling. An 11-year-old boy was injured in Kupyansk, and a 65-year-old woman was hospitalized with injuries in Chuguyiv Raion.

During the past day, 6 civilians were blown up on mines. 2 people were blown up by car in Dergachi Raion, 2 more in Izyum, 2 in Chuguyiv. All of them were hospitalized with injuries.

A reserve command post of the russian military was found on the outskirts of Balaklia. The occupiers equipped it accordingly in one of the buildings. Among other things, the rashists brought a whole arsenal of ammunition to the point. They were hidden in the basement, which was carefully disguised. Among the seized ammunition were shots for guns and tanks of various calibers, mines, grenades, throwing powder charges, the State Bureau of Investigation noted.

Donetsk Oblast

The enemy continues to focus its efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Donetsk Oblast, organize defense and hold the captured territories, as well as disrupt the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain areas. Fires at the positions of our troops along the contact line.

The enemy fired from tanks, mortars and artillery in the following directions: in the Bakhmut direction - Siversk, Rozdolivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, New York, Yuryivka, Rozivka and Zaitseve;in the Kramatorsk direction - Sviatohirsk, Raihorodok, Serebryanka and Bilogorivka; in the Avdiivka Raion - Avdiivka, Opytne, Karlivka, Kostyantynivka, Maryinka and Pervomaiske.

Around 2 am, Toretsk was hit by an airstrike. Russians targeted the private sector — killed 1 person, damaged houses. In addition, Toretsk was shelled the day before in the afternoon - school No. 1, a branch of support school No. 6, was hit again.

Also, on the territory of the community, the Russians destroyed school No. 18 in New York at night.

Every day, the russians hit civilian objects, trying to cause as much damage as possible.

On September 18, the russians killed 3 civilians of Donetsk Oblast: in Toretsk, Yagidny, and Bogorodychny. Another 8 people were injured.

Since February 24, the russians have killed 861 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 2,161. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovas is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk

At night, the enemy once again struck the educational institutions of Kramatorsk. This time, a sales technician came under fire. According to preliminary information, the S-300 air defense system was used. There are no casualties.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Russian forces continue to strike with artillery, aircraft and rockets, reports the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

In the morning, Avdiyivka was again subjected to massive artillery shelling - the central part of the city was affected. There was no information about the victims, the extent of the destruction is being established by the authorities.

Over the past day, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the east of the Pokrovsk Raion in the areas of Maryinka, Novomykhailivka and Pravdyne settlements.

As a result of the September 17 shelling of the Rodinsky of Pokrovsk community (clarification on the consequences of the shelling), 3 injured victims were registered. It was found that about 10 residential buildings were damaged, 2 of which were completely destroyed, private cars and premises, a public transport stop were also damaged. Other facts about the victims and destruction are still being established.

In Pokrovsk, the Security Service of Ukraine detained "canned" saboteurs of the russia from the "Motorola" group. They secretly arrived here to carry out reconnaissance and subversive activities against the Defense Forces of Ukraine. ID cards of members of illegal armed formations and an arsenal of automatic weapons and ammunition, disguised in specially equipped caches, were seized from the detainees. According to the investigation, the perpetrators were two local residents who in 2014 joined the ranks of the terrorist groups "Vostok" and "Slavyanskaya Brigade". Under the leadership of a leader with the call sign "Motorola", they took an active part in combat operations against Ukrainian troops near Kramatorsk. Currently, the detainees have been notified of the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.

Mariupol

The cities of Luhansk Oblast destroyed after the shelling will not survive the heating season, even the surviving houses will have to be dismantled after the winter. That is, neither Rubizhne, nor Lysychansk, nor Severodonetsk will survive the heating period. This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai.

Residents of the occupied territories complain about food prices. The occupiers artificially devalued the hryvnia, exchanging it at 1.25 rubles for 1 hryvnia instead of the nominal 2.5 to 1. At the same time, having actually robbed the population, the Russians doubled food prices.

 

Southern oblasts

Kherson Oblast 

In the Kherson Oblast, the russian military is strengthening inspections. Now they are looking not only for "Ukrainian Nazis", but also for russian soldiers who fled the battlefield and disguised himself in civilian clothes, are looking for ways to evacuate, - reports the Operational Command "South".

The occupation authorities of the Kherson Oblast, with the participation of the russian military, held a meeting in the village of Myrne. At the meeting, they discussed the issue of recruitment of local men to the "people's militia". At the same time, the education, age, physical and moral condition of the "candidates" do not matter. Skadovsk

In Skadovsk, the occupying local "authority" works, meetings of activists and deputies are constantly held, and they are invited to cooperate.

In Skadovsk, even though it is calm today, only air raid alerts and gunshots are heard. Almost nothing works in the city, and if it does, the prices are 2-3 times higher.

Mykolayiv Oblast

Mykolaiv came under enemy fire after midnight today. It is known that the yard of a private house was hit, as a result of which the household building was completely destroyed. In addition, in several residential buildings, windows and doors were broken, and the roof was damaged.

Also, about 300 meters of contact wire of the tram network was damaged in one of the sections. The repair team of “Mykolaiv Electrotrans” is already working on site.

At 04:10 enemy shelling was recorded in the center of the city of Nova Odesa. Private houses, stalls, a pharmacy, and a store were damaged. Also, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in a garage on the territory of a private home.

Yesterday evening, the enemy hit the Berezneguvate community directly adjacent to the front line with three rockets from the "Smerch (Tornado)" MLRS. A hospital and a solar power plant were damaged. The scale of destruction and loss is being clarified. Also yesterday at 11:19 the village of Murakhivka, at 13:56 the outskirts of Lyubomirivka, and at 15:23 Berezneguvate station came under enemy fire. 

Yesterday afternoon at 14:00 there was shelling of the surroundings of the village of Novooleksandrivka of the Ingulka community.

Today at 00:20 the enemy launched a missile attack on the industrial zone of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP. A powerful explosion occurred just 300 m from the reactors of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP. The shock wave damaged the buildings of the NPP, over 100 windows were broken. One of the hydraulic units of the Oleksandrivskaya HPP, which is part of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP energy complex, has shut down. Three high-voltage power lines were also disconnected. Currently, all three power units of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP are operating normally. There are no victims among the station staff.

Odesa Oblast

The situation in our operational zone in the South-Buh direction remains quite complex, tense, but controlled by the Defense Forces. The day passed peacefully.

In Odesa, the City Humanitarian Center for Helping Refugees continues to work with branches in every district of the city. During this period, more than 170,800 citizens received assistance. In addition to internally displaced persons, assistance is provided to Odesa residents who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. “The center in the Kyiv district served more than 4,000 people last week, and 4,086 product kits were issued. The figures are approximately the same in other areas of the city. More than 13,000 product kits were issued last week. We work together with international organizations, we are very grateful to them. Of course, we are grateful to the volunteers,” said the city's mayor, Gennadiy Trukhanov. Dnipro Oblast

Russian occupying forces hit the Nikopol raion. A 39-year-old man was killed by enemy shells in the Pokrovsk community. Two more men were injured. The enemy killed a 74-year-old man in the Chervonogrigorivka community. Russians wounded a 51-year-old woman. 26 residential buildings, 11 household buildings, 2 cars, three hundred solar panels, a gas pipeline and an electrical network were mutilated. 900 families were left without electricity.

At night, the enemy hit the Nikopol and Marganets communities with "Grad" MLRS and tube artillery. The people of Nikopol are shelled with banned shrapnel ammunition. In Nikopol and its surroundings, 8 houses, 6 household buildings, 2 cars, a water pipe and a power line were damaged. In the Marganets community, more than 2.5 thousand families are without electricity due to shelling. Already in the morning there was an "arrival" in the Pavlograd raion. During the day, russian troops shelled the Zelenodolsk community with heavy artillery. A 58-year-old woman was injured.

In the oblast, ukrainians said goodbye to the fallen defenders of Ukraine: 31-year-old Maksym Bogachev from Zhovty Vody, 26-year-old Artem Panikarevych from Mykhailivka, as well as 41-year-old officer from Dnipro and teacher of the University of Customs and Finance Andrii Nikolaychuk.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored 25 rescuers from the Dnipro Oblast who participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the shelling of the dam of the Karachunov Reservoir in Kryvyi Rih. He presented them with certificates, orders, and medals.

Dnipro continues to collect and transfer equipment and equipment to Ukrainian fighters on the front lines. This week, the city handed over 14 more heavy-duty trucks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These cars were purchased at military bases in France at the expense of the city budget and private donors.

Almost 15,000 migrants have already been registered in the Novomoskovsk raion of the oblast.

Kirovohradsk Oblast

There were no air raid sirens during the day.

In Kpopyvnytskyi, the three fallen combatants were spent on their last journey - junior sergeant Oleksand Topgonya, sergeant Yevhen Bopysov and lieutenant Kostiantyn Myts. In Kirovohrad Oblast, a lot of the internally displaced people continue to come from Donetsk Oblast. They are met by representatives of the local government, volunteers, doctors, rescuers and psychologists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad Oblast.All necessary conditions were created for people's paperwork and the social aid immediately after arrival. The rescuers equipped a field kitchen and fed people tea and sandwiches, and the psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided psychological support. After that, evacuated people will be driven to the places of long-term living in the communities. Today, over 3,000 internally displaced people got shelter since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation. In total, more than 90,000 of internally displaced people have stayed in Kirovohrad Oblast, 26,000 of them are children.

According to the statements of parents, a gradual transition to onsite education has begun in some educational institutions of the city of Oleksandria from the 19th of September. The students of some grades started the onsite educational process, taking into account the permission of the vast majority of parents. The learning process has resumed only in those schools where there is an air raid shelter.

In Kropyvnytskyi, the antiviral vitamin cocktails are prepared with honey+ginger+lemon for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Center for Complex Rehabilitation for Children with Disabilities. 

Anatoliy Stoyan, the regional coordinator of Active Community in the city of Kropyvnytskyi, provided IDPs from Donbass and Zaporizhzhia with advice on obtaining documents on the status of IDPs, as well as information on the available resources of employers in the regional center and the neighboring communities.

Poltava Oblast

In Poltava Oblast, the combatants, who have died in the war, were observed a minute's silence, Volodymyr Probiygolov, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Reshetylo Oblast, Ruslan Izyo and Denys Shveikovsky from the village of Velyka Rublivka, and Vitaly Kovalenko, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Globyn.

The 54-year-old from Poltava created accounts in three messengers and published anti-Ukrainian content. 32 enterprises from the regions, where the military actions were or are still going on, have been replaced to Poltava oblast. Among them the largest number are those enterprises that relate the spheres of wholesale and retail trade and the construction. The 19 enterprises have replaced their business from Kharkiv Oblast, 10 from Donetsk Oblast, 2 from Kyiv Oblast, and 1 enterprise from Sumy Oblast. 

Almost 120,000 displaced people have already received medical help in the respective medical facilities of the Poltava region. The 30,000 of internally displaced people received inpatient treatment.

The government supports the homeowners, who sheltered internally displaced people and became participants in the "Shelter" program. Lviv Oblast

There were no threats of the missile shellings in the region during the day.

The community continues to provide humanitarian aid to Ukrainians who are internally displaced and live in our city. Together with World Central Kitchen, 850 of food packages were distributed to the elderly and disabled people who are internally displaced. The campaign will continue till Wednesday, the 21th of September. The assistance will be provided to the families with many children and orphans among IDPs.

Representatives of the city's Spiritual Council help with the feeding of internally displaced people - some with food, some with cooking, some with delivery of food where it is needed.

Chernivtsi

The situation in the Chernivtsi region is calm and under control, and the traffic is safe.

The head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Zaparanyuk, met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania in Ukraine, Alexandru-Victor Mikula. They discussed a number of important issues, including the assistance to internally displaced people. Currently, there are more than 101,000 IDPs in Bukovyna, 30,353 of them are children. 3153 of internally dispaced people study in our schools.

On the occasion of Father's Day, the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine from Chernivtsi wrote down their favorite phrases that they heard from their fathers and thanked their relatives for the upbringing and teaching them to understand their identity and who they are. 

The BAVOVNA MUSIC FEST was held in Chernivtsi, where money was raised for the purchase of a drone for Ukrainian defenders of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The following bands participated at the festival: "Stelsi", "Polyus & Vel", "Denomen & Royal Corvus" (Kharkiv), "Without you". 

Teachers and students of the Lukavet Lyceum in Bukovyna sent money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds were raised by selling the white mushrooms. 

Zakarpattia Oblast

The winners of the 3rd Carpathian Mountain International Film Festival of 2022 were announced in Uzhgorod. About 1,300 spectators attended the large-scale event during 15-18th of September . In addition, during the film festival, the fundraising for the support of Ukrainian defenders was held with the assistance of the "Heart to Heart" Charitable Foundation. Thanks to the visitors, it was possible to raise 14,421 hryvnias, 20 dollars and 20 euros as the donations for the purchase of first-aid kits and the medicines for the combatants. 

Volunteers from the Czech Republic helped bears in the rehabilitation center in Synevyr in Zakarpattia.
